I need an edible printer with a scanner within two days. I accessed the chat on the website and Sam helped me get the correct printer with one day shipping a discount. He made sure that my printer would get to me by the day that i would need it.

I absolutely love the Artisan frosting sheets. Vivid prints. Have been using them for years and will continue to use. Only wished my cartridges were refillable as it stated when I purchased the new printer. Thanks for all your help Sam.

I purchased a printer system in July 2019 from you… the Canon TS6120. It worked great until I needed to refill the cartridges. I was told (and your website even stated) that these cartridges were refillable. So I ordered the refill kit. Once it arrived, I filled the cartridges, but the printer didn鈥檛 recognize that they were full. Once the chip determined that they were empty, they wouldn鈥檛 work anymore.

So I contacted Patrick with my issue and was told that 鈥渙h, these cartridges aren鈥檛 refillable鈥?.. so I go back to the website and look and your website STILL started that these ARE refillable. Patrick apologizes profusely and then tells me I have to purchase new cartridges. I wasn鈥檛 happy at all since I鈥檇 already bought the refills. I was offered a measly 15% off and free shipping, so I bought them because I had no other choice.

When the new cartridges arrived, I couldn鈥檛 get any black ink to print… I ran cleaning cycle after cleaning cycle… installed the cleaning cartridges and ran more cleaning cycles… then used the flush system multiple times. At that point when it still wouldn鈥檛 work, I removed the print head entirely and continued to try to used the flush solution until the bottle was empty… STILL no black would print. So finally, I contact partrixk again (after working through some initial troubleshooting with Sam) and he told me to try soaking the bottom of the print head in hot water and see if that helped… which is didn鈥檛. I soaked it multiple times, flushed warm water through each nozzle and tried again… Nothing… no black ink.

So now we鈥檙e at today… I contact Patrick and tell him where I鈥檓 at. He鈥檚 nice enough and apologizes, but offers no solution and then says maybe I damaged the print head (wtf)… after all of this, that is NOT the problem. I tell him that I know I have no choice but to purchase a new print head (from elsewhere obviously). With all of these flushed, print head cleanings etc, the BRAND NEW ink cartridges are almost empty. I asked if your company would replace the print cartridges since I haven鈥檛 been able to use them and they鈥檙e almost empty and he said 鈥渙h, that would never be approved鈥?.. like seriously!?! After all of this… the $400 I spent initially to buy the system… then the USELESS refills because I was told I COULD refill…. then having no choice but to buy new cartridges and now I have to buy a new print head… and you WONT suck it up and send me a set of new cartridges? Seriously? I鈥檝e been nothing but nice, and you have done nothing but take my money and screw me over! Absolutely terrible!! I鈥檓 so angry and so disappointed that I purchased anything from you.

While I like the edible ink from this company, I am disappointed in their terrible customer service. I paid extra for quicker shipping and noticed that when my item shipped, it would arrive in the same time frame as my previous orders, where I had not paid extra for quicker service. When I called to speak with a manager, he was rude and cut me off as I was trying to explain. I have had once such similar unpleasant issue with a previous order, but it happened over 2 years ago, I figured it wouldn't hurt to try again. If this is how Inkedibles chooses to treat their customers, I will gladly get my edible ink from other, more professional places that value their clients.

Your company was referred to me by a friend who has ordered from you for years. I want to buy an edible image printer and supplies to go with it. I went online to purchase the items and after signing up was ready to checkout I noticed that I was being charged 29.95 for shipping even though your website clearly states that there is free shipping on items over $100. There is nothing that states "some exclusions apply" or see below for exclusions etc… Your CSR offered to credit me the shipping cost after I argued with him for about 5 minutes stating that it was false advertisement but refused to let me use the 5%off coupon that I received for opening an account with you. Upon talking to your customer service manager Chris he stated that you couldn't apply 2 discounts at one time. Well as I explained to him, if you would not have falsely advertised free shipping on orders over $100 then I wouldn't have needed the shipping credit and I could have used the other discount code. So if your willing to lose a repeat customer over 5% discount then so be it. I will not recommend you to anyone else and I will also let my friend know that she needs to switch companies.

In response to your reply, you asked what more you could you CLEARLY state on your home page next to the 鈥淔ree shipping on USA orders over $100鈥?that there are exclusions to this offer. I had no idea that there was going to be a shipping charge until I got to the checkout process and saw it on my order total. How am I as a customer supposed to know OEM is unless you clearly state UPFRONT that it is an item that does not qualify for the free shipping. No matter what way you look at it you need to change your advertisement for the free shipping and state upfront that there exclusions to this offer. If that would have been there then I would have known and there wouldn鈥檛 have been any questions when it came time to checkout.

Update: I received a call from the customer service and they honored the code and the free shipping and said they were looking into updating their website wording so that customers know their exclusions to the free shipping offer upfront. The CSR that contacted me was very nice and helpful and even offered to send me a sample of some new icing sheets they have.

Update! Immediately after posting a 1 star review, someone call me from customer service.
Within a week I received replacement sheets. I'm glad my issue was resolved, I just hate that it wasn't addressed until after I posted a negative review.

We received a product review request from Inkedibles 4 days before our package arrived. I responded with an email asking them if it could be tracked, and no one responded. We ordered our package on Dec. 28th and it arrived Jan 9th. When we opened It, multiple sheets were badly chipped. I called, no one answered, so I left a voicemail and sent an email with photos of the damaged product two days ago, and all I have received is a generic email response. Disappointed!
