Tamika Thomas was extremely helpful to me in finding the perfect carpet for our new condo–and at a very affordable price. The installation by Doug and Jason was quick and clean. Independent Carpet One made the entire experience very pleasant, and we LOVE our new carpet.

This was our second Independent Carpet One Westland installation. Our salesperson, Jeane Salter was excellent to work with, providing suggestions on coordinating wall paint to carpet color, It looks great! Jeane will definitely be our choice for our next carpet replacement. The installers, Joe and Sebastian were on-time, courteous and did a fabulous job in the installation. Independent Carpet One DESERVES the five stars – – – they EARN IT!!

This is the second time I have used Independent Carpet One and have been very satisfied both times. Jeannie , my sales person, was very helpful and knowledgable. I had the same installer both times and he did an excellent job. I was so satisfied with the work he did the first time ( two years ago) that I requested him for the second job.

The Tec showed up right on time , did a great job joining the 2 rooms together and cleaned up , A++++ job , will do business again !

We were extremely impressed with not only our installer – Joe's – skill and ability, but his deep knowledge about the flooring product and how to care for it. Carpet One provided amazing options for both carpet and kitchen flooring. We discovered two perfect options and had them installed in one day. Both rooms look awesome and are now updated and we love the final result. The 3 men, Travis, Eric and Phil who did the installations were friendly, experienced and professional in all areas. We have used Carpet One previously for other carpeting needs and were extremely satisfied. There have exactly what most want or desire and have the ability to do professional installations. Great in store service in assisting with the selections just made our choices that much easier. They are a must consider option when wanting to refresh and update your home.
