hi all well like so many had incredimail 20 years after the closure of the cowboys i panicked but i can say panic over still use incredimail reset my account with yahoo and no probs still send and recieve all as before

Incredimail IS closing March 20 2020….. you will need to find another client.

they sent out emails recently.

I tried to renew 2 months ago when my IM Plus expired and it took me to an IM "oops" page.. that is when I started to get suspicious.

This is the best E-mail program out there!!!
Sure, they may be issues with varying applications but what software isn't?

People need to be patient and not give up so easily.

This program works great and is the best E-mail program ever created!!!!

feb 28 202o, just got an email telling me incredimail is closing 20 March 2020, cant find anything about it. Is it true, has they been hacked, I sure would like to know if I need a new email program!!!!!

I've had incredimail for many years. Yes, at times there was trouble with customer support but I think with the way some people f***up their computers they must have had a difficult time trying to help people. Perhaps they just got tired of trying to help fix errors not of their doing. I am incredibly sad to see them go! It's like losing a best friend…sad, sad.

I absolutely loved Incredimail and Letter Creator for approx 17 years (life time licenses). I can't install my licenses on my new Win10 computer, which means that I can not use Letter Creator anymore, nor the one skin for IM, which allowed me to use the program easily as a sight impaired person.
I am quite computer savvy and if there was a way to install the licenses I would have been able to. Needless to say that the only response you get from IM to emails is a canned response to say that they have too many emails to reply to and not to write again…
Have reluctantly switched to Thunderbird. Still hoping for a miracle re IM, but the flame is very very faint now.

I have been with you for over 23 years. My Heart is broken because I have to leave you because AT&T will not send me my email I use the AT&T email address and not the yahoo . See if you all don't now that AT&T and yahoo are working together. I am a google girl not a yahoo. So being said all this I am unable to get email for over 4 days I have to find some other email carrier. Which I don't want to do. But I guess it's the company how run what we can have. I had a lifetime licence I bought 2002,I still have my licence number but it won't accept it, I have contacted "support" if you can call it that 4 times with an answer. For years i used it without problem ( or very small one's ) this latest 2.5 is a total disaster, emails won't send, Emails rules don't work, some email don't show the content and so many crashes too many to count. I have reinstalled 5 times in the last few months. I have downloader Thunderbird it's ok but a very complicated learning curve, but reliable and the stock front screen text is too small which as far as i know you cannot alter I just want my incredimail to actually work. .

The worse of the worse
IncrediMail was the only email program I used for 19 years. In the past 3 years I had nothing but trouble with it and contacting them for help was a waste of time. In the past 6 months the program crashed 3 times. The first 2 times I managed to get it back but found I had lost all my email and address book. From what I can see IncredMail has gone by the way side and can no-longer be downloaded so if you still have it be aware you are about to lose it.

IVE USED INCREDIMAIL FOR YEARS – I LOVED IT – BEST ANIMATIONS ANYWHERE – I HAVE HUNDREDS OF CONTACTS ETC – BUT – ALAS – IT STOPPED WORKING PROPERLY. I UNINSTALLED IT AND REINSTALLED IT TO SEE IF THAT WOULD HELP. IT DIDNT LOAD – KEEPS SAYING THERE IS AN ERROR – I TRIED CONTACTING THEM – FORGET ABOUT IT – THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT STINKS. THEY DONT REPLY. I SWITCHED TO YAHOO MAIL AND OUTLOOK MAIL. I HOPE INCREDIMAIL COMES BACK SOMEDAY – I MISS THEM.

no doubt the program is very good and i have been using it from past 10 years there is no such other program that offer features like incredimail but when it come to support they are not trust worthy they do not provide any support and have to depend on my self, Windows 10 gave me a hard time to configure incredimail, some time i dont get email some time it will not send email funny problems keeps happening in incredimail windows 10 so I found 25dollarsupport.com to fix my issue and im happy now

I have a lifetime membership to Incredimail Premium, which used to include customer support. Then I was told that I could only receive support if I purchased a yearly subscription. I was often frustrated because the answers I got from customer support were canned responses that did not address the actual problem or offered solutions using features that are not even available. For example, I received instructions to use the data transfer wizard is still listed in File menu, but it no longer works. Only after repeated attempts to get a solution, did they tell me that this feature was disabled in the latest version of the program. Lately, it seems to me that Incredimail has closed up shop but left the lights on so that anyone wishing to use it could continue to do so and I am wanting keep it less and less.
For over two year, I have only been able to view a portion of many emails received though email. Incredimail customer service said they were aware of the problem and were working on a solution. They told me that I would be able to view the entire message if I forwarded the email to myself, which was a hassle. This problem has never been corrected.
Several months ago my Incredimail also stopped saving copies of my sent emails in the sent folder. Incredimail said the problem was with my email server, but tests showed that the problem only existed when I sent emails using Incredimail and went away when I sent emails directly from my email provider.
These problems coupled with the fact that Incredimail only offers customer support if you pay a yearly fee and they never even fix the problems made me start looking elsewhere. I liked having the various stationary backgrounds, cool animations, and cut notifiers. I also feared losing my saved emails. However, I was very tired of all of the unresolved issues.
Recently, I realized that the newest version of Incredimail syncs all of the Incredimail folders with the folders on my email server. This meant that my email server had the same folders and saved emails as my Incredimail. Since my email server mirrored my Incredimail folders, I was able to sync my email server to Outlook.com and all of my folders and emails transferred to Outlook easily. Outlook does not have all the bells and whistles, but at least I can read my messages without having to forward them back to myself and I have a backup of my sent emails.

Unfortunately my wife loves all the bells and whistles this program gives email. Over the years I have bought four different licenses for different machines on our network for IncrediMail. It has always caused me problems trying to keep it going or causing Windows problems but lately it has gone beyond belief! Every time it is started there is a crash message! Started on one machine and the exact same message has now spread to all machines running IncrediMail.

I was a premium subscriber, paying for spam protection until about 3 weeks ago, when my subscription ran out. It said I needed to contact them to renew it. I have emailed them twice about this in the past 2 weeks with no answer. I can no longer use Incredimail. I have over 20 email addresses for various businesses, and I receive 200+ spam emails a week, if not more. I cannot weed through all of this garbage now that my spam protection no longer works in Incredimail. I am switching to Mailbird and will give them a try. I have had multiple issues with Incredimail over the past 2 years, and each time I contact them, there is never a solution to the problem. Save yourself the trouble and get a better email program than this.

This was a wonderful product -once upon-a-time.
I have been a faithful advocate for over 20 years.
It saddens me to say it has gone down the gurgular,
Australian for "Had it ! "
I will miss it Looking now for something suitable to replace it.

when Incredimail started up I paid for the service. Then they offered ONE price to pay for forever service.. I PAID! Over the years yhey would stop service until I sent copy of contract (one payment for life). I have also PAID for all the GOLD and etc. NOW THEY HAVE CUT ME OFF! and I cannot contact them… always an ERROR! DO NOT TRUST INCREDIMAIL!!!!!!!

Been a faithful user of Incredimail from the early days. Used to be a Premium user and the service IN THE PAST was excellent.
Somewhere along the way, they lost their way. No longer a Premium subscriber due to total lack of response to issues and bugs that have found their way into Incredimail over the years. Total lack of support and they are obviously no longer interested in their product or their users.
Gave them 5 stars years back but today would have difficulty in giving this lost company a 1-star rating. Shame because they have some nice features and if only they could find their way back, I would be back in an instant! I can only hope and/or wish for a complete company turn around with Incredimail2.

I have dealt with Incredimail for many years no problem. Then I subscribed to their protection centre which it appears was automatically paid but not automatically renewed. I was unaware of this and as I kept getting notifications that my subription expired so I renewed it myself. Then I found out I had already paid so I contacted Incredimail and told them about duplicate payment. I did get a reply offering to extend it for a further year but as they didn鈥檛 get a reply in 4 days they closed the case. It looks like I have been done for the duplicate payment . So BEWARE when dealing with this company

Files will take over system huge, ugly spyware…use Gmail web , no support they want $$$$$. Gone downhill was good a decade ago…be warned……

I didn't give only 1 star because I like the emojies and the stickers and all the other little accessories you can use. However, as a mail software, it's far from good. You have to pay 30 dollars only to get a spamfilter, a service that is free on every other mailserver. Make it free as well, then we'll talk further.

I am a paid user.
In the past they were very serious about helping. Almost immediately.
Now you get an automatic answer, that it is busy and they will come back to you ASAP.

Which never happens…

Crashing all the time. Sorting Folders doesn't work.
(E.g. I have been busy sorting manually folders for hours, only to find out the next day that the Folders were mixed up again)

Stopped working and called in.. got a very very rude person on the phone who ended up only wanting money !!!! Do not use!!! Scam!!!!
