Just called this business to get a quote. They currently have a Groupon but I wanted to make sure they were available on my move date before I purchased the Groupon. I was informed there was a "gas charge" that was not mentioned on Groupon & told it was standard with or without the Groupon. After asking what part of town I was in I told him but informed him I only need help moving my belongings into the apartment I was moving to and the Groupon deal would be more time than I needed. He LITERALLY YELLED at me to stop talking though I was simply trying to tell him what services I needed. Gave me a quote of $25 for mileage and the total including the Groupon if I purchased it. If you're going to be rude and loud talk over me, I won't be dealing with you. I said thank you and immediately came to write this review. I won't be using this service nor would I recommend it as first impressions are important. I can't recall his name but it's the same voice as the voicemail for the "business." If that's how they speak to people they want business from I can only imagine how they handle people and their belongings after you've actually given them money. Find someone else like I will be doing.

I hired this company to move my family and I had no idea what I was in for. They damaged almost every piece of furniture I had by cramming it into the truck and it was only after they unloaded that I discovered the damages. The manager just played games because he had no intentions whatsoever of compensating me for the damages. I would not recommend this company and it was by far the worse experience I had with moving. These are not experts and they charge ridiculous prices as well…..don't do it. This was the Atlanta location.

It was very easy to set up an appointment for moving. The gentlemen who came out were efficient, polite and professional. The only thing I would recommend is you ask what form of payment is acceptable.
