Hopefully Paypal/ Bank will help to get my refund as the payment was taken immediately on ordering.( I bet they couldn't believe their luck that I hadn't read the more recent reviews)

They fail to meet any of the delivery claims they make on their website, make excuses about third party delivery companies and then about their own drivers. They have failed to refund me having confirmed three times that they had done so. I am now having to chase them via my credit card company.
Update: I have now received credit from Mastercard via "Chargeback"
I have now reported them to the police on the appropriate fraud reporting website and ask all who have suffered to do likewise.
I would have given zero stars had this been an option.

Waited in all day and did not turn up, office is shut Saturdays, I called the courier company and they had no orders under our address or the order no..
I waited in all day and hauled the old washing machine to the front door the night before in the way for no reason.
Had an email Saturday at 8pm saying would be delivered Sunday, and that we received a text, I replied that we had not received a text and cancelled my plans for Sunday.
On Sunday then told it's turning up Tuesday (another day off work unpaid)! I have no idea if it will really turn up Tuesday..
DID NOT TURN UP TUESDAY, called and they said they were using a different company and they were running late, LIES LIES and more LIES!
Have asked for a refund ASAP.
I would not order from them again, use another more reliable company. I am not impressed by not telling me they were not going to deliver 3 times, and having to haul old machine back and forth 3 TIMES had to disconnect and drag the thing back and forth.
I was not given a refund, it turned up 4th time, just outside the delivery slot so was lucky I was home. They marked the drive by dragging the old one down it rather than using the lifting tool they brought the new one in with. They are ignoring my emails, can never get through on the phone, they do not care about the damage caused. I would never use them again.

The depth dimensions given are TOTALLY incorrect and I will be writing to the manufacturers. They quote 570mm deep in fact it is 610mm deep so you need to check your measurement to make sure it fits especially behind any closed door.

However, the day before delivery I was informed that they had re-schedule it to the Tuesday instead due to there being no more room within the Vans as the Black Friday Sales had just occurred; they had to instead go with date order to making the deliveries. This I had accepted as it had been a reasonable explanation.
As such, I had waited patiently to the Tuesday & on the day within the allocated time slot (which I had again cleared my diary for) but instead of the process being simple, the driver (who had been very coy with their names & had refused to clarify which of the two of them bore that name), had called & asked for directions. In the end, that had involved me standing outside waiting & trying to guide him over the phone when even himself could not tell me exactly where he was even though, he had confirmed that he was using a SatNav & he had the full address with the postcode 鈥?Come on, really!
After around 20mins or so, he had finally arrived, which should have been a successful story but not-with-standing the above, after the van doors, it had turned out that my machine was not even on-board & he had informed me that it might not even have been loaded on-board from the start. He had then told me to call the Office to make the relevant enquiries myself before hurriedly closing up the Van & off-handily, saying that he needed to go as he got other deliveries to make. So this 鈥榩rofessional鈥?delivery driver, working on behalf the company would not even call his own office to make the enquiries when it is clearly their fault & the overall attitude I had from him was very unhelpful in trying to rectify this situation. After only barely staying for less than 3mins, they had drove off.
It was only when I had called immediately & spoke with a femqle member of staff (who being the only person that was professional & helpful throughout this saga) had made enquiries & allegedly, it had transpired that my machine had been delivered by the driver to the wrong address. As it turned out, whilst I was on the phone with [name], the driver had been constantly trying to get through to the Office & I was informed that he had made a delivery prior to me & that is when my machine was mistakenly delivered to but they could not confirm or rectify the situation as they could not get in touch with the receiver at the time.
Suffice to say that I was extremely unhappy with the situation & with the circumstances of how this had happened as this had indicated to me not only the sheer incompetence of the Driver but he could not even be bothered to sort the situation out there & then himself but had instead drove off before frantically calling his Office to explain. I had, had enough; the end-service that I had endured was beyond what I had expected & rather than risk any further issues, I had cancelled the order & instructed for a refund to be processed instead.
In summary, the organisation does offer cheaper products compared to their competitors & I like to think that this had been a isolated incident (given their high-rating via this site) but the end-service that I had received did not justify the cheaper cost what-so-ever or having to experience it potentially again. In the end, I had gone with another online retailer even though they were slightly more expensive.

Wondered about delivery time as was told delivery would be between 3 pm and 7 pm he arrived with five minutes to spare and had to come through Dartford tunnel which is notorious difficult at best of times. Plus the traffic around here is very difficult at this time of evening anyway with traffic making it's way home. No complaints very polite and most helpful.

Everything with the order went without a hitch from the kind lady in their office to the very helpful delivery driver.
I cannot speak too highly of In Stock Appliances.
