The problem with these units isn't the hardware, it's the useless software (the software is universal across their units) they can't be arsed to fix and when they do fix something they just break it again next release. All support has dried up now anyway, their ignoring all reported issues and basically laughing at anyone wanting a refund the basis it's not fit for use.
Look just avoid avoid avoid, they are cheap because the software is crap, and they can't fix it, they've given up trying to fix it or keep any promises, and are no longer interested in their users.
Just to add instead of trying to deal with dissatisfied users, now they've started removing their content from the companies google+ group and forum.
