The holiday flat rented with this agency is brilliantly located on the outskirts of Old Town of Bucharest, but incredibly quiet. The professional cleaning came twice during my one week stay. The price is reasonable vs a hotel in the area.

Very good services, from the first email until check-out. All details and photos of the apartment were accurate, nothing missing from the listed amenities. The booked apartment was very nice, good size, bathroom a bit small, but functional. I loved the kitchen – I prefer home-cooking and it served me well.

The maid came twice a week (we stayed 15 days) and the cleaning was spotless. Everything si within reach: metro station, Old Town, a nice park, shps & restaurants. The price was adequate for what we got and anyway, way less than any central hotels.

Quick booking, good advice, fast replies, firendly service before arrival and on the spot. Centrally-located, well-furnished, reasonably-priced flats.
I have booked apartments with in-Bucharest since 2010, and have never been dispppointed.
The Cellini apartment just behind the Intercontinental is my favourite.
Why go elsewhere for a short-time rental in Buc?

Rented for a weekend a studio in city center, called "Srping Time". Absolutely everything is within walking distance, at literally few minutes: sights-seeings, restaurants, bars & clubs, museum, grocery stores, etc. Most important, even if you are in the Old Town, it is so, so quiet!! And super clean. The studio looked exactly like in the pictures. The kitchen was small, but had all what I needed, including a washing machine. Please be aware that you need have to buy detergent, which is not a big deal. WiFi worked perfectly, the large working desk was very helpful as well.
Don't hesitate to rent from Alia Accommodation. Prices are more than reasonable.

Our experience with Alia Accommodation in Bucharest, exceeded all our expectations! Great communication right from the beginning, friendly and helpsome staff ready to "give a hand" anytime we needed and fully equipped apartments located in the central part of Bucharest available at a very(and i mean it!) reasonable price.
We stayed 2 days in a little apartment beside Intercontinental Hotel and later on,one week in another one, located right in the core of Universitatii Square. I need to add that despite central location in a well visited area ("Bucharest麓s Old Center" ) we have been not disturbed by the city-noise.
We have absolutely no doubt about where we will stay again on our next visit to Bucharest :))

Stayed in Bucharest for second time this September with this company – Alia Accommodation. As usually, I've got a very nice 1 bedroom apartment, on Doamne Street. Lovely flat, near the Old City. Cleaning staff very professional.
Price is very good, I paid 50 Euro/night which is half for a hotel in that area of Bucharest and much more space & privacy. Worth every penny! I will return, if again in Bucharest.

Really good central apartments – stayed at this company twice now, last time at the end of February. I travel for business and I usually stay at hotels in Bucharest, but at a friend's suggestion I've chosen a self-catering apartment. First time stayed in a 1 bedroom apt (5 days), second in a studio (3 days). Both in the city center, difefrent buildings, at Piata Universitate.
Funny thou, in the city center, on major streets, but quiet inside, very good windows:)
Very clean units, strong and steady Wi-Fi (most important thing for me), fully equipped kitchen – I used it only for coffee, because it is a shame to eat in, while you there are so many good restaurants and food is cheap. Do try "sarmale", Romanian dish!
Price is absolutely fair for the amenities and position!

Just came back from my 7 days stay in Bucharest and tried a serviced apartment instead of a hotel. Very impressed! Very central apartment, just in University Square and a stone throw away from Old Town. Very clean apartment, well equipped kitchen and excellent cleaning. Strong Wi-Fi – very important for me, being in a business trip.
The price vs quality is more than fair!

Rented at the end of November a studio for a week. I got a free upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment, right in the city center. Apartment was nice, very important – Wi-Fi worked and in the kitchen is even a washing machine, very handy. Cleaning comes twice a week and does a great job. Staff is absolutely wonderful, always answering the phone or by email. Use it, is really good and you pay less than a hotel.
