IMPROVD

I went thru Century 21 and pruchased Improvd clothing. Great looking stuff if you can get it. Yes charged my card 506.00 immediately. That was he second week of January. No response until I called Century 21. As of this date, of the 17 items I ordered, I have six; and only get anything after I hound Century 21. I am still waiting for 11 more pieces. the prices not even match so I have no idea where I stand. AND I DON'T WANT A GIFT BACK….I WANT MY MONEY. This is the worst experience I have EVER had on a website.

AVOID!!!
I never take the time to really voice complaints but I really felt like customers out there should be aware. They took over 14 days to let me know that they were out of stock with something I ordered (which their website clearly showed was still in stock). Even when I notified them of it, nothing was done even 3 days later so I ordered it again. They had to credit me AGAIN. Then they also took over 2 weeks to ship my items to me. I am still waiting for one of them (OVER 3 weeks!) No notification of when items will be shipped. Poor customer service, so impersonal (you get some generic "best, IMPROVD Customer Care") no one gives their name or takes responsibility. I will not be ordering from their website ever again.

AVOID!! I ordered an item from IMPROVD.COM website. They charged my credit on the same day. I waited for 2 weeks and they still haven't shipped the item yet. So I called customer service during business hour, no one answers the phone. I sent them email about my order, and no one replies my email after few days. I called their NYC headquarter, and they told me they have nothing to do with the online store. I am going to dispute the charge on my credit card.

I discovered the Improvd line from a MyHabit sale, and it was love at first viewing. Different shades of grays, blacks, and darker hues of colors…soft cotton or jersey fabrics blended with mesh…draping, cowl necks, subtle asymmetry…slightly avant-garde…most importantly patternless and simple. All elements that I value in my clothes. I bought a couple pieces from the MyHabit sale but continue to monitor for deals on their stuff through the flash sale sites and places like Nordstrom and Saks Fifth.
