I bought from them and have been scammed 3 times from there different sites. VIP fifa own many websites so stay clear of them. I bought from them and they asked to go to live chat for verification. I went there and they asked for ID to Verify that I was buying from them. They wanted ID or Passport or health card. basically anything to get my credit card and bank account. I called them out and they didn't respond. Im taking it up with paypal right now but DON'T be fooled by their cheap Prices!!!

Non delivery of coins DO NOT USE

Bought 47e worth of coins and haven't received them. Only saw these reviews after purchased.

I ordered my coins over 15 hours ago and still haven't heard from them yet. I have tried contacting them through live chat and email, but they just ignore you through email and only respond 1 time when using live chat, then they completely ignore you or tell you that either the system's not working or that they have to restock. Never use this website!

I ordered 2000000 coins and they didnt give me they said wait about 12 hrs till they have mor in stock i waited 18 hrs still nothing

On the site they say 10-30 minutes i'm waiting 2 days now stil don't get my coins on the live chat they ignoring me on the mail also don't buy here its cheap but you don't get your coins

They scammed me for 31$, email – ignoring, live chat, they asking me track number and after they are gone and left from conversation. Don't buy coins from this site.

My story is too long and boring, but DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. They'll take your money, wait for hours and hours, change the price of their coins and tell you that you have underpaid. Then you'll wait days for a refund (you'll get it back, but be prepared for a long wait). They don't reply to emails, their live chat does not work, absolutely no communication. Same goes for vipfifa15.co (who are linked to imfifa I believe). Don't waste your time, just a hassle. Order from somewhere else.

Took the mpney sent a stupid email with nothing in it

Like they look my money and they didn't deliver. they sent me an email with information which was all Chinese although the website is in English. I tried talking to the customer support he wouldn't talk to me. I asked for a refund been hours still no reply . All the customer support guy said was and I quote " A machine code"

I've used this site about 5 times and always have 2 get in touch with an advisor. I've been waiting over 30 hours now. I spoke to an advisor and gave them my authorisation code then had no reply for 20 mins so gave up. Did this a second time and the same thing. Now I can't get in touch with anyone as the chat now screen just comes up blank. I've used nearly every site for coins and this is the first time I've been worried I'm not going to get my coins
