Same situation ,I have 600uds in process since 14 July,no answers to I mail,tickets.be carful,I think I will lost my money .any procedure to back money ,anyone鈥檚 knows process? Thanks

A scam site, very bad mobile service site.They hold me 135$ for 70 days no refund, always say promise but do nothing. At beginning they promised only 15 days to complete service but now almost 3 months passed. Be aware with this site! I'm very disappointed of such kind of scam.
