Placed order on Feb. 3, for my wife, and paid for overnight shipping as to guarantee delivery before Valentines Day. They took longer than stated to pick and prepare ordered items, then failed to ship via Overnight shipping. Now it will not arrive until FEB. 18th. It took numerous calls to get customer service on the line, once I did speak to Aerial she was unwlling to help and quite hateful. I finally asked to speak to her supervisor, Kaylee. I told Kaylee since they had failed to ship on time and also failed to ship Overnight as I had paid for, I would like a refund and they could recall the order as I would have to make other arrangements for my wife's Valentine Day present. Kaylee refused to recall the order, or issue a refund for any part of the order other than the overnight shipping cost. I again told her I no longer wanted those items or to business with them. I told Kaylee IF the ordered items ever made it to me, I would gladly ship them back at my expense, I justed wanted a refund, since they completly screwed the entire deal up. Kaylee flatly refused any type of refund other than to credit back for the overnight shipping they screwed up. Thisa is a SORRYASS company! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

**** Buyer Beware Poor Customer Service ****
When I placed my order, I had to enter my payment information twice, when this happen the system defaulted and changed my order to a size small. I tried to contact I Love Jewelry by Facebook but it tells you to email customer service. So I emailed customer service 10/21 and received an automated email that I would have a response within 24 hours. On 10/24, no response to 1st email, I checked my order, not processed, I emailed a 2nd time. On 10/27, no response to my 2nd email, I checked my order, not processed, I emailed a 3rd time. On 10/30, no response to the 3rd email, checked my order, not processed, so I emailed a 4th time; in fact I sent 3 emails on 10/30 which did not receive a response. I received no response at all from customer service. I received another automated email on 11/01 that my order was being processed and minutes later an email that my order was shipped. I made valiant efforts to correct an error on my order, caused by the I Love Jewelry ordering system. It was not until I posted 10/30 to an I Love Jewelry Facebook birthday post for their Customer Relations Manager, expressing my disappointment that I finally prompted a response from the company on 10/31. In an exchange of 7 emails with Customer Service, I received a replacement shirt on 12/09, still not the size that I had requested in the preceding emails. So I emailed on 12/09 and in this email I expressed that doing business with I Love Jewelry has taken up an enormous amount of my time and is incredibly frustrating; requesting for a refund to my original form of payment. Being that again, I received no response, I emailed again on 12/16. In total, from placing my order to today, I have sent 18 emails trying to get my order corrected with no success. I Love Jewelry's failure to provide adequate customer service, failure to respond to customer service requests within the 24 hour expectation they set and failure to follow though in general has resulted in the loss of a future customer and someone who will not be an advocate or supporter of this company. I Love Jewelry's customer service department and Customer Relations Manager have failed to do their job. It has become very clear why the option to leave a review on Facebook has been removed and/or blocked. However, I have come across several forums regarding I Love Jewelry's lack of customer service and follow-though. I have come to learn that I Love Jewelry has had 1,366 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau and because they have the review option blocked there are multiple consumer forms created by other customers who were not able to get a response or resolution with I Love Jewelry's customer service department. I encourage you to do your research before you make your purchase from I Love Jewelry.

Ordered a monogrammed jacket on 9/25/18 for 11/6/18 bday. It is 11/5/18. No response. Emailed no response. Phone call no response. Ok so the made a postal label on 9/25/18 and swiped my account taking my money with no problem. That's not proof that you sent the item! I never receive the email they said I would get indicating my shipment had been processed. Now they all of a sudden have fallen off the face of the earth. Worst part there is NOTHING you can do about it.
I purchased the item from them because a friend of mine on Social Media recommended them. NEVER AGAIN. I may take to small claims court so this will stop. Actually we should all get together in a class action suit and sue these people out of business. There are quite a few out there who have had their money stolen from I Love Jewelry.
I plan to post on as many sites as I can that this is a scam company that steals your money.

I placed an online order for a pair of monogrammed shoes. When I placed the order, my payment processed without giving me the opportunity to enter the monogram. I immediately emailed customer service with my order number explaining the problem. I received an auto response and eventually an email from "Kayley", pretty sure she was offshore, offering assistance. Then I got an email that my order had shipped. I knew there was a problem. I received the shoes, no monogram. I contacted Kayley again and explained no monogram. Kayley asked for pictures, which I provided as well as screenshots of our correspondence. Kayley gave me a return label to ship the shoes back for correction, which I did. I got a confirmation my return was received and then within a few days, I received an email my item was shipped. And then I got an email my item was delivered, however I received nothing. I contacted "Kayley" and explained I had not received my item. She told me to check with the post office. I explained there were no tracking numbers. She gave me the tracking number from my original order and then a tracking number which led to a Florida address, I am in Kentucky. I contacted "Kayley" again and she responded asking for the order number again which had already been included multiple times. I looked up the phone number to I Love Jewelry, 877-848-2433, their business address is in Florida, I called them. After holding I got a recording no one was available, goodbye. Obviously, I have lost my money. More than loving jewelry, I love getting things for which I have paid.

This website and company is a total scam. The work order turnaround is super long on most items usually 15-30 days. I placed an order for some clothes and hat for a vacation. We ordered a month in advance. Lets just say the time came and went and we still did not receive my items. Thankfully I paid via PayPal and was able to get a refund. The PayPal rep says they see at least a dozen refund request a day for this company. We would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Keep looking elsewhere yall!
