I ordered the wine glass PJ's as a Christmas gift this year. As we all know USPS got backed up and this item seemed to get completely lost with the USPS not able to track it or find it. I e-mailed customer service and Kaitlyn got right back to me! She agreed to re-send a new pair of PJ's at no additional charge and they arrived today! They're adorable I love them and will be able to give this as the gift as intended. I will definitely be ordering another pair. Thanks for everything Kaitlyn!

I ordered wine lounge pants that I saw on a Facebook ad without checking out their site or reviews! Then, I went online and saw all of the negative reviews, and I actually got a little nervous! But, I LOVE these wine lounge pants, and they arrived at my door 4 days after I ordered them! I was blown away! I have told all of my friends about how great they are! Thank you so much!

I bought a 2X in the Mom get 3 shirts deal. Two of the tank tops are not even close to a 2X I am disappointed because I like what they say. The third shirt is giant for its size!

I ordered off this website, and paid through PayPal. This website advertises women shirts, they had a three for 2199 deal. I purchased three shirts and they came to me in a men's extra large instead of a woman's X large. When I went online to exchange for a smaller size, I asked for a return label so I can return the shirts. I was told that they would not give me a return label Because it is an exchange. I told them that's strange because I've ordered things off of websites before I was offered a return label for an exchange… So now because the size is wrong because of them and their false advertisement, I had to be the one responsible for returning the shirts and paying for the shipping Absolutely not! Then she tells me the shirts are "boyfriend fit" and "unisex"… Makes no sense… that is nowhere on their website. They don't even have a size chart on their site to help decide what size to get… FALSE ADVERTISING AND I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! They need to shut down!

I bought a set of pjs for a party and paid extra to have them shipped before party. I was told there was an error in their shipping department and the wrong shipping was chosen. They refunded me $5 for shipping and the pjs DID NOT arrive In time for the party. I would prefer to send them back but realized there are no returns. All sales final. Will not order from them again.

I ordered the mystery tee 3 pack. I received 2 tee shirts and 1 tank top. The tee shirts are huge and the tank top is too small. The tee shirts are at least 6 inches wider than the tank top. They have the same size on the label but obviously are not made even close to true size. They are also very cheaply made. I knew before I bought them they were not exchangeable/returnable and took my chances… however, I will never buy anything from this company again.

I ordered in March 2020, right before Covid hit. In April,being patient bc I realise that covid could have hit them hard, I emailed them to find out the status of my order, took a week or so to get a response with the same as other reviewers "Please wait 10-15 days for processing"…um, it's been 60 days. Comments on their FB ads got no response. I emailed again, by this time it had been 90 days since they charged my cc, with no luck. Did finally get someone on the phone, she said she didn't know why it hadn't been shipped out and she would get them sent out ASAP but they didn't have two of the shirts and a credit code would be emailed to me. 3 weeks later I get the one shirt and a "mystery item", coasters..it's fine, was $4. Never got the email. I emailed them AGAIN and she said, oh i'm so sorry, here's the code. Not a real big fan at this point but what am I going to do? So i have a $36 credit to use at a store that is basically not selling anything anymore…they have like 6 items on the website. Basically I donated $50 to this deplorable company.

States 10 to 15 days to ship placed my order June 1st still havent received I asked for shipping information 2 weeks later they wouldnt provide it by the time they gave it it to me package was lost i asked for a refund they ignored me for a week resent the package out and refusing to give my money back package has still yet to be received. All I want is my money back from this joke of a site.

I bit on their "mystery tee 3 pack" because it was $10 off so with shipping it was $16. It seemed like a fun little thing to get. Boy was I wrong. My cousin and I ordered the same thing on the same day. She got hers about a week later. A week after my cousin got hers I emailed them. They gave me some BS about how they're backed up and Yada Yada. I emailed them back.. Nothing.. I emailed them again.. Nothing. SIX WEEKS AFTER I ordered I finally got it. According to their size suggestions, someone who wears a 12-14 should order XL so I assumed they ran small. I ordered larges (I wear a size 12 pant, but thought xl seemed a bit excessive. THEY ARE HUGE! And after all that wait, they tees I got were super lame. I emailed them again to tell them about their terrible customer service and my disappointment with their tees and.. You guessed it! Not a word. Do NOT waste your money!

Placed an order on 5/23/20 and it "shipped" on 5/27/20. It's now 6/27/20 and I have yet to receive. Not only have I not received, the tracking number is no longer available. I have contacted customer service three times with only one initial response stating,
"Thank you so much for shopping with us! We ask 10-5 business days for processing on all orders. We do preprint all shipping labels with the order invoices to ensure a faster shipping process during fulfillment. Once your order is scanned by DHL, you will see movement on your tracking. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. You are going to LOVE your new tees!"

Contacted again on 6/20/20 and 6/27/20 with no response. Will never order from this company again.

I didn't have a problem with my shipping like so many…. however, the quality of the items I have received are very poor. After looking at the other items on the website I decided to order the mystery shirts. I was excited when my package was received and equally disappointed when I opened my package. The quality of what I received is very subpar.

I saw the advertisement on Facebook about this shop. I'm always up for supporting small businesses, so I decided to give them a try. I chose a mystery clothing item and a mystery jewelry item. I thought how fun!
The jewelry item was a hair tie with a gold starfish attached to it…not impressed. Plus I had to pay shipping on this.
Absolute disappointment. I feel ripped off, I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. Everyone beware of the "mystery" items…

I am very unhappy with the 3 for $21 Mystery Tees – they are basically three of the same shirt. Additionally, the shipping that was advertised as 3-5 business days actually took 10 business days. When I reached out to the company to inquire, the reply was "Thank you so much for shopping with us! We ask 10-15 business days for processing on all orders. We do preprint all shipping labels with the order invoices to ensure a faster shipping process during fulfillment. Once your order is scanned by DHL, you will see movement on your tracking." This is unacceptable and a huge waste of money!!!!!

This business is horrid. I purchased three t-shirts and moment's after purchase I noticed the auto fill had the incorrect address. I emailed them and I did not hear back for three days. Their response was nothing short of too bad, you should receive the items shorty. They did not correct the address, stop the shipment or offer anything. Honestly, I've had better customer service with booths on the side of the street.

I bought a pair of pajamas. Easy enough. They said is it was XL – 2XL. I'm usually about an XL. These weren't even close. They were cute though but the sizing was way off.
They did ship quick. I'll give them that.
But no where anywhere during the purchase process did they say 'all sales are final.'
So the lessons are: DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY or any company that floats up an IG ad.

Too bad they are crooks.

I was not immediately sent an invoice to my email, I did have to call but the number on their site at the bottom of the home screen does work and if you press 0 you are directed to a real and helpful person. I was sent an emailed invoice during the call and was also informed they are currently up to date on orders and processing shouldn't take more than 5 days and after that I will be emailed with a tracking number. I have high hope I will receive my order. I will update when my items are received with pics!

I placed an order from this company, after two weeks of placing my order, my order still was not shipped. I paid for 5-7 day shipping. I emailed twice and never received a response. I looked company up on Better Business Bureau and found multiple complaints against Liv Luv Shop. I made a complaint and notified the company of my complaints, finally they responded with "thanks for your order, we will email you when it has shipped." I responded with "cancel my order immediately". They responded with "sales are final." Still never received a package to this day. I had to file a fraud charge with credit card.

I placed my order on 2/3/2020 and the website said it would take 5 to 7 days. My order did not arrive until 2/16/2020 and the transfers were crooked. I ordered these for Valentine's Day for gifts for my daughter and I had to go out and buy something different. The transfers were so crooked and disoriented. There was no text nor follow up nor email stating that there would be a delay in my order. I am so so disappointed. I do not recommend this site whatsoever. I also ordered a sweatshirt which arrived but it was so thin I would not call it a sweatshirt or fleece. Again, I do not recommend.

Ordered a couple shirts in Medium and they showed up like a size 2X… Too big to wear. One of the shirts was for Valentines day! Called customer service and they were very rude and seemed to not care about trying to get another shirt delivered on time. And no refunds are available….. So my understanding is that the shirts are too big to wear even in a small but you are forced to purchase or exchange with them….. Out of all the shops and boutiques I have ordered from this company doesn't care about its customers!!!!!! Shop some where else ladies!!!!

There is a tiny link on the bottom of the page for refund policy. They should be a lot more transparent. They do print it on your invoice when the package arrives.
