Easy site to use.

I鈥檓 not sure why I keep getting e mails to review the property as I wasn鈥檛 able to travel to wales to stay in it due to covid! I鈥檓 sure it鈥檚 very nice!!

Easy transaction

The answer is no. Due to coronavirus our flights were cancelled but still we were asked to pay the balance of 拢2000 for the villa that we simply couldn鈥檛 get to, you would not give us our deposit back of just under 拢1000 absolutely disgusted with you.

Poor customer service

Good service from start to finish. Apartment very close to River Dart. Apartment had everything we needed for self catering. Very clean. Everything looks new.

I had a serious issue with the property managers and the Holidu customer representative that responded to me did not take any of it into consideration or even attempt to help

Brilliant stay, a little awkward to get to if you're just using the postcode on a satnav, but the owner gave us perfect directions once we rang. Would highly recommend over packing for snacks and supplies as local shops are a 10 minute drive away, other than that, you absolutely cannot complain. Views are incredible, locals are friendly. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Gorgeous cottage, pretty much all you needed inside, we had a lovely relaxing time, I would have given 5 stars had there been enough logs etc for the 3 nights we were there, sadly only enough for one night with the choice to buy more, which we did from the local coop at 拢10 for kindling and eco logs, the only downside for me was the matress was a bit too soft, having a bad back this didn't make the best nights sleep, but saying that my partner slept very well, all in all I would recommend Catkin cottage and would come again.

Not clear if confirmation of holiday has been accepted. not clear what balance to be paid and when – too quick to keep taking same deposit – Need address where cottage is etc etc a few more details would be good – have I a holiday booking or not ?

Lovely place for families

beautiful location, we were lucky to have a large fall of snow, the cabins could do with more cooking equipment, micro, toaster ect, it is very expensive if you count the local and tourist taxes, the location is great for exploring Switzerland as it is central to the main tourist spots
