Fantastic few days away. Hotel was really great and staff could not have been more helpful.

The hotel room was very shabby and had two small single beds we had to upgrade to a double bed room at 25 pounds per night .

On return to Dublin we had to dismount the plane by the front stairs and walk through the rain into the terminal building and back out to a bus which then took us to the terminal .

Hotel was very basic, we were booked half board, only had dinner the first night and never again after that not a great selection, given a time that we had to have dinner at which wouldn't suit us at all. Breakfast was also very basic. Staff indifferent to guests, no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Room was quite small. Flights were good , on time and staff were lovely have never had a bad experience flying with Aer Lingus. Will continue to book flights but wouldn't book holiday with Aer Lingus/Click & Go again.

This hotel whilst the rooms were very nice the service in the hotel was poor. Breakfast was less than average and charging 16 euro for it was poor value. We abandoned the breakfast in the hotel and went out to buy breakfast locally. Click and Go did not allow us to enter the Aer Lingus website to book seats and we were forced to queue at check in despite no luggage. We were allocated separate seats. Hotel staff in general had no interest of residents. Our experience with Click and Go not good and never go again. Will resort back to booking separately with Aer Lingus and doing all other arrangements ourselves.

all went well with our 4 night break to Budapest, all travel arrangements seamless and the hotel quite satisfactory. Situation a bit out of centre but metro on the doorstep so that was no problem. would definitely book with aerlingus/clickandgo again

Flying with Aer Lingus is always a pleasure. The hotel was beautiful and the location was exceptionally convenient. The buffet breakfast was vast and the 24hr availability of coffee and hot chocolate was a nice touch. Highly recommended

Will definitely book with Aer Lingus Holidays again. The flight, times etc were excellent. The hotel choice, Hotel Suite Home, was really very good. We'd stay there again. All in all, a very positive experience

Booked with aerlingus because didn,t want to be be treated like Ryanair CATTLE. Unfortunately, being Bused out to our plane, for whatever reason, is just not acceptable from Aerlingus. The once national carrier is now a two tier operator. One for the short hop holiday maker, just like Ryanair, AND second the transatlantic travellers, mainly to get the well healed.
Why have I to pay extra for a good seat at the front of an aeroplane.!!!! This is Ryanair territory. Bottom line is I will be mindful next time who I go with fly with.

Booking with Aer Lingus was simple. No problems at all. Staff at Airport and Airline very professional. Hotel right in centre of Madrid … easy access to everything. Small 3 star hotel with friendly staff and everything we needed. Clean rooms and although no luxuries it was close to restaurants and near the cathedral and palace. Perfect for a city break.

Playa Biaritz in Puerta del Carmen, 4 star hotel, room very poor condition(not 4 star), when we asked for a better room were told that this was standard, unacceptable! we paid 16 euro a night for an upgrade, an exact same size room but in good condition. That's 112 euro extra for what we should have got in the first place.

All good, hotel was based in a ideal spot for exploring Rome. Hotel was clean and room was fine. I got the express train into Rome and the hotel was 5 minutes from Rome Termini. Flights was good, so overall very happy.

The hotel was not a four star. The food was terrible cold and no meat fat and legs tights of chicken that all we got. I am lactose intolerant and they were of no help. The ants were every where walking over the food counters in the bed rooms and in the entertainment room. Their was a lack of staff
they did not know how to clean tables they shook table mats on the floor.
We stayed in a four star last year and the could not do an enough for me offer to cook anything I wanted.[I did not have to take that offer up] but this hotel I come home

Found it very useful to be able to book flights and accommodation at the same time and it worked out much cheaper.

Delayed check-in, delayed boarding and no communication from staff
Very abrupt landing in a distant terminal again
Very disappointed

Flights were delayed both ways and further delayed by parking at the cargo end of Dublin airport. Inflight service was good

Hotel Santo Domingo is definitely not 4 star. Although ideally situated, it lacks much of the finesse of a 4 star hotel. The room was tiny and the window was only 2 feet wide making it look more like a prison cell. The chair at the desk collapsed as soon as I sat on it, almost injuring myself. Bathroom was poorly equipped with not even a box of tissues. Shower floor was extremely slippery and very dangerous getting in and out. Both my partner and I almost fell and could have injured ourselves badly on the many sharp edges.

Staff at reception were helpful regarding information, suggestions, use of computer etc
