Made an order from on-line shop to Germany. As result they lost it and did not do anything with courier service and, of course, no refund.

I ve been to gutteridge's shop in Pisa (Italy). Nothing to say about the quality of the products, my complaint is all about the service. The salesgirl was very rude it seems almost that we disturbed her. She and the other spoke in front of us about sales and who had sold the most. When we went to pay we had to go to the cash register, overall a really poor service.

Best service, high quality clothes, and serious brand. Highly recommendable.

The best brand in the world. Hospitality in the hight level.
I suggest all my friends to wear Gutteridge.

I bought a suit from the Via Chiaia shop in Naples which needed alterations to the trousers and jacket sleeves. When I picked up the suit (with pre-paid tailor adjustments) and tried it on at home, the trousers had been shortened as requested, but the jacket hadn't been touched at all.
Gutteridge offers very good quality clothing, but what is missing in the Naples Via Chiaia shop is the touch of class and professionalism which would make a difference from any other commercial brand. I'm not sure why this particular shop didn't bother checking whether my jacket sleeves had been shortened or not. Perhaps it was the snobbish, non-caring attitude of its manager, but to be honest, I don't care anymore. The real problem here is trust in the staff of this shop which has now lost my custom for good.
Having said that, I strongly recommend the Gutteridge shop on Via Toledo in Naples (a short walk away) where the staff is far more professional and helpful and where I decided to buy a lovely pair of leather shoes to match my suit!

Ho comprato un abito al negozio di Via Chiaia a Napoli che aveva bisogno di modifiche ai pantaloni e alle maniche della giacca. Quando ho ritirato l'abito (peraltro con aggiusto sartoriale gi脿 pagato) e l'ho provato a casa, i pantaloni erano stati accorciati come richiesto, ma la giacca non era stata modificata ed era uguale a prima.
Gutteridge offre abbigliamento di ottima qualit脿, ma ci貌 che manca nel negozio di Via Chiaia a Napoli 猫 il tocco di classe e professionalit脿 che farebbe la differenza da qualsiasi altro marchio commerciale. Non so perch茅 questo particolare negozio non si sia preoccupato di controllare se le maniche della mia giacca fossero state accorciate o meno. Forse era l'atteggiamento snob e poco premuroso del suo manager ma, ad essere sincero, non mi interessa pi霉. Il vero problema qui 猫 la fiducia nello staff di questo negozio che ora mi ha perso come cliente per sempre.
Detto questo, consiglio vivamente il negozio Gutteridge in Via Toledo a Napoli (distante pochi passi) in cui il personale 猫 molto pi霉 professionale e disponibile e dove ho acquistato un bel paio di scarpe in pelle da abbinare al mio abito!

I ordered trousers from Gutteridge and the quality and style is fantastic. BUT the size guide on the website is completely INCORRECT. After contacting Gutteridge by whatsapp several times they finally responded but they were rude and would not offer a refund without a fee nor would they allow me to exchange for another size. Eventually I ordered another pair of trousers (2 sizes and larger and 6cm bigger than my actual waist) but they were 40鈧?more expensive. Gutteridge didn't care and they stopped responding to my emails. WORST customer service ever!

Despu茅s de contactar a Gutteridge por whatsapp varias veces, finalmente respondieron, pero fueron groseros y no ofrecer铆an un reembolso sin una tarifa ni me permitir铆an cambiarlo por otro tama帽o. Finalmente ped铆 otro par de pantalones (2 tallas y m谩s grandes y 6 cm m谩s grandes que mi cintura real), pero eran 40 鈧?m谩s caros. A Gutteridge no le import贸 y dejaron de responder a mis correos electr贸nicos. El peor servicio al cliente!

Very good customer service. Fast and quality shipping and super nice package. High quality clothing, Naples style, and everything you long for an Italian clothing company.

Worst customer service I have experienced, not responding my emails regarding a refund for a lost parcel (delivery attempt never made, gls simply lost my parcel and gutteridge is not supporting). Calling them to tell you to send them an email which they will never respond, 2 months now and I still did not receive my refund

Parcel lost, never received, customer service never answering my emails, calling and they tell me to write an email in order to receive a refund, worst service I have ever experienced as I need to contact a lawyer for a clearly lost by gls parcel

Not recommended to anybody they don鈥檛 ship order before 1 month and don鈥檛 reply email and don鈥檛 respond on helpline.will not buy again

I bought the Gutteridge jacket and perfume from Gutteridge Florence shop. The sales woman was very friendly and helpful.
