My husband purchased me a gift card and I bought myself a pair of earrings with it. The earrings are from Izabel Camille, have never been worn, and when I took them out of the box they were covered in black spots. I went back to the store to have them exchanged but they offered to clean them. I have since been back 3 times to have them cleaned and nothing works. They refuse to exchange them because I don鈥檛 have the receipt, but I do have the gift card in which they were purchased with, as well as confirmation from the salesgirl that she sold them to me. I work for a clothing company and I know that these earrings can be sent back as a reklamation. It鈥檚 crazy to me that they won鈥檛 exchange faulty earrings that are almost 1000kr. My husbands family members have been loyal customers but I will be telling them all about this incident and I will never shop here again.
