Hotel nice. Lovely staff. Spa is hit and miss. Felt too busy and unsafe for Covid 19. No water offered throughout the day as promised. Uniform of staff untidy. HMixed gender changing room with 3 cubical鈥檚 and no changing benches. The spa treatment was awful. The swimming pool/steam and sauna all lovely. The afternoon tea was amazing. All the other food in the restaurant looked amazing too. Really nice atmosphere in there too. 50/50 as I say.
