This place is a joke. They are a bunch of scammers and have an F rating with the BBB. Would never do BUSINESS with them again and their COAs are not worth the paper they are printed on and on top of that they are rude.

-GT SPORTS MARKETING REFUSES TO REFUND BUYERS FOR ATHLETE CANCELLATIONS- 2014- MUST READ:
I purchased one (1) autograph signing, one (1) Authentication ticket and
two (2) admission tickets to Garden State Exhibit Center show thru GTSM
Sports Marketing (April, 2014). The Player signing cancelled prior to the show event. Therefore, I contacted GT Sports Marketing on April 14th (show scheduled for April 25-27, 2014) requesting a refund. I not only called but emailed GTSM on six (6) separate occasions requesting this refund. ALL EMAILS HAVE GONE WITHOUT REPLY TO DATE. After contacting several other Marketing Groups for additional GTSM contact information, it seems that they too have had multiple problems with GTSM both with refunds and contact information. I later found multiple complaints on the internet. These complaints were filed with the BBB- Better Business Bureau, Paypal, FTC and posted on Facebook. Most, if not all posts, related to refunds and the company refusing to answer the buyers requests and emails. I will also add that, according to the numerous posts from buyers, GTSM will NOT contact you if an athlete cancels nor do they post the cancellation on their site (which they have argued with sellers that they do). Here's how GTSM works:
The GTSM Marketing strategy is to get you to the show regardless of cancellations. At that time, they are then covered from issuing refunds for any admission tickets. Second, they know by past shows that a percentage of attendees will end up using their purchase credit for another athlete signing and/or photo op. This now covers them for refunding a percentage of signing/ photo op tickets. Now, I may not work for NASA or have won the Nobel Peace Prize but I do know smoking mirrors when I see them. It is not only my opinion, but the opinions of many, many others that GTSM knows when an athlete has possible commitments to other charity events or misc. obligations. They will STILL post the athlete's name to draw people in (knowing they will most likely not be able to attend). These athletes are under contract with GTSM so it is legal to do and no liable risk to GTSM as a company. Just do your homework and research the amount of cancellations that GTSM has hat their shows. Enough said!
