If customer service is rated on a 1 to 10 scale with 10 being the best, this company is a 25. On multiple occasions they've gone out of there way to help resolve my issue. There clothing is guaranteed for life regardless of circumstances. I can't express adequately how pleased I am with this company. I'll definitely be a life long customer with this continued service!

If I could give less than one star I would. My boyfriend introduced me to this company and showed me the beer guarantee and I thought that was a great policy. So when he decided to sign up for the monthly subscription, I decided to too. Well it is now 1/8/21 and I have not received a shirt since 10/27/20. But they keep taking out their money every month. I have reached out to customer service multiple times about my orders and received generic responses. Now I have emailed customer service about cancelling my membership. Their response is that there is a $25 fee for early termination before 7 months. I have gone back and forth with them probably about 10 times explaining my situation, explaining that they have had inadequate service resulting in me wanting to cancel my membership. But they refuse to waive the $25 cancellation fee. Why should I have to pay extra money to cancel a subscription on shirts I haven't even received. Then when I hadn't even finalized cancelling my membership because I was still disputing the fee, they cancelled anyway and charged my account without my permission. Since my experience I have started to read reviews on BBB and realized many others have had my same problem. I do not recommend to anyone the monthly subscription or this company at all.

Please do yourself a favor, use another company such as Nine Line. This company is a disgrace to any military operation it is standing behind. They will take your money, without pause, but they will not deliver on what acceptable customer service is. You may or may not receive what you ordered and you will have to beg barter and steal to receive your rightful refund.

On December 21st I placed an order for a shirt with this company. Immediately funds were deducted from my PayPal account. But I never received an order confirmation. Therefore by that evening I emailed their customer service in hopes that the next day I would have some sort of response with regards to having not received a order confirmation. By the next day at noon I still had no communication from the company. Therefore I chose to call them. I sat on hold for 45 minutes and was disconnected I attempted to try to call again and had the same issue. I then went on to social media to message them with their Instagram account and Facebook account. This would be December 22. I once again could get no response from anyone. By the next day on December 23 I had a comment on Facebook that was just very bleak and rude where they gave me an alternate email for their customer service. As well as the individual who messaged me back on Facebook stated that neither of my email addresses were found connected to any order. Which is not correct because I paid with my PayPal and I gave them the email that is connected with my PayPal. Therefore I proceeded to email the alternate email that was given to me. The individual who emailed back a few days later claimed that they found my order that the email address was just spelt wrong. Which is again not correct because I purchased with my PayPal and everything in my account is correct as I double checked it. This individual claimed that the item was indeed in stock, and they upgraded it to second day air and I would receive shipment confirmation shortly. By January 2nd, I still have no item whatsoever but they have charged my account. So I responded back once again to the social media email that I was told to email initially to, I question them with regards to the order and the status of the shipping. I was then told that the item was no longer available and that I had the option to choose a different item or have a store credit. I at this point have been told three different things. I expect them to ship the item to me that I was told was in stock. Or they are to credit me back my funds. I am not going to do an in-store credit or a choice of a different item. This is not my fault this is this company鈥榮 fault. They are preying on Americans acting as though they are a military company and that they support patriotic Americans. Instead what they're doing is taking advantage of hard-working Americans and their money right now with all of the controversy and things that are going on in the media. If they cared about the American people and they cared about the military and front line individuals this wouldn't be going on with purchases. I am seeing all sorts of issues online that a ton of people are dealing with this stuff. I don't even think it's a true company in the United States I think it's some thing in another country and they're preying on Americans.

Ordered on NOV 29th. DEC 18th still unfulfilled. Called customer service, didn't know why they had not been unfulfilled and all items were out of stock. Website advertised that orders placed would be delivered by christmas. Happened last year as well. Will never purchase again

I have ordered several items in the past however this last order was a nightmare. 2 weeks and 2 emails and 2 phone calls and still the order was not processed. Terrible customer service department. To save aggravation dont order from this company.

I will never order from them again. I placed an order with a representative on the phone to ensure it would be here for my husband's 40th birthday. This was what the children and I came up with so there isn't anything else. So I call because it had been 5 days and no order… the package hasn't even shipped. I am furious. They asked me if I wanted to ship it. Are you kidding me? I placed this order 5 days ago. It should already have been delivered. Needless to say there's was nothing that could be done to ensure it being here for Sunday. Now he will get this 2 days late. Yeah no thx. Terrible experience for my first order with them. Never again

I probably have 30+ items from Grunt Style. However, lately their quality has been horrible. To make is worse their once awesome customer service has seemed to disappear completely. Avoid their product at all costs.

We ordered a JDOG hoodie after many orders of other hoodies and the quality of this one was just awful! I guess the $30 price should have told me that-since most of their hoodies are $50-$60. I did send in a complaint and they told me it is supposed to look like that-ummm-well nope! It should be of better quality and at least be able to see the picture without straining your eyes! They should stand behind quality of a product over anything else. Very disappointed!

This company is hot garbage. I love America so any company that makes merch like the do is a win. Until I actually ordered from them. I placed an order with overnight shipping towards the end of a week so I understand the order probably won't process until Monday and I would have it Tuesday…..nope. Ups says maybe Wednesday. I contact grunt style to see about being reimbursed for shopping cause I paid a lot extra for the expedited. They tell me they are not responsible for any delays which is ridiculous. It is your name on the product have some respect for your merchandise and your customers and at least try and be understanding which no one with this company is. So if you want to order from a company that doesn't give a damn about you as the customer than this is your company.

I ordered my boyfriend and I shirts here during the COVID-19 pandemic… they are awesome shirts and very comfortable, lots of compliments.. they didn't shrink much when I washed them which is something I'm always worried about

I joined club grunt style and paid the initial fee and then the second months fees and my first shirt still hasn't been shipped!!! 6 more months until I can cancel and let me tell you I haven't felt this [email protected]#$ED since I sign a 2 year contract with T-Mobile 13 years ago as a kid!!!! Rediculous!!!!

Screwed up first order was missing a Tee called Customer service they did try to make it right, But I did give them a second chance and placed a 2nd order.

Low and behold they SCREWED up that order as well.

Called Customer service again and they LIED and said it already shipped but they only created a shipping label and that I am unable to cancel my order. Wow Really ?

Demanded a supervisor and then said I can reverse the charge VERY Quick and a supervisor became available and he wasn't any help so I told them to cancel my order.

Do yourself a favor and Order from a company that Prints and make their product in the USA..

BUYER BEWARE THEIR SHIRTS ARE NOT MADE IN THE USA !!!!

Nice shirts, zero customer service. I purchased 3 large shirts, one was too tight because it was made (in Nicaragua, not USA) with different materials. I've sent numerous emails over the past week and a half asking for a simple exchange without one reply. Calling customer service is a joke, either you're on hold for ever or their mailbox is full.

They obviously care less about their customers or reputation. If purchase a shirt that does not fit plan on giving it away.

I have bought multiple times from Grunt Style and EVERY single time I have been thrilled with the purchase, quality of the product and the fast shipping. On one occasion, I had to contact them directly and their response time was amazing. I highly recommend this site for the patriot in your life!

I love your shirts! They are great quality and design. And can鈥檛 beat that they are made in the USA. The only thing is that it takes forever for Grunt Style to ship even if it is GS24 stamp guaranteed. I wish the shipping gets better in time. Meanwhile, I will be here patiently waiting for my tshirts. Keep them coming!
