It鈥檚 pretty good, but not perfect. I order from this place plenty of times and it鈥檚 quick, not too expensive, but sometimes it comes a bit cold.

It鈥檚 horrible. They have thee worse people deciding to deliver for the app.
I mean I literally placed an order, my food was ready to be picked up, it told me my deliverer was on her way to the restaurant… next thing I know she鈥檚 going the opposite way of the restaurant altogether. It didn鈥檛 say she cancelled picking up the food, it stayed saying she was on her way to get the food. The RESTAURANT had to cancel the order.
The drivers act as if they don鈥檛 like doing it (and it鈥檚 completely optional) they don鈥檛 have to be apart of the app..it鈥檚 like Grubhub just lets any and everybody drive for them and these people are the worse. This situation occurred twice. My food gets cancelled because the driver doesn鈥檛 go to pick it up and the app doesn鈥檛 inform you that the driver decided they didn鈥檛 wanna pick up the food. Now about the expenses! Grubhub is costly, I get the delivery fees, the cost of the order, tips (optional)..but the 鈥渟mall order fee鈥?we get charged more simply because we order something and it鈥檚 not up to 20+ dollars, then it鈥檒l be a small order fee. If something is 8-13 you鈥檒l get a small order fee. That鈥檚 ridiculous. If our food doesn鈥檛 cost much it should stay just that. Especially when we we鈥檙e paying for the taxes, delivery, and the food..they wanna charge on a small order fee. Pathetic..Grubhub is terrible.

I was recently is n vegas, my brother and I ordered taco bell.
When the food came it wasnt the order we made, extremely cold, and both Mexican pizzas was made up.
I contacted grubhub for a refund of one of the Mexican pizza that wasnt made correctly.
I was told my refund would towards my next time with grubhub and I was given a expiration date. I believe the way I paid is the way I should get my refund back.
I would never use this trashy service again, I would recommend going through another service.
I wish I didnt have to give a star.

I ordered through Grubhub a Chili Relleno, Enchilada, and Steak Tamal Co but received a pork tamale, and chili relleno instead. 3 Margaritas gave the driver the wrong order and the grubhub driver did not verify the order was correct. This was also my 3rd order with Grubhub (GH) my first order never came from Old Chicago (OC) and I had to call Old Chicago to find out there were no drivers as the GH app only said OC had postponed the order which was not true the order was prepared on time. I was working and called OC 1 1/2 hours after it was to arrive. This time I asked for a coupon to help with my next order to make up for new user coupon not working and for all the hassle and wasted time and they said there was nothing they could do. This is the last time I use GH. Probably the worst service I have ever received.

Sadly, we have had nothing but bad luck with ordering anything through Grubhub. We have had orders that never showed up at all, orders delayed for unreasonable timeframes without communications, an order dropped in a parking lot by the driver and never delivered after the store remade it, and deliveries that were missing items even though the store said the order was complete. We've received credits from Grubhub after reporting issues, only to have further issues our next order. We won't be trying Grubhub again – we have begun utilizing other services instead.

If I did not have to roll over the stars there would not be any. Several times I have placed order and then used their tracking to track my order. They have lied-1 minutes away yet the map shows they have not even left the restaurant. Most of the employees do not understand not speak English well which makes it hard when they call you for directions etc.Where is GPS-Googlemap I have it and I do not deliver food for a living. The employees are not very clean-fingernails, vehicle and clothing are dirty. I have seen dogs in the cars with our food-which cannot be very sanitary or the FDA would allow them in restaurant kitchens. Once you order the money is taken right away but if you cancel it takes 5 days. Try Caviar, Doordash, 2GoServies or any other delivery company you will get your food on time, hot, freash and without canine dog hair seasoning.

Worst company ever. Ordered dinner and after two hours they never show up and don鈥檛 call. Went online and it said cancelled. I called the restaurant and they said order was never placed. Called manager of restaurant and they said they are not affiliated with them and post their menu online without asking permission. This can effect the reputation of a restaurant if people don鈥檛 know this. This business should be sued by the restaurant association if they have one.

what a joke, the order was marked as delivered, but was not delivered. I called the restaurant. Manager told me food was never picked up, he said driver never showed up. I called Grubhub. They said they would not charge me. I asked for a free meal, they said no. I said the only reason I used them was for convenience and this was a big inconvenience to me. I told them to cancel my account. They said OK. End of story…. unless they end up charging me anyway. I won't know until I get my next credit card bill. More aggravation. Don't use Gubhub.

I feel so bad for the driver of Grub Hub. For some reason they don鈥檛 have my zip code listed on the App. The poor drivers end up on the other side of town looking for my house. No matter how many times I call Customer Service or email them, they refuse to change it. I honestly think customer service doesn鈥檛 care. I鈥檝e even gone as far as to have them contact the driver to give the correct address, and they straight out lie and don鈥檛 call them. Use Postmates instead.

Grubhub had a glitch in their system and sent our food to our old work address, even though that address was no longer in our profile.

After two phone calls to them, and 60 wasted minutes of being placed on hold, getting passed around to 4 different people I was finally offered a refund. Even though each of the representatives understood that it was Grubhub's fault, they made me waste an hour of my time to get my money back.

Worst customer service ever!

Everything about this service sucks. Seriously its 2019 I should have ways to deal with your website other than a bug ridden mess.There is a near impossible number of times I've payed for delivery that hasn't shown up.

They are the absolute worst in customer service I swear and have the crappiest drivers. I literally ordered something the driver gets here and drives off when I go to meet him outside in the back. I called customer care they seem to not care and didn鈥檛 apologize for the issues. I wanted to speak to a manager. The first person I had talked to hung up on me and I then had to call back to speak with a manager who then offered me a refund and a promo code. When I had looked for the promo code email I couldn鈥檛 find it at first so had to call back to finally get it sent and now the damn thing doesn鈥檛 work I will never use or recommend them ever again. They need to fire that a**hole of a driver Soufiane who is a POS

They said the driver tried calling me three times. I was waiting by the phone and never heard a call. The only thing I received was a text saying driver attempted and tried to deliver the food. I called the number on the text, and they said they had record of attempts by the driver. I live in guard gated place in Vegas and never experienced this before I asked for a refund and the best they can do was give me food credit. They were basically calling me a liar. I said I would send them my call log plus I asked to talk to supervisor and they said they would have them call me back and as of yet no call back. But it says in my previous orders it was delivered…..so if they supposedly called me three times and couldn't get a hold of me who did they deliver the food too!!!!

The service has gone down hill since they started….drivers are not honest and they steal the food. Most are bottom rung workers…..uneducated and thieves….BOTTOM LINE IS I DIDNT GET FOOD AND STILL GOT CHARGED FOR THE DELIVERY!!!!!

I placed an order for Yard House through Grub Hub. I was given an original delivery time of 45 mins. It was then changed to 2 hours. I called the restaurant and they said my good had been waiting to be picked up. It was my driver who delayed it another hour. So my food arrived over an hour late and cold. Grub Hub thought giving me a $5.00 off my next purchase was supposed to make this okay. I will never use Grub Hub again.
