Have been ordering from these guys for over two and a half years but that is about to change. I paid nearly 拢15 for a delivery which was due to arrive last Thursday/friday.
I had waited in and booked a days leave to be here for the Friday delivery as on Thursday my wife was at home but unfortunately the Thursday delivery didn鈥檛 arrive. Not a big deal as the delivery said Thursday or Friday. I had waited in all day for this fedex delivery and at around 3pm emailed customer services at growwell.co.uk and was assured it was arriving today (Friday). They assured me it would be with me as they delivered until 6pm. After 6pm I still had no delivery or even a courtesy call explaining a delay. All day I waited and a days leave taken. For nothing.
I emailed customer services again explaining my situation on Friday evening and asked if I could at least have the delivery fee refunded? The response I received today, Monday just said it takes time for the delivery to reach Ireland. I was assured that it would be with me today and absolutely nothing about my delivery refund or the fact that for 2 days I had someone in the house to accept this phantom delivery. They (growwell) explained that they also use other delivery companies and they won鈥檛 use fedex again should I give them another chance by shopping with them again. No customer loyalty with these guys and it鈥檚 so annoying that my whole day was ruined over this. I couldn鈥檛 even leave the house as I half expected them to arrive if I did leave. I won鈥檛 be using them in any future. A simple refund of 拢15 on the 2 dates which fedex did not deliver on was not even answered from my original enquiry. And for dodging what would be a very small compensation on their part would be a big reason to stay loyal to this company. I will be using another service for any of my needs in the future.

Posted a 5 star review on the website as my 1 Star review was removed. I explained to other customers what had happened and stated I had to post a 5 star review for it to be published on the website. Within minutes I had a manager sending me an email saying he agreed with my comments and was issuing me my refund if 拢15 and sending me on some freebies which were received next day no less. All apologies but when I then went in to see my 5 star review with negative comments about the company they had deleted it. Really poor customer services again from growwell.co.uk. They should go work at the White House for the overgrown baby. Reviews mean nothing on this site. There are only 5 star reviews from everyone. Not any 4/3/2/1 star reviews from over 1250 customers???? Totally dishonest company. Avoid. There are better more honest companies out there that will look after their loyal customers.
