A refund or to return anything for exchange. I have tried several times to just exchange product that came in defective or was not able to be given to the person I have purchased it for under different circumstances. One being I purchased some thing from my daughter and massage. When it came time to get my daughter a massage the girl now has something that she cannot touch anybody. So I am out the $50 that I paid for the massage because Groupon will not get back to me.
Today I just received a infrared thermometer that I ordered thinking it would be an easy way to read temperatures of anybody in my household being this is a new thing. Much easier with the new thermometers than the old style. But mine came today and I've tried six sets of batteries in it and it will not even come on. Once again I have tried Groupon to get an exchange for my product or a return and Groupon sites says it is under construction. Which is the most common thing you get with Groupon if there is any response at all.
So, I don't know for sure if I would recommend Groupon. I have got good products as well as terrible products. Some of my good outweighed my bad. But losing $50 as a Christmas gift. I'm really not happy about and now this. I guess you could say I am just tired of not being able to get a hold of them.

bought a set of cast iron pots.

Box they came in worth more than pots.Offered credit to groupon account.Worthless as I wouldnt buy anything from this company again.Absolute worthless crap.

We bought a rattan garden furniture and when putting it together we noticed we only received 8left side for the chairs (instead of 4left and 4 right).I contacted Groupon and was advised the merchant would not resent anything and were offered a return or voucher.So far not bad!We choose to get our money back and I was told we will get a free return collection .It has been more then 6 weeks and I have been in contact with Groupon every week where I was told the issue has been escaped or they are coming to collect but that has not happen!

First, their customer service is the worst:( I purchased a year subscription on one of their tutoring service and was giving a ddfective code, now im playing hide n seek with the company and groupon for legimate code to use. And why on earth it seems like all of their clothing items are paper cheap quality? Always ripped and always late:( Im starting to feel like Groupon is a scam:( What kind of business practice is that? Im about to cancel my account with them asap.

Take note, the daily deals on Groupon don't match up to the quality that their competitors offer. I ordered a jacket and it was the most flimsy piece of cloth that I use it as a smock for gardening.

Why didn't I send it back? The process was convoluted and upon closer research, the supplier was a cheap wholesaler of clothes known for less than perfect items. I suppose I should have been grateful that it fit.

The total time it took to get to me was six weeks. Tracking was non-existent and queries went unanswered.

We purchased from Groupon last year Rattan Garden Furniture. After the first time of rain rusty water started to leak from the legs of the table and some of the chairs which stained our Indian Sandstone Terrace. Groupon said that they could not offer a replacement as they were out of stock but offered a refund provided we packed it all up in its original packaging which was not possible as we did not have the original packaging We have since purchased a cover which has helped a little with the problem. Since the purchase we have learnt that most of these cheap imports by Groupon have steel framework and the more reputable manufactures use aluminium for their frames which of course does not rust. SO BEWARE and ask Groupon if steel or aluminium !!!!

I recently wrote a very negative review of Groupon's Bag of Swag deal. I am now writing to say how pleased I am with their Customer Service after I complained about the stuff I was sent. I had prompt attention and response to my complaint and with it a return label. I returned the stuff straight away and got a reply as soon as the goods were received to acknowledge it and also to inform me that I have been given a full refund including the postage. So, much as I am disappointed with the actual goods, I have to give credit where it's due and say their Customer Service is excellent. My contact for this in Groupon was Nithin Kumar who answered my complaint with politeness and followed up all the way through. He has also said he will pass on my comments to the right department which I hope he will do to prevent other customers having the same disappointing experience.

Ordered 4 week ago and no delivery. Chased them for them to say can't locate order. Checked with PayPal and money taken on day of order. Now been told by them to contact the supplier directly – The Vineyard club. Guess what they can't locate order either. Will give a few more days or go back to pay pal for direct refund. 4 weeks now not acceptable

After requesting a return label for recent purchase, receipts of past oders and access to years worth of my order history from Ideel/Ideeli now know as Groupon. I received a reply for my request of a return label.
here is the email I received telling me my 14 day return period had pasted… Really I've been requesting a return since the day I received the delivery. Not surprising however you would think a company like Groupon would not need to rip off customers for pennies.

I ordered something on Dec 8, 2015, emailed customers service several times and they kept replying asking for different things to be provided, I kept answering all their questions and sending the requested info, just to turn around and have them ask me for the same info again!! There are too many customer service reps with their hand in the pot and nothing getting resolved. I ended up calling in which I hate doing because I can't understand half of them. To make a long story short the convo was a nightmare the rep couldn't comprehend what was being said I has to explain over and over and spell things literally. Spent 45 min on the phone jus t for the phone call to get dropped while I was on hold HOW CONVENIENT!!! Of course they had asked me for my phone number and email address, but do you think anyone got back to me?? I waited a day to monitor my account and see if anything has been done they had put on a $10 groupon credit which is the discount off I originally was supposed to have on Dec 8, 2015 BUT I STILL wasn't able to make my purchase. I has 4 credit cards on file and each time I tried to purchase same thing and error occurred and could not process order. I ended up calling back in and speaking with someone who couldn't understand English or even comprehend me spelling things for him. SO F****ING annoying!!! Anyway he could not figure out why things weren't working and says he tried on his end as well and it must have been my card and I said there is no way in hell 4 cards aren't working and told him I'm not getting a message that says it was declined I'm getting an error message which means it's something on their end and he said he had to send me to the retention dept and that someone would get back to me within 72 hours. I told everyone this was a xmas gift and needed to be resolved before xmas. Well guess what it is now the day after Xmas and I have not heard from them other than 2 separate emails asking me to review my experience with their customer service. ARE THEY SERIOUS??!!! I'm so F****ING PISSED!!! They need to either retrain their customer service reps on how to actually handle a problem or give the jobs to actual US CITIZENS!! At least US CITIZEN can understand you, your problem and will help or get the help needed to resolve the issue!! I'm literally disgusted with Groupon and their effortless attempts at resolving what should have been a simple task.

I ordered something three weeks ago and surprise still don't have it. Now I need to run out and replace it as it was a Christmas gift. This has happened constantly with this company! I will never order anything through them again! They sent my things to NJ and I live in FL!

My mum purchased a Micheal Kors watch from a Groupon deal, they placed the order on our behalf with Ilovewatches.co.uk (first red flag) as the site is actually ilovewatch.co.uk stated it would be 7 working days for delivery, my mum was never sent a conformation email (2nd red flag) then there was a tracking number issued which made my mum feel a bit better, however after checking this number every day since the 3rd of December it just states that the tracking number had been entered into the system, but the package has not been handed to the carrier for posting, and that the package is still in Warsaw Poland. (Where ilovewatch.co.uk) is based.
My mum was concerned so tried to call the groupon who weren't at all interested just keep saying its on its way and giving the tracking number even when you tell them what the information says, they just repeat that over and over, the groupon office is in the phillipines, and it's extremely frustrating. They were not at all interested in looking into the situation and refuse a refund!
My mum then looked on the ilovewatch.co.uk website for a number to call, which appears to be a mobile number that you never get an answer just rings out to a voicemail, she has left a few with no response, we also emailed them as the have an email for groupon orders, after the first few there was no response, after telling them we had reported them they then responded stating because it's near Xmas they have had a lot of orders to fulfill and our package would be treated with priority to get to us before Xmas (my mum stated she just wanted to cancel her order) and wanted a refund! They asked for confirmation of this and groupon codes and order ID's which were provided and since that we have heard nothing from them! (This was on Friday, it's now Monday) as of today the shipping status is still stating the same thing and hasn't changed, we haven't recieved a refund, groupon refuse to do anything my mum is 拢179 out of pocket and no Xmas gift for me (which I don't care about, I'd rather she get this sorted and get her money back).
If you see this offer stay well away it is a SCAM!!!!! we will now have a fight to get her money back, if it's too good to be true it probably is, I'm writing his review as I haven't seen any on this site and don't believe we're the first! I will not use groupon again.

I bought the "doorbuster deal" for a supposedly authentic Celine bag. Bag is a bad fake. The silver stamping on the front looks bad, the heat stamp inside is crooked, the dustbag isn't even the same felt material as an authentic. How are they still selling counterfeit bags, it's illegal?!

I have recently been very displeased with Groupon's customer service regarding the problems I encountered with my 1st ever order with them. I ordered a lens kit for an iPhone for a birthday gift. I received the package in the mail and I was so excited. I opened it up to make sure everything was okay with the order — which wasn't the case. Seeing as the birthday was a few days away from the time I noticed the problem, I called Groupon's customer service. They told me I would be contacted within 48 hours, from the Good's team, to get the issue resolved and have the other lens mailed to me. No such phone call came. I called back a second time, and was told the same spiel — I'd get a phone call so they could send me my lens. No such phone call came, again. Agitated, and almost three weeks later, I called them for the final time. They tried to tell me that someone would be in contact with me, but I refused this service and asked to be put through to Goods themselves, which the operator VERY reluctantly did. Hoping that I'd finally be able to get my missing lens (keep in mind the person who got them as a gift is still awaiting the last lens at this point), and I was told I wouldn't be getting it. I was basically told that I was SOL because "it seemed like they took care of the issue and sent out the missing lens when I called the first time", which is total BS. When I told the Goods worker about being told by the first operator that someone would call me within 48 hours, she feigned that she knew nothing about that policy and said they weren't allowed to call customers. That's when I lost it. I had someone waiting for a part of their birthday gift, and Groupon was refusing to send me a replacement lens. The best they could do was give me a "$5 Groupon Bucks voucher". When I asked for the manufacturers number to try to resolve the problem directly, I was told that they "didn't have a contact number for the manufacturer. COMPLETE BS!!! WHAT COMPANY USES A MANUFACTURER AND DOESN'T HAVE ANY WAY TO CONTACT THEM??? I sincerely do not believe that my case was handled well or properly. I'm extremely unsatisfied with the service I was provided by Groupon and I plan on talking down about the service, as opposed to recommending it to friends and family, based on the lack of customer service and the lies I was told in order to free up a phone line.

I've ordered an aduro macbook case and a Blemish extractor. Both orders came in within 2 weeks. So far I haven't had any problems. I gave Groupon 5 stars because I've ordered boots but they ran out of stock. So groupon refunded me and also gave me $10 groupon bucks to be used on anything. I will continue to purchase from Groupon Goods.

I ordered a selfie stick and I received it a week later,when I opened the package,all the parts was different and didn't fit.I emailed the support team and they told me bs and apologized. WASTE OF MONEY

Orders dog clippers, super cheap price, fine print said they were returnable, and that all merchandise is shipped w/i 10 days. received them 4 weeks later, can't return them, bummer..

I have purchased several deals and products from this website. The products are shipped after one week of order, and are arrived within three weeks. The customer service is prompt, polite and helpful. They usually reply me the next day after I left them an email message. The site sells vast variety of products, discounted deals in service, and discounted entertainment tickets, too. And they are obviously cheaper than regular price. It is a cool purchase website not only for shopping, but finding deals in service and family entertainment, too.

I've purchased deals on getaways, classes, dinning, family activities, etc. I've received gifts from friends with no issues. When I wanted to make a return, I didn't have any issues. Customer service reps are friendly and helpful. I enjoy Groupon site and app

They do not stand behind the merchandise they sell. Also too many hoops to step through to buy some of their stuff. Groupon would not allow me to exchange a lightning cable that I bought a three weeks earlier. They said I was past my 15 day return limit. This goes against the covenant of good faith and fair dealing. I bought a spare cable, when I finally got around to using it, it did not work. They did not want to hear about it. Basically they customer service person said I don't give a s*it. I've also bought other stuff previously of what turned out to be of low quality. I will never use Groupon again.
