I鈥檝e ordered the Genuine Leather Apple Watch Strap / White (SIZE 42MM).
Unfortunately! I鈥檝e received the smaller SIZE of (38mm/40mm) instead!.

I鈥檝e returned this (purchase/item) on June 16th, 2020, & till now I did not get the refund .
Due to Corona there is no costumer service to contact!
Groupon service was reliable before, I鈥檝e been purchasing from them for so many years and never had a problem before! BUT now馃う馃徎鈥嶁檧锔?It鈥檚 terrible client service in The Netherlands 馃嚦馃嚤.
Hopefully someone can read my complain on their website and take an action to solve this issue!

Purchased Aukai SUP board, the pump hose broke during the first try, cheap cracking plastic. To make things worse, it seems like the hose valve dimensions are not standard, which makes it hard to find a replacement.

Bought a groupon to Boom Chicago 3 weeks ago and we went last weekend. While we actually had a great time there I do want to say I feel scammed! The price was 12.99 discounted from 26.50 per ticket. But then I found out that te regular admission price is just 17.95! So even though that鈥檚 a discount it is not the discount of 51% that they said it was! I think that鈥檚 is a misrepresentation and a scam!

Horrible service! I purchases a coupon, but the restaurant refused to redeem it as I didn't have any QR code (and Groupon never sent it to me). Later on I checked in my account but it said it was redeemed. I contacted their support and they said they will do something with it. I never got any solution and when I tried to login into my account it said the account is disabled! And no email address from them seems to be receiving my emails – all emails fail to go through. Never order anything with them!!!

The service with the client in the Netherlands is horrible, they are extremely slow in answering, furthermore you agree something with them and they change every time the agreement. I waited already 21 days and I have no clear answer, I called them 14 times and they keep ignoring my case and shifting it in time. It's not a serious company, they don't help you in anything and they are liars and thiefs: they don't keep their statements, they offer a really bad service with their providers and they don't return you the money and what is worst, they even try to take advantage of you!!! The worst experience I ever had!! This is anticlient service!!

I have purchased Blustar ABS luggage set, however today I have received totally different product from brand called AmericanTravel. This is a clear defraud and very bad behavior against a customer. I have sent my complaint and currently awaiting Groupon.nl to provide me with the return instructions asap! I indeed want my money back asap!

This is a shame and very bad experience.

*Sometimes* they have good deals. But lately many deals are simply scams (more expensive than the shop, or poor quality Chinese products) and I've complications when claiming the Groupon (extra costs, unavailability, cannot find a reservation, etc).
"Customer service" is completely automated. The closest you can get to talk to an actual human is the well hidden "live chat". Two out of three times I managed to get to "live chat" the operator closed the chat before I was able to explain the issue!

They are liers. They tell u are buying a product for a very cheap price but the actual price of the product is just 2 euros less that the original price. TOTAL FRAUD, STAY AWAY!!

Terrible… They were once a pioneer in 'deal' shopping. I ordered 1 thing, after a long time of not using the platform. After waiting for it for 3 weeks (delivery would be 14 days, okay – accepted that) nothing showed up.

Website had been saying; on it's way – for 2 weeks already. Their 'chat' agent said; I will refund your money because we don't know where it is. That is not my pain mr. chat agent ; can I still get my package? Answer; no because we don't know where it is. Well according to your WEBSITE I can still get it? Just sent it?

He said; let me check if I can do this for you. I added; Going to need it soon as it was intended a birthday present. 1 minute later; okay in that case I refunded your money. Good buy – PERIOD.

It is an absolutely shame to see how companies like Groupon have no sense what so ever in keeping a customer happy. As long as their clients keep paying to be listed.

Always been happy with what I ordered. I think people are posting negative reviews because they don't understand how Groupon really works. When you buy a service you very often have to check availability from 3rd party first. You also have to read all the text on the page before purchasing because each voucher comes with T&C. Some times information is a little unclear but if you are a careful person it's a site you can get amazing deals on!

Groupon is SO awful!! Do Not ever buy anything from them!!
I booked a trip through their site but that trip was no longer available at Gomundo their partner!
That means they have received money from me for nothing!!!
And afterwards their site says that I can get my money back in 14 days without any reason. But first they said that I need confirmation from gomundo, contacting them is so difficult, they do not answer mail and it takes half an hour until they pick up the phone! I have sent the confirmation twice to groupon and now I have received an email that I have to wait 5 days until they find a solution
What the hell does that mean
This is just stealing, stealing my time and my money
I'm going to tell everyone how bad their site and service is!

i ordered an Iphone 6 through groupon.nl (seller is 123scratchfree.com), since a month and half i keep on waiting for it to be delivered, i sent 10 emails to groupon and the seller, Groupon never brought me any solution and asked me to keep on waiting even though the maximum delivery expectation would be 21 working days, the seller told me they would give me my money back, however Groupon is still not giving me any reply… The worst customer service experience i had and still have !

DO NOT ORDER VIA GROUPON.NL !

Bought a foldable bicycle which promised free return policy, however, this was not true and they have been sending me around in circles about how to return it. I get a different response from a different customer service rep each time but none of them can simply send me the return label in order for me to send it back. Extremely frustrating and misleading!

Bought a so-called refurbished iPhone 5S. Battery dead after just one phone call. Mistakes happen but when i wanted to return the package, it had to be sent to an obscure address in Madrid. They never replied to my mails etc. Groupon OK, but never again for electronics (had bad experiece with E-cigarettes long time ago) and you should always read first how to return when you are not sattisfied.

We have purchased an SD card via Groupon, it malfunctioned one week after it arrived and we sent it back to the company. Although we have been assured several times that we will get a replacement, it has been 6 MONTHS now, yet we did not receive anything despite contacting them several times meanwhile. Totally unacceptable experience and untrustworthy company!

Purchased several items at different times from Groupon. Each purchase took place without any problem. I only buy something if I like the offer, which is not so often – but I'm very happy with the Groupon service.

Great prices, interesting deals, and frequently updated with promotions. Either it be travel deals, sauna packets, clothing, furniture, discount coupons for websites, you name it! Works better in countries such as the UK, Netherlands, and the US where many companies use this as a marketing strategy.
