Ordered 4 baby bottles on 02 APR. Arrived 01 MAY with one broken bottle. Company refused to consider part refund until I had lodged a report with Aust Post. This is despite me sending photos of broken bottle, poor packaging, and all tracking/waybill info. I had to get Paypal involved to push for assistance. Ultimately they agreed to a refund only if I posted the damaged bottle back to Germany at MY COST. This would obviously make any refund zero. So I told them to bash it. Never use Grooves.land – buyer beware

I ordered a product seven weeks ago for my mom's 90th birthday. I still haven't received the product and there is no news on the shipping. I had to hand mom a card with no gift. They refuse to refund my money. Never trust them and DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM

Ordered a game back in March. Was told in late April that it was delayed due to Covid-19. Its now July, no game and no refund yet….

It has been over a month!

I haven't received my printer ink and it has been well over a month since I purchased it. When I emailed, the only thing they said was that 'it was on its way'! Not buying from them again, that's for sure!!!

I was a bit nervous about ordering from this site, they have a few bad reviews and their website didn't fill me with confidence, but they were the only site which had the product I needed.

It took a little white to arrive but not much different to their estimate, it was well packaged and a reasonable price, and I wouldn't have been able to get it elsewhere so, overall I'm happy.

I received the 40 year anniversary edition of rush permanent waves, the order came quickly and the package was in perfect condition, would definitely recommend.

Although everything was in perfect order, I was a bit disappointed by the size of it. Partly because i had not researched the specifications, on the other hand it was not very clear this item was as small as it was.

AVOID i bought a lawnmower of grooves.land and they sent me and lawnmower with no cable so i can not use the lawnmower, i have to buy a new cable, i contacted them by email the last few days i sent them all pictures of the lawnmower they asked for but they wont send me a lead they says it does not come supplied with a lead which appliance comes without a cable,

I searched on line for a James Last cd and found that Grooves.land had the one I wanted.I had not heard of the company before but thought I would order it and see how things went.I did not have to worry about anything,Grooves.land are a very reliable company.My cd was delivered very quickly and well packaged.I will definitely be shopping with them again and would recommend them to anyone.
