They sent an e-mail reminder and gave us a courtesy call before arriving to our home. The exterminator was friendly and informative. My entire house had baby mice CRAWLING all over the place making incessant noises throughout the day. At night it was the worst because mice are nocturnal… and they insist on scavenging for food at the most inconvenient hours. Needless to say, I needed an exterminator.
