this website sucks so much. i ordered a sweatshirt for my little on june 2, 2009 with 3-day express shipping hoping i would have it in time for initiation 3 weeks later and i still have not received my order today. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!

Worst website ever. not only do they not fulfill their orders, I feel like the entire website is an enormous scam. If you have placed an order and look at your account for your order history, they will tell you it has been shipped and even provides you with an order number. I was in disbelief at first, thinking I might have had a chance at getting the gear but instead, I looked up the number and it was a fake tracking number. Also, not only me, but other sisters in my sorority, after dealing with them we had our credit cards tampered with and our banks needed to close those accounts for safety reasons. NOT reliable. I would rather have paid much more for the gear than to go through this stress, and having my little get nothing at her crossing.

Ordering was easy, but it has been 6 weeks and no sign of the merchandise. My emails have been ignored and the 800 number that no one answered has recently been taken off the contact page. I am thinking that I may never see my merchandise or my money.
