it is not the easiest to add additional products to your order. It is like you get kicked out and you have to drill back into the products and your order

Everything went great except that I tried to place a second order of the same envelopes but with different personalization, but I could not get the 2nd order to go in conjunction with the first order, when I tried it wiped out the first personalized order.

This is my first order, and everything went well, except for the large discrepancy in delivery times. I was offered overnight (cost prohibitive), 2-3 day (also expensive), and 7-10 day (will arrive too late). I had to chose the 2-3 day option, but I do not understand why UPS or FEDEX ground could not deliver in 4-5 days..

I had a little trouble getting logged in and pulling up my previous order. Took several password resets and logging in several times to get the previous order and it wouldn't let me change colors.

It's confusing that a downloadable product looks like it's going to be shipped via FedEx. Also, the download link isn't provided right away which really makes you think you're getting a CD instead of a download.

Your shipping options don't include the slower option of USPS regular delivery. The cheapest option available for shipping a box of 100 envelopes was $18, which I think is very unfortunate.

I could not find the envelope I use until I entered the envelope number on letter I received. Other than that, everything was great.

I can never tell if I am ordering pages or forms. For instance I need 50 W-2 Copy A, but I have to order 100 as the quantity since they are 2 per page!

Easy to re-order. Plus, I enjoyed the early-bird discount! Wish I'd taken advantage of this option last year. Shipping address part was a bit confusing since my order is for a downloadable product, but otherwise very straightforward & quick to place my order.

System seems to populate the discount code, then when checking out, it disappears. Found this slightly confusing. Backed up and entered code from e mail, and then it was fine.

I had to call in today because the software was not available to add to my cart. I was worried that it was left off intentionally so we could not use the early discount, but I called and Pam told me all I had to do was type it in the search box. It popped up and I was able to order it easy-peasy!
