Be very careful if you decide on one of their products, be 100% clear on what software you are licensed to use.
Terribly old fashioned hard to use software.

Very, Very expensive price to pay for badly made software with no support.
Times when the program just fails and closes, throwing away all unsaved work.
Many flaws in this slow, broken, unwieldy behemoth that is Gravostyle 7.
Gravograph themselves are also an absolute pain to deal with. Very little joy dealing with them over years.

In 2001 I bought a new engraving tool of Gravograph Denmark fore around 170000,- danish kr. It was no good and struck sparks. Under the legislationfor a while was the prey to another as i found out was used for demostration of Gravographs seller . It was good for not a lot of problems. The company wanted money before they would repair it, and the same price fore the used they have delivered as a new one. I have growing problems with Gravorgraph IS200 , but no one will admit resonsibility for the problems. It turns out later that there are problems with the application of products in these machines . Immediatly. I would not recommend buying engravingmachines from this company. They eash their hands in their own problems.
