Got Scammed , they advertised Merrill Moabb mens gym shoes with a picture. I bought 3 pair. They came a month or so later. TOTAL GARBAGE PLASTIC SOULS ON BOTTOM CHINA SPIN OFF TOTAL CRAP ! They want to give me $3.00 back or send product back to China. They would not give me there address as well .

Like everyone else, I got, "got" by this sham company. Purchased 5 dresses on 9/8/2019. A month later I had not received anything so I tried to contact, which is hard to do since it does not have a phone number for customer service. The email address does not work. The way I was able to contact was when they sent me an email saying an item had been sent and to allow 10 – 13 days to arrive. I used the return email to contact. I told them I just wanted a refund for the other dresses because their shipping time was too long. Two weeks later I got an email from a company with a different name saying "sorry" and that the other dresses are on the way and to (again) wait 10 -13 days to arrive. The first dress arrived and was not want I had ordered, a month later dress two arrived the other three dresses showed up 1/7/2020. None of the dresses were what I ordered and the sizes were wrong. These dresses were not made with natural material but with something like the material used for Holloween costumes. I printed out the pictures of the dresses I ordered with their descriptions. I have asked for a refund 3 times and was answered with your dresses are on the way, please be patient. Waiting 4 months total for poorly made dresses that are not what I selected is unacceptable….I paid with Paypal but the process is long and after paying the return cost I'd get about $35 back. Not worth the hassle. I'm going to take pictures of the items and post them to FaceBook and Instagram with all the names this company uses to warn others…..Gracydress's web site is still up and selling. I'm also going to contact The Better Business Buearal to see what else can be done.

I wish I could have read the reviews before ordering from thelaka. All the bad reviews written here are extremely true. This company is a fraud and needs to be sued.

I ordered 4 dresses, 2 of which came after 3 months and that too not at my address but at the post office where I had to pay extra and go all the way to collect it. Rest 2 dresses never came and it's going to be 5 months already. The 2 dresses that I received were nothing like what they showed on the website. They were rather very poor in quality and incorrect sizes of the same 'small' size.

I have written then few emails but no response and my money has been wasted. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS OF THIS WEBSITE. IT'S A FRAUD!!!

This is the worst company and customer service I have ever dealt with. The dresses are cheap and not of good quality. I have been waiting for a refund for more than 6 months and there is not a number listed to call so the only thing I can do is to keep sending an email. Never again will I order from a company without looking at the reviews and return policy.

I have never brought dress this bad. I am from Zambia and it took long to delivery. The dresses were so bad, of very poor quality for the amount of money you charged. Please stop stealing from us. I will never buy anything from you and I am burning the dresses and shoe.

Honestly the worst returns service I have ever experienced. I returned this dress in late August (after weeks of constantly emailing them and being given useless information on how to return the item) and I still am yet to receive my refund and it is now mid-October. Would strongly advise against buying anything from this website.

Absolutely Horrible!!! It was a waste of my money and time!!! The dress that you see, is not what you receive in the mail!!?? They send me two wrong dresses and refuse to refund me!!!??
I have been going back and fourth explaining myself for the refund for the two dresses!!! It was very exhausting and took time away from my life!!! I鈥檓 still waiting in the refund since June 2019 of this year and right now we are in October!!!! Please don鈥檛 waste your time and money in this so called online business!!!

If I could give zero stars.

Merchandise is not as represented. Quality is super cheap. Not a legit business. You have it literally harass them for weeks to get returns information and then you have to harass them for weeks to get a response on refunds. I still haven鈥檛 received a refund.

Don鈥檛 buy. The good reviews are fake.

The sizes were no where near what they post on their website. I measured the medium and 2xl pants for them, they were exactly to same width at the hips! everything smaller than described. If you want to return defective merchandise, they make you pay for the postage. They charged me in American dollars when I ordered under the Canadian 鈥渟ite鈥?
Don鈥檛 waste your money!

If I could give this lesson one star I would. Please listen to the previous reviews. I should've looked this up before I bought the clothes. They did send all six items however they were all very cheap kind of like Halloween costumes.Before I bought these I made sure that there was a return policy however they don't tell you that you have to return it to China. It cost me $70 to return the clothes. Not to mention that when I try to contact the email online to inquire about the return I did not get a response despite writing multiple times. I finally went through PayPal resolution center.

This website is a sham. I didn鈥檛 receive a product and they wouldn鈥檛 refund my payment. Went through PayPal but this site still kept my money so they got $22.95 USD for nothing. DON鈥橳 USE THIS SITE!!!

I ordered 5 items. Got 2..one had huge whole. On xl size much smaller than other. Incredibly cheap see though material. No way to get in touch with them. Buyer beware. I put credit card dispute in.

I ordered dress and shipped one was totally different then I order and with very bad quality. I escalate them issue they promise to refund me part of money. Since it 3 months later they didn't refund money. Please do not order from them.

I have the same experience. This is a bad company who give Chinese people with good intention a bad name.
I ordered 5 dresses and they come very different from the promised what's on the picture.
1. Look is not the same as the style shown on the picture.
2. Fabric is different and very low quality.
3. Size is much smaller than advertised.

Unable to return, person keep on negotiating money they are willing to return. I am not trying to negotiate, I simply can not and will not wear these dresses! They are not what I ordered as advertised.

I can buy much better quality dresses from the shop or market in the Netherlands from honest seller.

BEWARE: they change into THELAKA now, same company as GRACYBEE

I have had very similar experience as those posted below but worse of all they never shipped my order. I have been requesting order shipping information for the past 12 weeks and no one is responding.

Same issues as everyone else:
No return info available on the site, despite refund and return policy seemingly professional and upfront at time of purchase. Once you receive the order there is no clarity on how to place the return. Just a return policy that "says" to follow instructions and they will refund within 7 days, with no instructions anywhere: not in the package or the website at all. Just an email to contact them at their email as listed. Still waiting to hear back.

Very little transparency of shipping info provided as you wait a few weeks for the shipment to arrive. Only a DHL tracking number that you then cannot access…takes you to a foreign (Chinese writing) unsecured site.

The company name Gracybee.com also suddenly changed to Thelaka.com as soon as I received my items. Which is also disconcerting.

I got to Gracebee and Ratecute through fashion pages on a Pintrest site and fear Ratecute order will be the same. In fact, when checking my card statement found that both transactions were listed as Orderplus International Hong Kong HKG.

Once received, sizes are not accurate to the size chart as indicated at point of purchase. Seems to exploit plus size people in particular with deceptive tactics, claiming they have your plus size with proper measurements as listed, and then do not send those items as listed.

Quality of clothing is mediocher to poor. I didn't have the highest expectations, but really just loved the fabrics, colors and styles as they were shown/photogrpahed. The fabrics aren't all terrible. But the quality of the seamsmanship is poor and there is no lining at all in any of these so it looks and feels cheap. Some of the fabrics are also transparent/see-thru. You can tell they are made in mass quantities because of the stings of thread still attached, often not clean or unstraight edges and seams, no double seamed sewing so your seams are visible, etc., again just really cheap.

In retrospect, these are probably made by poor expolited people. In even deeper retrospect, these may likely be knock-offs of other companies' and/or designers' designs. This requires more research. How could they produce this terrible quality clothing and have such hi-quality photos on their websites? They are perhaps breaking copyright and trademark laws all over the place.

I regret this purchase in so many ways. I got dazzled by the artestry of the photos (probably not produced by them either) and the color and beauty of the fabrics as they are portrayed in the photos.

Each of these companies should be ashamed of themselves. And Pintrerest should be doing something to stop this from happening!

Contact your Credit Card company right away so they can guide you. They will ask you to contact the seller first, as per policy to give seller the opportunity to respond before you can dispute the charge.

Buyer beware…check reviews BEFORE you buy, not after.

total rip-off. clothes are NOTHING like photos
instagram targets you and it's game over- this company is the same as 6 others – ll owned by the same parent company making incomplete clothes and shipping from china 2 months later. Good luck trying to get a refund, you will have to go through your credit card company because even after you provide proof 10 times that the returned items were received via USPS, they won't refund your money. STAY AWAY!

Awful experience. Items despatched from China took ten days to arrive and the packaging was damaged, the product quality was horrendous and the sizing was Eastern aka small. I wrote to request a refund on the c.拢100 order and the offered me these choices:

1st. You can purchase the item again with 60% price only.
2nd. We are offering you $32 voucher as compensation.
3rd. We are offering you $29 refund as compensation.
4th. You can return the item for full refund

Of course I picked option 4. Is this even legal??

I paid 拢20 to have my parcel sent international tracked. It's still sitting in customs awaiting collection… one month later

Do not buy from this company, the dress I ordered was nothing like the picture on the website, it was only a similar colour. The material was awful it was ill fitting and I wouldn't have paid 拢2 for it. Asked for the return address and it is China and you are not allowed to send it back UPS, Fed Ex or any other way that guarantees it gets there. They offered a $9 refund or $12 voucher which are both about as much use as a chocolate fireguard. Seeing as I paid for the shipping in the first place think they should allow you return it for full refund
