That so not fair if i had known about all these complaints i would have never ordered I also didnt get my order i spent round $100.00 just so unfair that thsy are fake and to you kim you can shove it where the sun dont shine.

Scam! Wow! I am amazed how many people have had same experience as me. They will charge your card right away, send a receipt, and you will not hear from KKBeauty again! How is it possible? Will definitely file for fraud try to get my money back!

Total SCAM! I ordered over 2 months ago – 2 different orders totaling $75+. Emailed and emailed and never heard back from KK Beauty or BeautyCoutour! How can they get away with this?

It's a scam. I bought products over 2 months ago. E-mailed multiple times. Never receiveda response or any products. Spent $60. Can't believe I feel for a scam

I ordered weeks ago and my card was charged immediately, havent received my products, got an email saying id have tracking info after 72 hours, never happened, emailed the seller, no reply.

Placed an order weeks ago, my account was debited the amount of my purchase immediately and I received an email saying thank you for your business you will receive the tracking information with in 72 hours. I am yet to receive my tracking information or a response from the many emails to both beauty couture and GrabCart, and I still haven't received my products ! I was also given the option to purchase another item to receive free shipping however I was charged shipping! What a scam. I will be filing fraud charges for both online retailers immediately! Terrible experience!

I placed an order on 7/9/17 and it is 8/22 2017 have still to receive my products. Trusted the site as it seemed legit. They even sent an order confirmation/receipt right away so seemed legit. I've been waiting for almost 2 months. I called my credit card to report fraud and they started an investigation and gave me my money back. What a scam. Too good to be true.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! TOTAL SCAM! I made a large purchase on the beauty couture cartgrab page. I love the kylie lip kits that i have bought from the kylie website and wanted to get a few more for a discounted price. I also bought products from Kim Kardashian's line. I purchased on July 27th, 2017 and it is now August 18th, 2017 and i have recieved nothing! I'm mad i lost my money and truly disappointed that i got scammed and didn't receive products i paid for. I have never been scammed before so please trust me when i say buy from the source always, if you don't like the price then don't buy it.

On June 11,2017 I placed an order with beatycoutoure.cartgrab.com. Today is August 9, 2017 & I have yet to receive my items nor have I got a response to ANY of the MANY contact letters I sent to them. There is no phone number to call so no way to deal with a person so I'm guessing my only option is to let the BBB handle this. I've seen other sites reading this site is a scam but nothing is being done. Btw, order#310056 for $8.86-Kylie Matte Lip +Liner-LEO 21 colors. If anyone can direct me somewhere useful, I would greatly appreciate it!

This company is A TOTAL SCAM! Cart grab, I'm talking about YOU! They tried to tell me that they didn't have anything to do with any of the sales that transpire in their site…. what a crock!! I purchased a product and never got it! They said they would provide me with a tracking number within 72 hours but didn't. I have emailed the seller AND cartgrab numerous times. The seller never even wrote me back, and then cartgrab sends me a rude email telling me that basically it's not their problem. Well that s interesting, then what does my order say, "powered by cartgrab" on the bottom of it? That's like Whole Foods saying it's not their responsibility to replace a moldy food product because it comes from a different seller.. umm nope! Not how this works. Do not use cartgrab!!!! SCAM!!!!!

Took my money immediately I placed my order July 16, 2017 it's Aug 3 and haven't received anything I sent emails and no one has answered…,,SCAM!!!

I order some items 31 May17 but have not received the items as of 8 Jul 17. I have sent a couple of emails but have not received a response. Do not purchase from this business they are sure to take your money and not provide the product.

I placed two orders and they billed me right away. It has now been 3 month's no product and no refund. I keep emailing them but get the same response every time… they suck!! I cannot find a customer service number to even call. I as well just get an email fro Chad saying it will be shipped next Monday. I want to know why???

SCAM…They took my money from BeautyCouture and never sent my items. I saw them on Facebook and thought it was legit. Wrong. They emailed me back a couple times and said due to their beauty flash sale they were behind. But they would mail it out in 48-72 hours with tracking number but they never did and Neither refunded my money or responded back to other emails. His name was Chad. This was April 2017.
