Gov Certificates

Con artist middle men. Do not use this scam site, ripping off people who think its the gov website, they are crooks charging ridiculous amounts and fooling gullible people. The genuine website is gov.uk. this website will not let me post the full website but genuine sites are gov.uk not .co.uk which indicates a commercial company therefore conmen

I ordered x2 birth certificates on the 26th September 2019 absolutely annoyed is an understatement.!! I still haven't received them and it's the end of November 2019.!! Not a good time and now lost over 拢45 🙁

Wished I came on this site to read reviews! Ordered birth certificate on 1/10/19 on certificate.org uk website! Paid 拢22. Thought it was a genuine website. Still nothing and can鈥檛 find phone number for them! Can not afford to lose money as a single parent with the run up to Xmas. Will be reporting them!

Stupidly ordered from this site thinking it wS a trusted organisation received a email stating there was a problem sent several emails and no reply have been scammed out of money feel devastated that I have list money to scammers I'm going to report this to police now as I can't afford to lose money

Total scammers!!!! Avoid like the plague!!!! Wish I had read the reviews. I can only hope this review stops someone else making the costly mistake I did

This is a fraud!! Do not use this site. Complete waste of money there is no way to contact this company directly and they have not sent a certificate even though they have taken payment. I will be contacting the fraud office

I should of checked the reviews regarding this site. I am from South Africa and needed copies of birth certificates ect and placed my order made a payment. Everything looked legit until you receive a email from them saying that they cannot locate the BMD… There is no contact number which should be a red flag that has gone unnoticed by myself when I tried to sort the problem out. Lost R1000 unfortunately and now I have to go pay someone else to do this AGAIN!!!

ordered death certificate from them, never received it, email them several times, got no reply, try to, call them too, got no where, very disappointed feel its a scam !!!!

i received the certificate this morning it has taken a long time, but obviously its not a scam so order at ease, but be prepared to wait a while till it arrives !!!!!

Well when I saw the reviews I also concluded that I had been scammed. I ordered since 23rd of August, I have been sending emails no response, I wasn't sure what address I put as I live in Africa. Only for them to send to my address in Africa on the 24th of September, they even sent 2. It took a month to be delivered but I am glad I received it before the time I needed it. I would v rated them 5 but for the no reply to my emails n enquiries and delay in delivery time I rate them 5

I am really upset with myself as i have been scammed by these lowlife waste of time rats.
You SHOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are THIEVES!!!!
Once you have paid you will receive a short email that it's being processed.

This outfit is a 100 percent scam. Thay will take your money and you will not hear from them again.

ARGH I've been conned. DAM IT! I'm also such a fool. Ordered a death certificate copy and have thrown away 拢25. Wish I'd checked- but why would I. Will call my bank tomorrow and see if there's anything they can do.

Just had the same thing happen. I got hold of UK-certificates.org.uk and they say the company appeared in June and it's a scam. I called my bank to try and trace the payment and it's gone to St Vincent and tracks to computer software company. They couldn't even say if it was in the UK or not.

I used a company called certificates.org.uk paid 拢22.10 including postage and never received my certificate. Has anybody else used this site and had the same problem. They said I would have it within 7 days. That was the end of August. 2 weeks ago!!! I'm furious. My husband went to the local council the day after and ordered and paid for it and received in the post the next day. How stupid did I feel!
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS!!! Quicker and easier just to go to your locality council. Lesson learned ?

Exactly the same thing happened to me on 28 August I paid 43 pound for two certificates said was getting sorted all fine then went into problem file ,all emails rejected .Do NOT USE

Placed the order all seemed fine. Then received an email stating that it was a problem case and was pending! Silence has followed ever since.

What appeared to be a professional outfit has fallen well short of the mark!!! No means by which to contact them! No reply to any email. Now I'm left with having to battle with my credit card company to obtain a refund !

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I FEEL SO ANGRY HOW COULD I HAVE EVER BEEN SO FOOLISH!!!

After looking at their web site I thought very professional, stating all things clearly and able to order easily.

And able to combine a request for 5 certificates into one delivery via courier internationally.

First quick response from them was scan and certificates would be available to send about 20 days after my payment which was taken.

However 45 days later no documents, website says 'To be confirmed'(and this message has not changed for 20 days).

No reply to 3 emails at all.

After reading some reviews (after I started to receive bad service) I now deduce this is a scam site.

I should have checked reviews first and now feel a little silly that I did not.

Just to warn others that if you do read these reviews before ordering …. "IT IS A SCAM"….

Do not order from their web site but go direct to the UK government web sites at least at half the price and quick service.

Scam! Completely believable gov looking website, loads of links via google. Took my money and left me waiting for my children's birth certificates. I've now reordered via the correct system and am hoping they come intime to get my childrens' passports before our holiday. I've reclaimed my money through my credit card.

What a bloody shambles,if you order any certificate from these buffoons your in for a long wait which you find out about 2+ weeks down the line and i am still waiting(week 4)unacceptable GRO get your act together you jokers

Death Certifcate: I ordered a death certificate through this service and I kept on getting fobbed off with 'we will give you an update when we can'. At first they claimed not to be able to locate the certificate but I knew that the person in question is now deceased. Total scammers, don't bother!

Scammers letter was not franked asked to go and pay again for it at the delivery office after refusing and two mangers later they are sending it out again you can not clam your money back from credit card company as they will not refund from the government or the tax office so be warned

I ordered a birth certificate on 26 February. I have chased on a number of occasions and have got nothing. Now they don't even respond to my emails. This is either gross inefficiency or outright theft. I'm inclined to believe the latter. Don't go near this company.

Avoid. No response and no certificates.

I ordered a death certificate, which duly arrived but not for the person I asked for. I wrote back several times asking for the correct certificate or a refund, but I am still waiting. Not recommended!
