First of, I'm really confused by Mai's comment. This company is part of Citrix which is a Nasdaq listed company http://www.citrixonline.com/collaboration/about_citrix_online So I don't see why the reviewer would give it such a review. Besides being a big company I haven't found it to be so evil. Maybe it's just me.

I've used GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar for so many calls and webinars already and overall it's a pretty solid software. It is a little bit clunky and it takes some time to get used to, but once you get a hang of it, it is much better. It's definitely one option for having larger meetings or webinars where you can invite up to 1,000 people for the webinar. However, because it is a recurring service you have to make sure that you are going to make use of it. There is no point in paying the really high price if you're not going to use it and get a return for your money. There are other competitors out there and I have tried some of them; however, they haven't been as robust and dependable as GoToMeeting.

You guys do realize that not giving your email address out isn't going to prevent you from getting spam, right? Not really evidence of anything in particular. Do you guys even have spam filters in your email?

Great experience, been using it for a year now

I have used gotomeeting on several occasions in the past year. The sound quality has been great (I've been talking from Europe to USA), and I've never had a problem with the sound and slides or demo syncing.
