It was supposed to be so beautiful. This month goodiebox charged money only for the goodiebox script box. And I've had a crush box for months. They didn't charge money for the crush box this month.A few days ago I wrote to them why they didn't charge for the crush box? Every day I get a message from another person saying they don't know and I have to wait. Ok, Finally, after a few days, I got a reply that there was a problem with the card and the lady gave me an email and an account number that is not mine, but another person's !!And I was giving my email. It is a pity that nobody reads what I am writing, it is sad 🙁 Another month and I have another stress from goodiebox. Will you have a competent person in your team who reads your messages and can help? I wish I knew with my crush box. There was the same payment problem last month. But then I was lucky because a competent person helped me

I have been a customer for several months now and always very satisfied. The boxes come in time, properly packaged and nothing opened or broken. Except the last box, the jade roller came broken but in only an hour after contacting goodiebox they quickly answered and were friendly. I was sent a new one within a day! Customer service is great, really love this company!

I came across Goodie Box during lockdown, I thought the goodies looked interesting, so for fun I ordered one. Receiving the first Goodie Box in Lockdown was so exciting. My 13 year old daughter and I immediately starting trying the goodies and deciding who should get what. Each subsequent goodie box has been a joyful and bonding experience for us in a really challenging time. The goodies introduce new ideas and concepts of beauty care and are fabulously good value. Proper sized and not samples. And yes, my daughter gets most of the contents, although sometimes I say 鈥楾hat is for wrinkles!鈥?

I can highly recommend Goodiebox! The products are amazing, the price is only 169 kr. a month (for products worth more than 500 kr.) and the team is so sweet and professional – what's not to like? 🙂

I LOVE Goodiebox!! It is my favorite time of the month, getting that special surprise box feels like Christmas all over again.

I can and always do highly recommend Goodiebox to everyone as it brings joy. All the boxes that I have received during the last 3 years ahve allways been a success and they give me the possibility to find new products that I might not find otherwise. Many of these products are now my faveroite everyday products.

Love getting a Goodiebox every month! I get both the skin-care and make-up boxes and have been happy with the majority of the products I've gotten. I have had a couple of delivery issues (not directly Goodiebox's fault), but the support team has always been very attentive, taken my complaint seriously and solved the problem in a timely manner. In fact, I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a nicer or more effective support team 🙂 I would (and have) recommend this service to anyone. Treat yo self! 🙂

Always friendly, helpful and informative and most importantly very personal – kudos to the marketing & customer facing teams. I work in marketing myself and know how much this means nowadays. I made a mistake and paused my subscription until December instead of November so couldn't get the box I wanted. And guess what? They solved everything for me in a very professional and nice way, after I explained that I messed up the pause period – so I will be receiving the December box after all. Thanks guys! That's what good customer service should look like – super nice to be treated with so much empathy 鉂わ笍

Goodiebox is a great concept.
It gives the chance to discover new products that otherwise there is a high chance you wouldn't have come across. Every month I find some products that become my favourite and also some products that end up presents for my friends. The overall quality of the products is very good and I definitely believe is worth every penny.
I would love to contain more skincare products( especially face creams) but that's my personal preference.

Update (10/02/20): I gave Goodiebox my contact details as they asked, but they never contacted me about this review. Instead they reported me to Trustpilot and I received an email stating "It has come to our attention that you have contacted goodiebox.dk in an abusive way by threatening or blackmailing them." I am appalled!

Review:
Don't be fooled by the rating here, they just report all negative reviews regardless the reason. My last review was deleted, so let me go into more detail this time.

I have had a bad experience with the company and it is just as valid even when I am not a paying customer. The company has a very bad work culture, ethics and low salaries. I do not recommend anyone to waste time applying for a job there, they might just give you a task to solve and go through a lengthy process only for them to say you are not good enough.. but later use your work as theirs. Especially avoid the creative department. That "happiness" narrative is a fake front of a lousy work place.

For the first time in 5 months, a mistake has happened and my package hasn't arrived in time. I contacted Goodiebox, and Sofie discovered qucikly where the package was and she solved the problem by sending another one in order for me to have it faster instead of waiting for the initial one.

Goodiebox could improve they supply chain, but I understand mistakes like these can happen because more companies and transport are involved. They don't control every part of the process from point A to B. But what they do amazingly is the customer service. They know exactly how to deal with people. I repeat, my experience with GB was through Sofie, so I would like to thank her for helping and all the quick replies she offered. I got my package this morning and I am very happy with it 🙂

Love concept. Great products, where at least few are full sizes each month. If one is not too picky of what cosmetics they use and like to get surprised month to month basis – this is something totally worth trying 🙂
