The greatest little chocolate and souvenir shop! The worker was very sweet. An older lady that wore a mask.

They had a lot of chocolates! I picked the unicorn chocolate, the birthday cake chocolate and dark chocolate turtles.

They had a bunch of stuff to look at.

Easy check out.

I split the birthday cake chocolate with my mother and oh my goodness! It was very delicious! Dark chocolate on the outside with sprinkles and creamy birthday cake goodness taste on the inside! Yum! Look forward to trying the others!

The store was clean and well taken care of!

They had a bunch of great jewelry too!

Amazingly good chocolates and great service! Highly recommended!

I love this spot! Everytime we come to Bass Lake, we stop here. These ladies, Sharon and Leslie, are the best! They are so friendly and sweet, we always come here to say hi and of course grab me a frappe! First off let me say that the frappes here will blow Stabucks out of the water lol they are delicious and I wont start my morning without one! You can find tons of neat items here from holiday gifts, to clothing and home goods. They also have a nice selection of jewelry. Hubby got me a beautiful Swarovski crystal bracelet for a more than fair price. I love it! And the ladies were so patient with me while I decided on my final choice. If you have a sweet tooth, there is also several sweets! We love the chocolate variety! And if you like special made soaps and lotions, this is your spot! Cant go wrong here, whatever you need, theyll have it 🙂

I love visiting this store when we go to Bass Lake! All kinds of cute decor and lots of black bear items. If I had a cabin or home in the mountains, it would be decorated with bears. Are you in to miniature gardens? Good Ol'daze has so many items to choose from for your creation. Today I got a tiny bear and the cutest little chicken just for display in a printers tray I have full of goodies. I also found the most awesome clear glass serving tray, called "Pop-Ins". There's a little hole in the corner of the tray where you add different themed embellishments. There is room after room full of treasures…take your time to look in every corner! When you first walk in there's a candy counter, too, with handmade chocolates. The front room has jewelry counters. I haven't really checked them out. The ladies there are so nice and friendly. Be sure to stop in when you're at Bass Lake…there's something for everyone.

This store had nice things all though the owners/workers or whatever did seem pretty rude. No one asked me if I needed anything or help. I was looking at some pretty sterling silver rings that I did end up liking a lot and wanted to purchase. But didn't want to give money or support people that were coming off rude.

Good Ol Daze has such beautiful collectibles and jewelry and lots of other wonderful things. I have bought beautiful artwork and lamps and collectible glass from Chuck and Sharon. They actually have two stores right across from each other. Be sure to visit both stores as they are different from each other. I stopped in today to say hi and buy a couple of things for my kids. Don't miss stopping in when you are in Bass Lake as there is so much to look at. You can shop without people following you around and look at their beautiful items. My favorite place to visit in Bass Lake with such friendly wonderful owners.

The woman who runs this store is a saint! My wife had gotten some bad chow in Oakhurst one morning and was sick to her stomach all day. We stopped in bass lake so that I could use the restroom and while there, my poor wife began to feel an awful spell coming on. she wondered into Good Ol' Daze for a sprite, only to realize that her wallet was in the car which I had locked her out of. The woman behind the counter could see that she was in rough shape and terribly embarrassed. She told her that the sprite was a gift and wished her a quick recovery. When I went into the store to pay for the soda, she refused to accept my money and told me that it was a gift and that she hoped my wife felt better soon. You just don't see that sort of compassion too often anymore. Please, give your business to these people! And a thousand times, thank you to the owners!

WARNING: be careful of Leslie, she was a used car salesperson in her last life!!! Leave your credit cards in the car or you will BUY BUY BUY.. Just kidding, Leslie you made it fun…

Love this place.

We just came back from our 4th of July vacation at Bass Lake. Every time we are up there, we like to visit the gift shops. We noticed that most of the shops were out of business, and Good Ol'daze was a new shop so we went in to check it out.

The couple that runs Good Ol'daze are fun and friendly. We were able to shop comfortably without having that "I'm watching you" look and feeling. They have a great selection of gifts such as hats, shirts, shot glasses, jewelery, ect. and in addition, they also serve smoothies, ice blended coffees, and regular coffee. I had the ice blended Java Java as it was suggested as one of their favorites. It did not disappoint and made my day especially after I had tried the horrible coffee at the Pine's Village Pizza/Doughnut shop.

I would definitely come back and visit especially for their ice blended coffee.

Totally awful. I would give it zero stars if I could. The whole time I was in the store, the two ladies that work there completely ignored me. They never looked at me, never said a word, they just talked to each other the whole time. And then what I found the funniest was they both literally left the store to go talk to the UPS driver. I could have e robbed them blind if I wanted to. I did not buy anything there, I would never ever give them my business and I will never ever be back. Disgraceful!!!
