Ordered 3 jigsaw puzzles using family photos as a Christmas gift, great idea, disappointing in execution. 拢80 for the 3! Really should鈥檝e read the trustpilot reviews first. They arrived in good time but I should鈥檝e viewed the video closer as I hadn鈥檛 appreciated how poor quality the packaging would be. Plain white battered boxes with the photo I sent printed off and loose not even fixed to the boxes. And as for the quality of the puzzles? Very poor, they smelt of fish glue really strongly, so definitely couldn鈥檛 give them as intended, so they鈥檒l go in the bin. Been asking for a refund since and they offered $5 refund for each. Has gone up to $8 now but not acceptable. Dreadful. I鈥檇 recommend Photobox for something similar next time, they use Ravensburger, a well known German jigsaw puzzle maker and the quality is excellent, AND they were cheaper! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered the the name bar necklace on 2nd December it stated 7-15 day delivery I knew I was cutting it fine to receive it before Christmas as it was supposed to be a gift for my sister but as Christmas approached and it still hadnt arrived I bought her a small gift and promised her she would shortly receive her special gift (the necklace with a sentimental message). The necklace arrived yesterday 1 month. I was just pleased it finally arrived but was disappointed about how long it had taken. I eagerly opened the package to find that the necklace was snapped into 3 pieces. Very disappointed is an understatement as we are currently in lockdown I cannot even go out and buy a necklace. I wish I had read all the poor reviews before buying. Feel like I have been robbed already, I have sent 2 emails with no response so far and judging by everyone elses comments I dont expect to get one. So sad that this happening to so many people and especially with the current situation with Covid and people losing their businesses and jobs and having very little money to only be ripped off and robbed by the greedy, selfish thieves of Diamofy. This needs to be stopped.

Horrible! Website says you can modify/change/cancel order within 24 hours. I tried to cancel within the first hour after reading bad reviews. They tried to convince me not to cancel by offering me a keychain??? Told them I still wanted to cancel then they wrote back and said they couldn鈥檛 cancel because they already started making it. I told them they should have canceled when I made my first request ( all of this was still within my 24 hour grace period) now they are saying they can only give me 70% back. So frustrating. Will call my credit card company tomorrow

I ordered the hand molding i never received it so i emailed them they told me they would resend it but i had to pay for the shipping again, when i said no just refund my money this is the reply i got

We need to deduct materials and international transportation costs, in fact, we have already lost money

I ordered the product a month or 6 weeks before I received it. I knew the shipping would take a long time, especially with the covid on the go. It arrived before the wedding, so no complaints there!

When not turned on, it is just a hard white ball. But when it鈥檚 turned on, WOW. The picture of the happy couple was very easy to see and exactly as the pic I uploaded. The words on the back were very clear as well.

I didn鈥檛 have any contact with customer service so I can鈥檛 speak to how they are to deal with, but the product quality seems very high and I am happy with this very unique gift for the happy couple.

I Would recommend and hope to deal with this seller in the future.

I ordered a mom neck for my best friend that has one foot print with her daughters name on it. Went to track my order and it said order not found. What a rip off. I am so upset I want my $45.00 back. Ughhh not buying anything from this site again.

I ordered a clay mold with LED case for my wife and I in the hopes to have it for Valentine's day, I even paid for an expedited delivery to make sure it would be here on time. I never received it, I can't get in touch with anyone, the tracking number does not work. I am calling my bank to challenge this transaction. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I wish I would've read these reviews before I placed the order!

I purchase a necklace with my daughters 3 children on it and it is totally unacceptable. The metal is thin, the pictures are so dim I can hardly see them. I recommend everyone stay away from this sight. It is a total rip off.

I have ordered two of the bracelet one with a picture of me and my dog only to lose the charm off of the bracelet so then I ordered another one with just a picture of my dog and now that one has came off too I can't find either one of them so I am out $90 they must put the charm on it so cheaply and it had special meaning to me I advised to stay away from this company I am so sad and depressed over this hopefully they might get back to me because there's no phone number and I do not know how to contact them to try and resolve this problem I just want the charm replace

This is a scam, they tell me necklace is complete 2 weeks ago, still has not shipped. They keep telling me it is in logistics, how long does it take to put a necklace in a box and slap a shipping label on it. I put a dispute in with my Credit Card to get my money back since I have not gotten the merchandise. Worst site ever, should of realized when my order was also in a foreign language after I submitted it.

I ordered a necklace on March 28th. and received it within 8 business days. Very easy to order from website and you can follow your package, like I did through my email. No problems with the company and I love my necklace. I would order from them again.

We are VERY pleased with the picture necklace I got for my fianc茅 on this site. If I had read all of the negative reviews first, I might have passed on an item she truly loves and wears every day! I chose the sterling silver engraved necklace and cropped a picture of the two of us. It was extremely accurate, even down to the clock on the wall behind us. It did take an extra week past what was advertised, but when she got it that didn't matter at all. She did replace the chain to a more sturdy version, but it is now her favorite piece of jewelry besides her engagement ring.
When I posted the necklace on FB, several people asked where we got it, because they wanted to order their own. Only one suggestion for the ladies; make sure you wear lipstick! Lol – Sheila was glad she did!
I will probably get another one for her down the road. It really was a wonderful gift, and the quality was worth the extra $10 to upgrade to sterling silver. I would add the photos of the original picture and the necklace here, but it won't take it.

I paid 59.95 for an item that I never recieved. Every time I contact them, I get an automated message to contact Judy on fb messenger. When I do, I get another automated message. No product, they won't refund my money, no address or contact number to speak to someone and reading several bad reviews. This company needs to be stopped and shut down immediately!

I will give 3 stars! I would give more because I鈥檓 very pleased with the necklace I ordered for my wife! The main problem with the company is the time they state it takes to receive the product! If they would state upfront that it takes 4 to6 weeks to receive, they wouldn鈥檛 have so many negative reviews!

After about 3 weeks, I just received my order of 2 necklaces, 1 sterling silver necklace and 1 full color titanium necklace. I am really happy how the sterling silver necklace turned out. The sterling silver necklace is a close rendition of the picture that was sent. My wife really likes it. This is why I鈥檓 giving 3 stars. 2.5 stars is more realistic. Thank you…
I am VERY disappointed on how the full color titanium necklace turned out. The full color picture on the titanium necklace doesn鈥檛 even cover the entire heart shape like the website shows. Due to it being cut short, the picture has 2 fairly large white edges on each side. The picture has NO white in it. The white color makes the titanium heart appear to be plastic and cheap. In addition, not only is the heart much bigger than the sterling silver heart, the chain that it came with is a cheap beaded chain with a large clip holding the heart. The chain and clip don鈥檛 match the color of the heart. The website shows a nice thin silver chain and not the kind of chain you get on a keychain. I was expecting the heart to look like a titanium silver as the website showed. The inscription in the back is written very nice however but thought it would be engraved on not hand written. Overall, after reading the reviews (after I ordered the products), the company does exist (products do ship from China), I did finally get my products, and I was happy with one and disappointed with the other.

I wish I would have checked the reviews on this company before placing my order. I too, as so many others have been victim to this scam. I was charged right away…on Dec 10th. Have not received my order, nor have I gotten a response after contacting the company. I will also be disputing the charge.

I ordered item on 12/13 still have not gotten anything money was taken out right way this was supposed to be a special gift my daughter lost her cat due to liver failure I wanted this to bring her some comfort for her birthday on the 27th of dec I am very unhappy and no.way to phone customer service no response to email tracking does nothing this company broke my heart do not use very very unhappy
