Attempted to buy a refurb iPad from them via gogroopie ordered 23/3 was expected within 7 days but didn鈥檛 arrive, decided to give them longer due to the current situation after more than two weeks of it not arriving I contacted gogroopie who asked the merchant to contact me, they didn鈥檛 contact me, about a week later I received a further email from gogroopie informing me I had cancelled my order (I hadn鈥檛) and that a refund had been issued, I then had to chase them to get the delivery charge refunded too!
Very disappointed, it鈥檚 now about a month from when I鈥檇 ordered (was meant to be for my kids birthday in a couple of weeks) and I鈥檓 waiting to receive my refund.

Can somebody tell me how to get in touch with this company
I bought iPad and now I need a receipt to be able to reset it but for some reason their email address doesn鈥檛 exist

Do not buy from this company. I brought a 鈥榬efurbished鈥?Apple series 1 watch from them via Wowcher and am now severely regretting this. It arrived really badly scratched on the back and when I tried to pair with my phone a message popped up on the watch saying that it needed an upgrade. I can鈥檛 do the upgrade, however, as the phone won鈥檛 charge. I鈥檝e tried to contact Goldbox via email and contact form and keep getting a message saying that I鈥檝e been blocked. I can only presume that this is some sort of bogus company set up to steal money from honest people by selling broken goods to them. I am very disappointed in Wowcher allowing this to happen through their website.

Bought an ipad 12 months ago and needed a receipt to reset my Apple ID. I have never known a company to respond to such a request with such little fuss and so quickly. Amazing service received from Jenny K.

I ordered an ipad through Groupon. It arrived promptly and was working great for a couple of weeks. Then it started playing up a bit.
I emailed them about the problem and they replied almost immediately and asked me to try a couple of things to fix it. I did but they didn't work so they asked me to send it back to them.
They provided a free postage envelope for me and from that point, updated me every step of the way.
A week after posting back to them, i've just recieved an email with a tracking number for the replacement.
All in all, i was very impressed with their great communucation and their outstanding and speedy customer service ?

Bought a supposedly reconditioned iPad air which looked like they found it at a car boot sale, it lasted 1 1/2 months before it became unusable with ghost touching on the screen so i imagine they have not replaced the screen properly or used a cheap quality replacement. Contacted them and they state a 30 day guarantee and were not interested.

I wanted a macbook but I couldn鈥檛 afford a new one so I started checking refurbished and used ones. Found goldboxdeals on groupon and emailed them about condition and delivery. All emails were answered in an hour or so. Yesterday I received my macbook air and it is perfect. Battery lasts over five hours which I think is good for a refurbished macbook air. No scratch on screen. I definitely recommend them

I highly recommend Goldboxdeals. All the experience I had with them exceeded my expectations.
About five months after purchase, my macbook suddenly stopped connecting to any wi-fi networks. With support from their technical team, I was able to fix it same day. And this was after their warranty was over.

To be honest, I was sceptical after those reviews. I have to say that the service provided was more than ok. They replied to my email promptly, and I received my tablet before expected. iPad was packed perfectly and arrived in excellent condition. I will recommend them to friends and family, and myself will certainly use them again.

AVOID BUYING FROM THIS SITE they are selling broken items then refusing to accept it back spend your money elsewhere

I bought an ipad via Groupon. It arrived quickly and I also asked about USB cable that wasn't included and they sorted one out for me. Set up went very smoothly and it's running lovely so far. For the price I'm very pleased. It's fast and so far so good. It's obviously got a few cosmetic marks which most gadgets of that age would have but I'm not fussed about that. Many thanks to all for sorting everything out and the prompt communication.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered a refurbished iPad air for my daughter's Xmas present via groupon. At first it wasn't keeping the charge for longer than an hour. After a few weeks it was needing charged after 5-10 mins use. I contacted goldbox deals who stated that there was a 30 day warranty and there was nothing they could do to help. They then blocked my email address so I couldn't contact them further.
I contacted Groupon who were absolutely useless and am still waiting for them to provide an address so that I can start formal proceedings against them.
Both Groupon and Goldbox deals have abysmal customer service. Next step…..small claims court.

Last week I ordered a refurbished iPad 3. Delivered today -within 7 days as advertised- in a regular brown box. There is a small dent in the corner. Not a problem as it鈥檚 going into the cover of my old ipad.

Ordered my new ipad on Tuesday. Purchase when smoothly. Item was delivered on Saturday at a reasonable time.
I was extremely happy with the whole process and honestly a little surprised after some of the negative feedbacks below.

I purchased an iPad from Groupon in December it was second hand which was ok with me but I was having so many problems with it that I took it to the Apple store.
They have told me that the previous owner had still left her signing in information on the iPad therefore I cannot use the iPad at all

Purchasing a Macbook Pro from Gold Box Deals, the first time I've bought from them and the service was good. Good deals and great communication from their staff that answered my questions promptly.

Was just about to purchase an iPad 3 for my granddaughter but decided to read reviews first although there seem to be a few people who are happy there are lots of disgruntled people who have purchased similar items to what I want to buy and taken everything into account I will be looking elsewhere.

I would like to say , were a business has failed in service delivery and then rectify it .

They need to be given credit , my laptops finally arrived and GbD actually upgraded both my MacBooks to a higher spec , happy with my purchase .

All l will advise is for them to try and stick to delivery times as stated and were issues arise , to clearly advise their customers .
