I'm just paid to renew my iphone coverage back in December.. Now i need to make a claim but website is down and phone number doesn't work.. When did they close shop and were refunds issued????

I have been trying to contact GoCare regarding a claim for 3 weeks now. No replies to email, can't "chat", nobody answers the phones.. are they still in business???

I filed a claim and expected contact within the 4 – 6 hour SLA that's promoted on the site. I called two days later to be told 'all our claims and purchases are backed up. We don't know when our system will be back up, call us again Monday.' Given the issue is on GoCare's side I'd expect proactive and regular communication to those affected. Poor customer experience, especially given it's for my son's school computer and they'll give him a loaner only through the end of this month.

Too soon to leave a review about the insurance coverage! Why not wait until a claim has been made so clients can make a judgement about how the claim is handled? The website is awful, clunky and lacks clarity.

GoPro quickly processed my claim without running me in circles. My son's ipad had a hairline crack in the corner, but had to be returned to school in perfect condition…the same condition in which he received it. GoPro's customer service rep helped me complete the required paperwork (brief…not a crazy list of questions) and pushed the claim through for me so he'd meet his deadline at school. I was mailed a box with specific instructions on how to get the device repaired asap. My policy rate didn't go up the following year, nor was I cancelled. All-around great experience.

The company was slow to repair the Ipad and was expensive to fix. I am a high school student without a lot of extra cash and am required to have an iPad for school. The iPad cracked during regular usage and transportation. Carrying it in my backpack.

I have recommended GoCare to many friends in the past. This was my first claim with a broken iPad screen. I contacted customer
service, they sent me the directions and how to file my claim. I was given directions on how and where to send the iPad. I
received verification that you had received it. Less than a week and it has been shipped back.

As the contact person for my district and I will be working with GoCare, I am completely happy with the care and service I have received.
I would and already do recommend GoCare to friends and fellow colleagues.

When I logged in all the information was there and within a matter of a few clicks and inserting the right numbers my insurance registration was complete.

Fortunately I have not had to use Go Care a lot, or for anything major, but when I have they have been responsive and reasonably priced and easy to work with. I recommend them.

Love having the gocare plan. Never have to worry when the kids are away with their iPads. Knowing if something where to happen, the insurance plan would take care of it for a very reasonable price!!

Buying a policy for my son's Ipad was the best thing I could do. He cracked his ipad 3 times and Gocare was amazing with my claims and the whole process was so organized and fast. As a matter of fact, I'm about to extend the warranty through to his senior year so I don't forget to renew. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had claimed this year, I didn't believe that gocare would support such a great service when one of my friend was referred me last year. Now I believe and trust the service that was provided by Gocare completely 100% after I claimed for my samsung S3 cell phone repair.
It was very smooth transaction, good customer support till I get my cell phone back.

I signed up for GoCare insurance when we bought an iphone 6. I hope I never need it, but it is nice to have and the system seems very easy to navigate!
