It is scam, luckily I refund full money from PayPal. Don鈥檛 buy, they send you just a basic dash cam. Be careful.

I have waiting for 3 months for my 360 dash cameras (2) and the6 just provide a tracking number and courier phone number that nobody answer, I have paid about $99 USD for both.
Please let me know if someone has been in touch with gocadia

I am.another victim of gocadia. I have received the same cam which all other receiving n thats deceiving their client. Ive tried sending the shipment back to china as per their provided address but due to this outbreak my shipment has also come back. They should be punished for deceiving customers

Scam site, you order something that seems to be fantastic and they send you a cheap model that does not even work… be aware!

I鈥檓 waiting for my item nearly 2 months. Luckily I paid via PayPal. Just stay away from them.

I bought an item and when I finally received it it was the wrong item. I was told that a refund for the difference will be paid within 5 to 7 days.

It has been 3 months now and each email response is the same that they are so sorry.

They are bloody fraud trader, they advertise the original product and charge for it but they deliver different cheep instead. They charged me $49 for 360 dash cam but delivered a cheep cam less than a $10 worth. I explained them everything with pictures but they are making lame excuses. Please please 馃檹 never waste your money to place any order to them. They don鈥檛 refund my full payment.

Ordered 360 dashcam and got a cheap one instead. Dishonest and fraudulent company.

Gocadia is a scam online site based in China.They lured consumers in with others impressive products and prices once you pay.They end up sending you fake 99cent like junk.They will not response back to your email their phone contact always rings off. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT SCAM WEBSITE. I ALREADY REPORTED THEM TO (FBI ONLINE FRAUD) PayPal refunded my $49.99 back to me.

Please DO NOT buy from this website. They advertise an good item, then send to you another cheap one.
I bought this two cameras-The First 4K 360 Degree Smart Dash, then they sent to me 2 different cameras. And, the cameras like the kid toys. If you let me post pictures, it will be clearer.

Absolute scam… Wrong goods sent instead of the 360 Dashcam.. Sent inferior very cheap goods. They want you to return goods at your expense. However the goods sent are so so
cheap the postage would cost more than the items!!! They offer 45 dollars to spend on their site and you can keep the Dashcams. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Order a product. When arrived they sent me a cheap alternative. The original item still on their site and advertised on Instagram. Got four to five different people responding. Offers for refunds or vouchers way below the value I paid. Keep telling me I will lose money if I send it back. They won't accept couriers only Post Office and there is no way goods from South Africa will get to them within 30 days. Bunch of crooks

Ordered 360 camera but received completely different which worth less then 拢2 and now when I am trying to contact them, they making excuses.

I ordered a 360 degree cam and I received a very cheap mini dash cam. I sent them email, and they are saying that I should send it back on my own cost then they will refund or they just refund $15. but I do not trust them anymore after reading all these reviews. what is the solution? what should we do?

We order the same 360 degree camera. It's was a bait and switch, we got a cheap cam, time to call amex and get my $ back.
