They took 2 months to send me a tube of nail gell and I ordered the entire set. They did however make it up to me by sending what I ordered and used express shipping so I only had to wait another month glad I got my stuff wish it would have right the first time

I received a defective product that was 100% unusable and provided proof that this was the case. They offered a 30% refund. When I made a big commotion, they upped it to 50% but said that was the absolute most they could do. They offered for me to return it, but it would have cost me $17 to return it (for a $35 item) and would take 3-4 months in a sketchy postal system. So there was no option for a full refund and no option where they pay return shipping. I would have gone through PayPal guarantees in order to get a full refund, but I knew that PayPal was backed up several months because of covid19. And I鈥檇 already put sooo much energy into trying to get a refund. The worst part is that, despite their website, most of their sales are via advertisements on Facebook or under the name of a company that has no website. Therefore there鈥檚 no real way to see the complaints of prior customers or to warn people about them. By the time you are directed to their main website you likely already bought some junk from them without a company name. But I鈥檓 leaving this in case it helps someone.

Horrible customer service and the product came smashed. I contacted Krystal multiple times and she would completely ignore my concerns, managed to get products sent again somehow since important pieces were missing. Also, they're selling products you can get on Amazon for a much cheaper price than their so-called "sales" and if you needed a return you'd be able to receive one. Stay away and save yourself the aggravation!

First order was nothing like the picture. They offered a sizable discount to keep it and a 30%discount off my next order. I love a discount and stupidly ordered something else. The product was to include 4 rainfall Christmas lights. I ordered two for a total of eight. I received two. My return request was denied and they closed the replies for me to complain. Never again.

Here is the return policy for Global Hotsales – straight from their website:
We accept return on products. Customers has the right to apply for return within 14 days after the receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
When my return met ALL of these requirements and I contacted them within the prescribed time, they at first did not respond. When I finally did get a response, it was to demand multiple pictures be sent to their "customer service". Even though I had attached a copy of my order confirmation form to my initial request for a refund, I still went ahead and provided all the pictures required of me. The response was that I was not eligible for a return because the product was exactly as it was listed in the description. Well, clothing does not always fit the correct way, even when checking the "measurements", so to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I had to go back and forth with this company multiple times and their final solution was to offer 50% back to me AND I get to keep the product (which I cannot use because it does not fit) OR I could send it back at my expense for a full refund (never mind that to send it back would cost more than I paid for it). So, please, please, please beware when purchasing ANYTHING from this company.

In a time where the world is in chaos these dodgy animals takes advantage to scam people & rip us off our money! Never ever deal with this online seller. Sent me an item I did not order and will not process a full refund!

I ordered an advertised hammock that was advertised as an Amok from what must have been an associated site minichaa.com – after the falsely advertised crappy product came in the mail and I tried to return and get a refund, I was promptly emailed by an Edith (JH), to send pictures of product, of original order, tracking numbers and sku numbers to verify product was theirs. This took much of my time, then I get an email from Edith acknowledging product was falsely advertised trying to offer a 20% refund + allowing me to keep the cheaply made product that was the poorest hammock-ish product. When I said the product was going to be thrown in garbage and this wasn't an option, she then offered me 40% + keeping the product OR a full refund + shipping it back at my own cost of $20 or more & it taking months.
Finally I relented and accepted the 40% refund and am told could take 7-10 days. Will see if refund arrives. I will update this post to indicate whether or not I get it! When I tried to go back to the original website to write a review warning people not to buy the product, the website was there but product is no longer available. Shocking, even after me telling them I'd be posting negative reviews, in Ediths's last email to me she had the guts to ask if I could write a positive review for their company on the global hotsales website! Are you kidding me??? STAY AWAY! Unbelievable! How is this STILL happening? Why hasn't this been stopped?? Only good thing I can say is they were quick to respond to my emails!

SCAM do not touch them – I ordered a moving train puzzle and received a Japanese ship. Their excuse they had sold out but are still selling it. Emails back and forth did nothing. They are useless and just pocket your money. Try sending it back and that is the last u will see of the goods and your money

They are a scam!!! I ordered a garden seat and they sent the bag that goes on the seat. Then they admit that their add was misleading so they will be " so generous" they will refund 20% of the value. I said no, I want what I ordered, so they offered me 40% refund and told me take or leave it! they gave me the choice of returning the product, not without letting me know that it would cost me more than the product itself.

OMG just read all the reviews..STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BIZ.I bought a web cam and it arrived 2 months later broken and they would not refund my money they would only give me half .So now i have a broken webcam and im out half my money.You e-mail them and they get back to you a week later (maybe).Everything they sell is garbage….

To be honest they have treated me fair. I ordered a drone from an advertisement and the next day i decided that I didn't want it any more since my brother had already bought me one as a present and hadn't told me. I sent an email to the company and 2 days later responded to me saying that they feel sorry that i wanted to cancel my order and agreed to returned my money back something that really happened 4 days later. So in my case i didn't have any problem. Reading all this the decision is yours.

Same as everyone else. They advertise a nice looking product then send you cheap junk. They offer to refund 20% of your money without returning the item, then, when pressed, offer to return 40%. If you say you want a full refund and to send it back at their expense, they say you have to pay for shipping. They're nuts.

Terrible company. I ordered an item 'guaranteed to fit any car' and '100% refund if you are not satisfied'. It didn't fit my car and was damaged when it arrived. Refused to refund money, then, after weeks of arguing, refunded half, which has not yet arrived. Beware!

I should have looked at the customer feedback before purchasing. Purchased item took MONTHS to get to me (granted COVID-19, so I was flexible with that), the item was the incorrect size, I asked for a refund and they refused. They did not have the correct size in stock, they still refused a refund. After threatening to report them to the BBB they offered me 1/2 refund and I could keep the product. Took MONTHS to arrange though and I have no desire to keep the item. Very frustrating and I would tell anyone to stay FAR AWAY from this retailer.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered an advertised neck hammock off of what must have been their sister site prettydiarystore.com – after the falsely advertised product came in the mail and I tried to return and get a refund, I was emailed by an Eve (JH) oswineaton3086 trying to offer a 30% refund + allowing me to keep the cheaply made product that didn't work. When I said the product was going to be thrown in garbage, she then offered me 50% + keeping the product or a full refund + shipping it back at my own cost of $20 or more.

When I tried to go back to the original website to write a review warning people not to buy the product, the website was no longer available. To my surprise, in Eve's last email to me she asked me if I could write a positive review for their company on the global hotsales website! STAY AWAY

Received the wrong size and they were unable to send item in the right size. I then wanted to return but would have to pay a $20 fee + postage. After weeks going back and forth I settled to receive 50% back on my purchase. However, I still had to pay for an item I鈥檓 unable to use. Do avoid!
