Glitter Realm Cosmetics

9/3/2020 I ordered brush set along with a bundle, I鈥檝e emailed about the brush set not being included at the delivery of the blush and bronzer bundle on 9/14/2020, and got a reply that it was shipped out separate. I emailed them back and asked for the tracking code so I could track it, and was responded with it was actually sent in with the blush and bronzer bundle. I have even sent a video of my son going to the mail box and pulling the small box out that is not big enough for a brush set to fit in. I also am prepared to send a video of the mailman only scanning that one little box, if they want to go as far to say it was a separate package on the same day. It鈥檚 shady and now I鈥檓 not even getting a response to the email of me asking for a refund. It wasn鈥檛 delivered and they know it wasn鈥檛 shipped . I have a different tracking code that says invalid tracking code sitting here as well.. so obviously they either have too much going on and can鈥檛 keep track of what they鈥檙e sending or they鈥檙e ripping people off.. but I鈥檓 trying to be positive and hoping they just need extra help. Either way.. there has to be a phone number for someone to get a hold of them and I can鈥檛 even get a dang phone number. I want my money back or I want my brush set sent out like I ordered. I鈥檓 a single parent and I work my butt off for my money, and I don鈥檛 like the feeling of being taken advantage of and ripped off.

I have nothing but appreciation for Glitter Realm and Paul & Jenn. I have long travels to chemo often and I watch Paul and Jenn through these trips and I鈥檓 always left happier and full of joy afterwards. They make me laugh harder then I have before and inspire me to keep going and hustle for my own little family! Thankyou Paul, Jenn and Glitter Realm for your efforts in bringing happiness & beautiful makeup to your followers x

I love how fast glitter room gets their products out and I love how easy it is to contact our customer service to fix any concerns you might have and I love the awesome products from Paul and Jen I didn't know about their price until glitch b**** which is so amazing I got about eight of those and then they have the sponges I got about five of those thinking of their amazing Metals Isle of the blest the blush is so amazing I don't wear makeup a lot but I wear the blush everyday especially on lips is so beautiful I got about five bundles in about six brushes thank you so much call Jen and Glitter Love you guys are amazing

I had never heard of Glitter Realm Cosmetics before until Paul & Jenn鈥檚 collab. I鈥檓 a huge make up junkie and love all the variety of products Glitter Realm offers. I didn鈥檛 get to order the whole collection of Paul and Jenns, but I did get their sponges and love them so much! Leigha with glitter realm is so sweet aga immediately, very understanding and accommodating. I love Paul and Jenn and was able to buy 2 bundles and an extra blush. I have my sister my first order and just recently got my second for myself. I love the pigment, the packaging is also very cute! I'm happy they've sold out at they worked really hard.
