They sent the parcel almost 2 months ago. My order ( tracking UC001058435US) was stop tracking 3 weeks ago in Japan. The address that I indicated for delivery (to Ukraine) is correct – this address saved on the Glambot site, so its cant be my mistake.
I sent them an email, but Glambot just ignores the messages ((
It is very disappointing that in our time there are such deceivers. I support the previous customer opinion -Glambot is a scam!

I sent a huge box of high end makeup and they never sent me an offer. I sent them numerous emails and they never got back to me. They literally stole my makeup. I will never do business with them. Stay away from this company!

TERRIBLY HORRENDOUS customer service, especially for sellers. I sent my package june 15th and I'm still waiting on an offer. It is now August 9th. I realize there's been shipping delays everywhere, but cmon! They make a butt load of money paying pennies for the stuff they sell for barely reduced prices. I get better deals on Ulta and Sephora by catching clearance sales. One would think that they would have a better communication system in place after all the complaints. I don't mind waiting when I know it's just a matter of time, but they are impossible to reach and respond only respond with automated emails. At this point I'm worried ill never receive an offer because they have no way of telling me whether my package might be, or how long it may take… So rude! Maybe they'll realize it when they no longer have decent products to sell. From what I've seen, they trap people by low balling an offer, and charging a return shipping fee if the offer isn't acceptable. I know a lot of people sell to glambot to get a few quick bucks in their pocket, and avoid the hassle of selling themselves. After all the hassle I have been through this time, I wishedI had listed the stuff myself. Ill get kore money that way.
This is the LAST time I send anything to GLAMBOT. Maybe I'll start my own resell company and show them what good customer service can do for the bottom line. Eventually people realize when they're being taken advantage of, and it's only a matter of time before glambot goes under due to their lack of caring for their customers. I don't think communication is too much to ask for when I am trusting them with handling a box worth hundreds of dollars in hopes of getting a measley 60 bucks out of it.

This company is the worst. Ordered a product it what came instead was a few samples of other things only. I contacted them to say I never rcvd my product and they said yeah the products unavailable so they'll refund refund me the product (Note^ only b/c I contacted them) but I have to pay shipping for the samples they sent that I didn't ask for! They never at ANY point let me know the product I ordered wasn't available!!! Buyer beware!

I was very impressed with their offers but unfortunately after 2 months of placing a prepaid order, neither have I received my items nor a reply to my emails. Feels like I've been scammed. Even if the product shipping is delayed, as a customer I should've been informed. The tracking id also doesn't show anything and there is no option to cancel my order and get a refund.

I have ordered from Glambot 3 times.
The first two times took well over a month for products to arrive (6 weeks and 8 weeks)
The third time, the parcel didn't arrive due to a mistake it was returned to sender (glambot) whom I emailed asked to have the parcel re-shipped (I was willing to pay the extra shipping) or have the money refunded and I could re-order. They said they would be happy to do either once the parcela rrived back. Tracking shows it arrived back to them, however they have not answered a single inquiry about the refund since, nor resent the parcel, and since its been several months I am sure they don't intend to, and will happily keep my products and my money, so I am out $104.40 and will not be ordering from them ever again.

Now, their products. The quality is inconsistent. I ordered an unused Naked palette, which came in perfect condition, but the '80%' full foundation I ordered was well over half-empty, etc…in short, their powder products seem to arrive as described, their liquid ones are often short on product, I expect because they think you won't notice?

I have found ebay, facebook, depop etc. far more reliable. I wish Glambot wasn't so untrustworthy, as I like the idea of the company.

TL;DR
I would never order again, and suggest others avoid this company. Shipping takes a VERY long time and customer service is horrible.

Do not even know how I subscribed but they hound me with SMS texts and when I try to unsub they make it such a mission to do so (I had to visit 2 webpages and then fill out a form). This has been the worst experience I would NEVER buy from them, what a disgraceful company!

I have used Glambot services over the last few years, however, I will not be using them ever again. In the past, I would receive offers averaging $135.00. This time, I sent them 88 eligible, high end items (Tom Ford, Chanel, Dior, Makeup Forever, and many more accepted brands). These were barely used items with a substantial amount of product remaining ( I have a tendency to use items once, maybe twice before deciding they are not right for me). I was offered $58. Really? 88 full sized items and they offer $58?? According to their website estimator, I should have received much more. I have never sent them this large quantity and high quality products before yet always received a fair offer for those. What has happened to this company??? Their offer was laughable and insulting to say the least. That breaks down to LESS THAN $1 per item…. Needless to say, don't waste your time. Make your money on FB Marketplace, instead. Glambot has just lost one of their Best "sources" of product that make them $$. I will NEVER do business with this company again and strongly recommend you don't as well.

My order is stuck in LA since OVER A MONTH! All they say is that it's because of the pandemic and USPS allegedly has "shipping issues".
Other parcels that I ordered even later from other companys shipped with the same carrier have arrived. Nowhere on USPS's site it says that they have international shipping issues that cause parcels running late FOR OVER A MONTH AND PROBABLY EVEN MORE. This seems like a HUGE scam to me!
I will open a dispute on Paypal and hopefully get my money back.

Please don't buy there.

I would also give less the. One start if I could . I have been waiting for my less then adequate offer of $17 since March 17. I have had no response . In fact I filed a complaint against them with the better business bureau. This place is a joke. Do NOT deal with them.

I LOVE Glambot, Sometimes I place 5-6 orders per week and the items have always been amazing. My pet peeve is that their CS is pretty much inexistant. I received a shattered palette so I've sent them emails, DMs, commented on their IG post with no response. I would still use Glambot but next time I'll make sure to use Paypal to checkout. I understand that they're a small business and they might be short staffed but please if you read this work on that. CS is one of the most important aspect of online shopping.

I just received my first 4 items that I have ordered, I got 2 palettes (too faced sweet peach and the white peach palette) both said 80% and in good condition and I couldn鈥檛 be happier ! The white peach was pretty much brand new and the sweet peach had only 1 colour in it that look a little used. I also ordered a it cosmetics brow dip that was brand new and the Anastasia faun contour refill. I got sent the Anastasia faun eyeshadow refill instead by accident and when I brought it up to customer service they got back to me the next day with a refund for my missing item and gave me glambot bucks for the inconvenience(I did not have to send back the eyeshadow) 馃槏 I just put in a new order and will continue to purchase my makeup from here 🙂 thank you glambot for the amazing customer service !

If I could give them no stars, I would. I sent a sell package over 2 weeks ago and the tracking says it stayed at the post office. I emailed them so many times, but never got a response. Will never do business with them again.

I sent in a large quantity of items to sell a month ago and while the tracking number says it's been delivered, it hasn't been "signed for". They responded two weeks ago and said there was a delay but I haven't heard anything since then. Essentially they've stolen everything I sent them, I will never sell to this company again.

Avoid glambot like the plague. No customer service, as in I don鈥檛 think they have anyone who deals with enquiries since you literally never get a reply.
I ordered several orders seperately in order to get them into Norway without paying customer duty on them. Glambot combined the orders without my knowledge or consent, so I had to pay vat and a high processing fee, not to mention double postage as they didn鈥檛 refund me the postage for the second parcel!!!
I thought it was a good way of trying things cheaply to see if I wanted to buy them new. The products themselves are fine, nothing wrong there, it is the structure of the seller that doesn鈥檛 work.
Save yourself and avoid this site.

Glambot, for who those who aren't familiar, is an online company which sells high-end (from MAC to Armani) makeup which it buys secondhand from consumers. The products are "sanitized" and offered at sometimes deep discounts. This is a site I have enjoyed using, with a few glitches. I have bought and sold at Glambot. Founded in 2012 by Karen Horiuchi, the site currently has 21 complaints registered with the San Francisco better Business Bureau. As of today, it had mine, for a grand total of 22. On January 6, 2020, I shipped a large box of for sale items to Glambot. I used their prepaid shipping label. The parcel was delivered on January 9, 2020. After some time, and no offer (which has been prompt in the past,) I began to try to contact the company. I have emailed four times. I have used Facebook messenger. I tried the phone number listed on the BBB. (left a message.) No response. The package I sent was all Chanel, Armani and other high-end cosmetics. All in good-new condition. I get emails every day from this company asking me to buy their products. I know people complain about this company because of their low offers for merchandise. This is different. I filed with the BBB because they have my products, tracked to their address, using their label, and they have, in effect, stolen them. Seller Beware.

I shipped a huge box of makeup to them a month ago and the tracking number says that it鈥檚 still at the post office. I emailed them two weeks ago and they said some BS about backed up orders. This site is a scam and the customer service is horrendous.

I Purchased about 105$ of makeup over a month ago which I still haven鈥檛 recieved to this day! The tracking information hasn鈥檛 changed since the 12th of december. They don鈥榯 answer my e-mails and I can鈥榯 even get my money back because they supposedly shipped the package but it just went lost. Please don鈥榯 purchase on their site THIS SITE IS A SCAM!!!
