Worst headset company ever all there headsets snap when using them ear cup snapped of mine traded them for a brand new set from Argos and the same thing happened again they use cheap nasty plastic and I would highly recommend not to use this company for anything as there products don鈥檛 last more than a day if your lucky will never buy again!

Bought a controller the w4 series for my switch. After finding out it doesn't work i tried to upgrade the firmware. Turns out, tje software for upgrading the firmware doesn't work either. So i figured i should call them but no.. no phone number only support email.. still waiting for reply.

Its freaking garbage. I bought a controller and the next day i charged it and it broke. The shopkeeper had a grin in his face when i bought it so he knew it was bad. The motion sensor is super bad. I dont even touch it the game thinks it was shaking. DONT BUY SUPER BAD BIG PRICE

I got the bp2s battery pack and the was no 4m plug and play wire in the sealed box emailed the gioteck 7 days ago to no email back verry unhappy with think its out of order and can not return the goods to the store i get it from as i have lost to reseat and there no contact number for the company anywhere such a bad customer service team

After 1 month of using my HCP4 headphones the Mic no longer works. The jack connection is very weak and poor it simply doesn't hold it in place. I have emailed them today (31-01-19) hopefully I get a quick response and a good service.

support.gioteck.com took too long to respond. That's what the Gioteck webpage says when you look for product support, and what you can expect from this company. Of course you can email info at gioteck.com but you'd be better off banging your head against a brick wall. I bought some HC2+ headphones in June 2018 from UK retailer Argos, priced at 拢19.99, its now September and the microphone has stopped working. Tried support page on the website but the page cannot be reached. I contacted them through the info at gioteck.com email as I wanted an exchange or refund. One week later, nothing, nada, sweet f.a. from them. Moral of this story kids and parents buying a supposed 'value for money' headphones, don't waste your money on their garbage and instead buy turtle beach or afterglow as they acknowledge their customers and obviously value them, unlike Gioteck who couldn't give a toss if you ever purchased from them again. Well done Gioteck, I wont be buying any more of your products for either me or my two kids, both with PC's and xboxes. Nice one.

It had been 10 days since I contacted Customer Support in accordance with the product guarantee. 'Gioteck' state that you should complain to them directly rather than approach the retailer (GAME). Despite this, I have yet to receive an acknowledgement or response. The product, a BP2S Battery Pack for Xbox One, has been defective. I wrote to them within the first 28 days of purchase. I would not recommend this product and their 'Customer Support' seems to be ineffective.

Within 45 minutes of leaving this review, their Customer Support replied to my email suggesting I send the item to them for testing (at my expense) or I return to the retailer for a refund or replacement (at odds with their 'customer support' policy). Because of their response, I have improved my rating, but I cannot be bothered to pursue this any further. The item quality was substandard.

Bought from Amazon before Christmas 2015, but saved as a birthday treat in March. By the end of March one of the speakers didn't work. Then started trying to get a response from Gioteck support !!! Well, in June they said they would contact us to arrange collection and delivery and of course we are still waiting. Would not buy from Gioteck again (5270674)

I bought a Gioteck rc3 from Amazon. It was faulty. I had a second one sent. Guess what…..it was faulty! Bad luck or bad product – I know what I believe. Got my money back.

If you want my advice – avoid the hassle.

My advice to anyone looking to buy a gaming chair is do your online research first – I unfortunately didn't!

Online research consistently sees commentary which appears to advise that Gioteck have been having serious quality control issues with their gaming chairs for an extended period of time. This tells you that something is inherently wrong at this business – be it management or product or both.

My experience has been a very frustration one – I originally bought a Gioteck RC5 Gaming Chair about a year ago from Amazon. In short the chair was faulty – speakers didn't work quality of upholstery was poor. I just assumed I'd been unlucky. I ended up getting a refund because the person I bought it from didn't have any more stock.

Stupidly, I went and bought the chair again thinking lightening wouldn't strike twice – it did! Again, similar issues with the chair. Again a refund from Argos. The customer service
people at Argos confirmed that Gioteck Gaming Chairs had the worst returns rate of any gaming chair.

My advice – avoid Gioteck gaming chairs and you potentially avoid a whole lot of hassle!

Gioteck only claim to offer a three month guarantee on their products. Not good and potentially could be challenged as unfair by the courts.

so far i've had 2 headsets and one earpiece off gioteck and both have been absolute awesome, easy to use and no issues.. They are reasonable priced, and fast delivery… i defo buy more of there products
