BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE – DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE – The rudest and worst customer service I鈥檝e ever encountered. They lost my package and refuse to reimburse me or send me a new one item. Absolutely insane! No one to call, only communication is through an email and when ask to speak to a manager there is no one to speak to. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!

Super fast shipping even thought it鈥檚 slightly expensive even when we purchase for a big amount. The quality of the clothes is really good and worth the money. Excellent quality/price.

By far the worst company and customer service I've encountered. Had their courier company (FedEx) to send me the item, which was botched by FedEx. Upon contacting customer service, there seems to be no sense of responsibility on their part to either refund me or send me a replacement. After 5 (YES, 5!!) months of trying to get it resolved, FedEx informed me that my items totalling 2000 Krones were declared as SEK 1! Absolutely filthy, disgusting, and I have the worst wishes for this sham of a company in the future!

I order a product via Gina Tricot.se. I did not received any text message informing me that the product was ready to pick up at the post office. I only received a notice per post on December 16th and the last day to pick up the product was on December 17th. When I went to the post office on December 16 the product was not there to pick it up and the post could not explain why. The reply I get from Gina Tricot is that I should have follow the delivery of the product and since I've got a text message from the Post, they cannot deliver a new product again and they refer to their sales conditions. It is very disappointing that Gina Tricot does not believe in their customers. I shared with the other customers's review that Gina Tricot is the worse customer service I ever experience. Gina Tricot got the money but I did not get the product and I did not get the product because it is my fault nor the inefficiency of the post nor it is Gina Tricot.

I am currently having the worst experience with Gina Tricot EVER. I bought two trousers online, paid with Klarna, I picked them up from the Friedrichstrasse Berlin store and they didn't fit so I returned them there.
When I left the store I saw some weird number on the receipt so I came back, asked the store assistant and she said: it's all good. I go home and forget about this.
Some days later Klarna says that I have only returned 1 trouser and that i owe them 55 euros. WTH?
I contact online customer support, they couldnt care less.
I go to the store, explain the issue to the store assistant that attended me and she keeps my phone number to call me back once she solved the issue. Same thing. Couldn't care less.
And now, without any trousers on me, I have to pay 54 euros to klarna for something I don't have. The online customer service doesn't care. The physical shop either. I will NEVER buy here again.

Due to a glitch in the webpage upon making making an online order, I got charged two times for one order (as the first one crashed down after Klarna taking the money from my account). I have received the parcel/order of the one pants that came through but I still didn鈥檛 get a refund of the failed order. Meaning Gina Tricot has money that does not belong to them.
I have been mailing Gina Tricot about this and they directed me to Klara. Till there I can understand as they go over the payment services (though the page didn鈥檛 crash at klara but at gina tricot.).
Anyhow I emailed klarna and got an answer from another company called billpay that they can鈥檛 help me if I can鈥檛 provide an order number.

OF COURSE I CANT PROVIDE AN ORDER NUMBER. (Sorry)
cause they webpage crashed upon order and I never got a confirmation email for that order??
Meaning the order can not be found. My money on the other hand, they took.

I sincerly hope to get my money back. Ppl work to earn money, you know. Would be nice

I placed my orders today then 23/8, then got a message that I could pick up my orders to the nearest store from my address. it's great no hassle! made the order the same day and delivered for pick up on the same day!

I鈥檓 sick and tired of this. I made my purchase trough you.
First I made an order and ship to my address in Spain, after 10 days I still haven鈥檛 got it, and at last it got shipped back to you. When I contact costume service for help, they don鈥檛 want to help and say I can track it and contact the delivery company, after this, I get my money backed but I still have to pay for shipment, even though I didn鈥檛 receive my package. This is crazy. It鈥檚 your responsibility the parcel will be delivered to your costumers, I should only pay the shipping cost, if I received the parcel and return it back. But that鈥檚 not the case, the parcel didn鈥檛 even show up.
After this I made a new order shipping address to my family in Denmark, because if your company is unable to ship to Spain, I鈥檒l try Denmark. The web page says 2-3 days shipping days. Now it鈥檚 5 days ago and according to track and trace, the parcel haven鈥檛 even left Gothenburg (start place) and when I contacted you about this the answer is, it鈥檚 vacation time. Ok?! But that鈥檚 fake comercial to me!
tell me, why do you even have a costumer service? You are unable to help, you WONT help. I didn鈥檛 get all my money back, and you won鈥檛 track my parcel. Everything is on me, the worst customer service I鈥檝e ever seen.

I posted a review a few weeks prior, but because of the terrible service I'm posting a new one. I paid twice for one order, due to a website malfunction, and it took over more than a month (!) to receive the money back, which is very late in my opinion. I also sent back the order that I received, because of a stain in the clothing, also very weird. After a few weeks I received money back for the faulty clothing, but no refund for the shipping (they offer a refund on their website if you receive stained items). After a lot of emails to the customer service, I still have not received the shipping refund back. When I ask them when I'll receive the money, I got the response: 'This is Klarna's responsibility (the payment company), you have to contact them. If you have no further questions we close this case.' I never got any acknowledgement from their side of the mistakes. The worst service I ever experienced.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a bag (beige MIA bag) and used it once – the colour fell off and turned black – they replied : contact whoever manufactured your clothes because they are respinsbile for the fact that our bags have such poor quality so they get coloured black when they are next to a black tshirt – so it鈥檚 their responsability not ours.

Looooooool and goodbye forever – will never step into this shop ever again!

I made on order on February 22 and got a shipment confirmation on the very same day. Today, March 8th I still have not received my package. The customer service is not responding to any of the email queries at all.
Poor service in general. Very untrustworthy.

I made an order online more then a month ago and because of a glitch on their website, I wasn't sure if my payment went through. I called one of their Copenhagen shops the following day to explain my experience. The staff member whom I spoke with advised I should order and pay for the item one more time just to be on the safe side. I did as was advised and thankfully received my order two days after. Now the problem is; because I paid for two, I only got one item delivered. I told the shop about this when I went to collect the one item that was delivered and they advised me to contact the customer service as they couldn't help me.
I contacted the customer service through the only means one can do so i.e. by sending then an online message on their website. It's been a month since I did so and up to this point, it's been total silence on their part, meaning no effort has been made to reply or contact me. Also meaning that I neither got the second order nor was my money refunded.
I am just highly disappointed that a shop I love this much has such a horrible customer service and regard for her customers.

Worst ever customer service. Making an order online. Get to the payment page and the system crashes. No goods saved – will have to do the full order again – same thing happens. Crash. Give up. Half an hour later TWO identical orders in my mail box.
I try to go to the page to log into my account and maybe cancel one of the orders. Now my password that I created myself does not work. Request a reset and gets a new PWD – still does not work. Requests again – not working.
Gets frustrated and mails customer service to
1) Cancel one of the orders
2) Confirm that I will not pay twice
3) Help to get access to my account

Today I get a reply saying that they can not stop the order – Nothing else !!!

No response on 2 and 3 – and no solution for no. 1. And I see on my credit card that the payment is there twice.

Totally unacceptable support/service. Will not recommend GT. Stay away !!
