Never received the stocking I ordered in Nvember. i have emailed multiple times with no response. Just appalling. I finally ( last week) disputed the $78 charge to my credit card.Buyer BEWARE!

I ordered a beach bag at the beginning of May and had my tracking number when my order processed. My last update on May 15th stated it was in Champaign, Illinois waiting to go to the next facility. After a couple weeks of it saying that I emailed the company and they said they would start a new order and send me another bag and would send me the new tracking number when it was ready. Well two weeks later, nothing, emailed again and was told there was no new order started. I demanded a refund and it was credited back immediately. Customer service was not bad but I am still very disappointed with the whole process. We are leaving July 6 for the beach which was why I had ordered this bag two months in advance. Should have been plenty of time to get my order. Who knows what happened it it. Still says it's in Illinois. Just glad I got a full refund!!

2 of the 5 duffle bags I ordered for Christmas have broken zippers in the first 3 months and were only used s few times. Their warranty is only 30 days! They do not stand behind their product.

I ordered 3 duffle bags with personalization. I can't really comment on the quality because I just received them. The customer service, however, was HORRIBLE. I received the shipping notice but when I didn't get them during the time indicated by the shipping notice I decided to check the tracking. The UPS tracking said only that a label had been generated a week earlier with no further updates. I tried calling customer service but no one answered. I then emailed. Someone emailed me back and told me to wait. Wait?! I still wanted the items so I waited two more days. Nothing. I emailed again and was told to wait another day. The next day I got another email saying UPS had now updated their tracking. I checked. The tracking now said "picked up". This meant that either my original package had been sitting in their warehouse all that time, or they did the order over and then sent it. Either way the company offered no apologies, took no accountability, and most importantly did not get my order to me until over a week late. That, combined with the difficulty in getting in touch with customer service will certainly cause me to never use this company again. IF you are considering placing an order I urge you to reconsider.

When I tried to contact them via Facebook, they blocked me from future comments. I received an email stating my order was shipped only to find out a couple of days later that the shipment was cancelled. Of course I didn't get a refund.

I purchased a backpack for my daughter because she really liked the pattern and matching lunch box. I haven't purchased from this store before but she was very excited about this so I gave in and placed the order. Also, a 2nd one for her little sister too! I ordered it in July (trying to be prepared early) but she didn't start to use it until school started late August. Just before Christmas break, only 3 1/2 months later, is has a significant separation tear at the top that is about 3-4" long. I have tried to mend it myself, to no avail. I reached out to the company today and was told there was nothing they could do about it since I purchased it over 30 days ago and they were not willing to compromise. Her offer was to sell me another one without the requirement to purchase the matching lunch box??? Seriously, you want me to buy another one? I am a regular online shopper, and I have never seen such POOR Customer Service nor been disappointed in the quality of a product so quickly before. Very sad to see that they are willing to lose a great customer for future purchases over $50 bucks! Sorry, GiftsHappenHere – I will never purchase from you again. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE SPEND THEIR MONEY HERE IF QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU!

Love this shop! I got some great embroidered gifts for Christmas including a cosmetic bag, jewelry bag and large tote bags for family. They all loved their gifts. I will use Gifts happen here again next time I need monogram gifts.

I ordered a monogrammed bag. I received the bag and the monogramming was messy and very thin. I sent a email and included pic of the product. Their response was "If it is just that it is thin, we are unable to change that with that font." They produce terrible work so don't waste your money. I learned my lesson and will shop local from now on.

This company shipped my order to the wrong address. PO returned to them. I had emailed the company to let them know what was happening. They said we will ship it right back to you. (Lies) Today after my package sat for 1 week I called PO in Illinois where this company is located. PO Guy said the company never picks up their packages my $40 package went to dead mail. Which is garbage I guess!!! After speaking to the owner who offered no apology blamed it on me for a bad address. I told her why didn't you notify me the customer. I would of paid to have it shipped back to me. She then replied we don't pick them up from the post office. Would not refund me or nothing. Please put her out of buisiness.

I ordered a book bag for my daughter on July 15 and it cost $40. She started school on August 9 and after about 2 weeks it started falling apart. I contacted the company for a refund and they told me that since it was past 30 days, they would not offer a refund. I would stay away from a company that does not stand behind their overpriced, poorly made products.

This is a horrible company to deal with, it takes forever to get your item you ordered and the backpack is cheap as hell. It's literally worth $5 and they charge $40 just because they add cheap thread to monogram it. Long story short, don't waste your time!!! The lady I emailed was emailing back and forth being a smart ass well!! I've never seen a company like this!!

I ordered my daughters backpack on July 16 it is now July 24 and order status still says unfulfilled. I have called multiple times and it goes straight to voicemail. I have emailed and have not gotten a response. My daughter starts school August 3rd, and I am just trying to find out if the backpack will arrive on time and if I not I need a refund of my money. I will NOT be ordering from this site again.

I purchased 4 personalized bags as gifts for my bridesmaids through Gifts Happen Here. Two of the four bags purchased were defected and had broken zippers. I did not inspect the bags before gifting them to my bridesmaids. They were already wrapped and I didnt want to remove them from wrapping.
I contacted Gifts Happen Here, provided my order number, and explained the issue. They requested photos of the defected bags, of which I happily emailed to them. After sending the photos to Gifts Happen Here, they first notified me that new bags will be sent out and that they were sorry for my order being defective. Shortly after that, Gifts Happen Here sent me another email stating that I was out of the 30 refund window and that they would do nothing to fix the issues with half my bags being defected upon receipt. I placed my order on March 13, 2018 and did not received notice of them shipping until March 19. I first contacted them about the bags being defected on April 28. If they only have a 30 day window of when the order was placed, that doesnt leave much time to inspect your order upon when it is actually received or gifted to someone.
I spoke with Gifts Happen Here on the phone and said there has to be something they can do to take these defected bags back, and I was told they couldnt.
So, I wasted my wedding budget and gift $$$ on defected gifts from a place that doesnt do quality check and doesnt help their customers. I did everything I could to try and resolve the issue on my end. I sent everything they asked, I contacted them with my concerns, and I feel ripped off. I have nothing positive to say and strongly encourage you to stay away from this company!

Still waiting for gift 13 days later, tracking info was false, sent numerous emails about where the item is at and got passive responses, no tracking available. I have no idea if I will receive this gift or not. Will not buy from them again.

DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS SHOP. They say their shipping policy is within 3-5 business days after you order, but this is untrue. I placed an order on March 10th, and after 5 business days, I reached out on March 15th for a shipping update and did not hear anything back. I reached out again on March 22nd, still not having heard anything, and they said they would be shipping that day. It was a lie and they still didn't ship. I opened a case with Etsy on March 23rd, and Etsy gave the seller until March 28th to respond. Of course, on the last day, the seller responds and says they will be shipping 2 business days later. Because they lied to me in the past, I cancelled my order and they issued a refund. This shop is completely unresponsive and untrustworthy. While their items are cute, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

As others have said, this company has shoddy customer service and doesn't try to make whats right, right. After the post office lost my package, rather then doing the correct thing and resending or refunding, I was left with a measly coupon and attitude from the team. basically having to repurchase, with not enough time left to receive it for the holidays. AVOID GIFTS HAPPEN HERE!!! And Check Etsy! Plenty of company's providing the exact same product in a fraction of the time / cost.

For my wedding, I ordered 10 monogrammed tote bags for my bridesmaids and myself. The picture on my order confirmation and the description of the order both display mint green and navy blue as the colors. I received green and hot pink bags. When I explained the issue and even sent pictures of what I received and the order confirmation, they said they were not responsible for the error and would not replace the bags or do a refund. I have emailed them multiple times since without reply, called them and left multiple messages – still no reply. I strongly encourage anyone looking to purchase their products to look elsewhere. I'm out a few hundred dollars now because of their terrible service and handling of my order.

I purchased a personalized bag for my daughter at the end of July for school. She did not use the bag until the end of August and by September the zipper already broke. I emailed the company and they only guarantee their products for 30 days. Since I was past the 30 days they offered to sell me another bag at a discounted price! I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

This business has very shoddy business practices. My daughters ordered duffle bags from this company on Feb 20th, it is now March 17th and they have yet to receive them. On March 7th we emailed the company explaining that the bags had not been received and they claimed that they were basically sitting in limbo and had not been entered into their processing queue. At this point we should've received them about a week later, so around the 14-15 of March. So yesterday, March 16th, we receive another email saying that one of the bags in the colors ordered was no longer available. My daughter decided that was ok and still wants the bag, however throughout this whole ordeal this company has not once offered to do anything to make this right. Their webpage says orders will be processed in 3-5 days if personalized and then shipped. We are looking at almost a month later and no bags and I've been out the money this entire time. I would definitely be very weary of doing business with this company.
