I ordered a set of pots and pans nov 28 they debited my credit card right away. Product didn't arrive on time in fact as of today Jan7 it still hasn't arrived. I will never shop at this store again as they dont respond to email replies. Now I am out $80. Have no pots and pans wonder how many other people fell for this. Next step for me is the BBB since they don't have customer service that responds.

Great prices, easy to navigate website, fast & accurate shipping. Have ordered from here many times, if there are any issues, their customer service takes care of it immediately. very pleased.

It's a good store, don't get me wrong, but the clothing is not worth 15$/shirt. They rip and are torn very easily and are not worth the money at all. I bought a shirt and wore it once, and being a careful individual, I was not expecting it to tear within the first wear! and when I tried to return it about three days later, they didn't want to refund it because it was just a "small" issue. Bad customer service.
