Financial Investment and Loan Scam
Bruce Davidson reportedly was a Managing Representative for a private equity fund making real estate loans. We entered into contracts, escrow agreements and provided escrow funds. The escrow funds never went to the escrow account and we were never able to verify that the private equity fund even existed. We were scammed.
