WOW what a joke of a company (also trading as cloud nine furniture) 3 weeks almost for 2 kids mattresses. Promised delivery for the last 3 days, still no sign and no tracking info. They even take days to respond to messages (if they actually respond) avoid like the bubonic plague!!!

If you want:-
– your delivery over 3 separate deliveries
– to have parts missing and have to call to chase them
– to be unable to speak to someone on the phone without waiting in a queue for ages then get cut off
– to eventually speak to someone that has a terrible attitude, rude and unwilling to help
– to have to raise a formal complaint with Tesco (as Comfy Living are an approved partner of theirs and you purchased through the Tesco Direct website)
– to chase couriers that Comfy living instructed because they are unable to do this for you

Then go ahead, order from this company

I was give 2 12 hours slots and on both occasions I took time off work and no-one turned up or rang. Comfy living tries to fob me off with courier contact number and did not accept any direct responsibility.

Very bad experience from purchase of my bed. I ordered on 1.04.16 and got confirmation of delivery 7-19.04.16.
On 8.04.16 got letter to arrange date of delivery which decided for 20.04.16 as day off at work. I got informed that on arrange date delivery will be from 7am to 7pm.In first letter they asked me to put date and mobile number as courier doesn't have ( all me details are on amazon profile).
The next day another letter came with the same questions plus my reference number, as previous they forgot to asked which surprised me a lot. Few days later I got email that courier on 20.04.16 is not available to deliver on that day and next date will be from 22.04.16.So I decided for 22.04.16. Few hours later got another email saying that courier is still not available. So my husband called and asked them directly on the phone (as I was at work and able to deal with it) and he got informed that delivery could be next week or next after that which could be beginning of May. On those news we just decided to cancel our purchase and get refund which luckily happened very quick.
Very frustrating and annoying service as comfy living doesn't care about buyers. I understand that everything takes time especially delivery of that big size item but they should be more specific about dates and make an effort to arrange things in timely manner.

I was delivered a bed that must have been a return, there were screws and some bolts in the bed frames, and a big split in the inside and the outside of one of the bunks. I contacted comfy living who asked for photos, I provided them, and despite numerous e-mails still nothing has been done.

We would give zero stars if it was an option. Terrible awful customer service. We ordered a bed from this company only because it said on their website that it was guarranteed next day delivery and we wanted the bed within a few days. I called the company to confirm this item would indeed arrive the following day to which I was told "of course, its guarranteed". So we ordered the bed at about 4pm on a Monday and, understanding that we had missed the delivery for the following day, fully expected it to arrive on the Wednesday, as promised on their website and their terms and conditions and on the phone before the order was placed. When the bed didnt arrive by the early afternoon on Wednesday I called to check on the status of the delivery, only to be informed that the bed wasn't going to be delivered that day. In fact they didnt even have the bed in stock and they had to order it in so couldn't even give an expected delivery date. What a joke of a company, would never ever use this company again. Why make promises if you cant deliver on them and in fact have no intention of delivering on them? It seems their policy is take the customer's money on false promises and after that they just don't care.

I have been waiting for 2 months for delivery of my toddlers car bed. At the point of ordering I could have selected next day delivery however I delayed delivery for a week, on the expected delivery date I was contacted by comfy living to be told there was a delay with the shipment and the bed would be delivered within a few days. It's been 2 months now and still I have no bed. Comfy living have failed to keep me updated on the status of my order and have not returned various chase up calls I have made. The bed remained on the website for some weeks allowing customers to order and pay for this bed, and offering next day delivery, knowing full well it was out of stock, I pointed this out to comfy living a number of times as it's misleading customers.

Product arrived quickly and efficiently and was exactly what we expected.

However, the company billed us twice. When calling customer services to query this the advisor was not interested. She could not see a double payment on my account and told me to sort it out via my bank and did not log the issue against my order or refer me to their account dept for this to be looked at. I am still trying to get my money back 3+ weeks later.

Overall I am happy with comfy living, prices are reasonable, delivery is fast.

However, one of my wardrobes was not delivered, when I notified them, they said it needs to be located then delivered again, which took them 2 weeks to do. As a result, I had to call someone for assembly twice.

Another negative point is that you don't get any notification 1-2 hours before expected delivery.

I received the mattress, took one look at it in its packet and noticed it was not as thick as described. It was supposed to be 140mm thick and it was 90mm thick. Phoned the customer services up and they assured me it was the right size and it would puff up. I stated i was not happy and wanted to return it. The lady insisted i lay it on the bed and leave it for 24 hours. So i did and it did not puff up at all. So again i call the number. We arrange to get it collected. No one turned up to collect it. So, call the number again and they apologise. We arrange another date for them to collect. Guess what? No one comes. Barring in mind they cant give you an exact time when they can collect, so you have to take a whole day off work. This went on 4 times! Absolute joke! In the end i said if they cant pick it up after 5:00 then its out of my hands, and i just want a refund, i am not taking any more time off work. Luckily for them they randomly knocked my door when i was in and picked the mattress up. 4 weeks later i get my refund. Worst experience ever with any company!

This is a classic example of only being as good as your weakest link. Delivery was worse than bad. Unclear. Lied about delivery. Unless you can collect…. Avoid this business

Bought a futon mattress and advert said it was 14cm thick. It is not. More like 8 cm thick at most so had to go and buy another mattress from somewhere else to get the required thickness . Won't buy again although was deliverded quickly bit just not thick enough as said on Internet

Great quality and quick delivery….only bad thing was I left instructions for the delivery driver to leave the futon in our unlocked garage…however he ignored our instructions and pestered a nearby neighbor.

We ordered a futon as a spare bed for a flat because it seemed a very good price. It arrived very quickly and looked exactly as I expected. Hasn't been slept on yet, but I think the mattress will be thick enough for occasional use. Would buy from Comfy Living again. Might of course feel differently if it proves uncomfortable!!

I chose this product because I needed a bed for guests who were staying the weekend and I wanted something that would serve a purpose when not in use, and didn't disappoint: it made a very comfortable bed for two adults and folds up to make a very nice sofa; furthermore it is much cheaper than most sofa beds. It was very easy to put together, and it is easy to fold it out into a bed. It was also delivered exactly when the company said it would it would be. I would thoroughly recommend this product.

We offer glamping experiences and needed a futon mattress quickly and reasonably priced. The futon ticked all our boxes however be prepared to meet the driver of the delivery vehicle to pick up on route if you live rural and on narrow lanes The vehicle cannot get down small lanes. We were prepared as had a previous deliver some time ago and luckily were at home but just the nods up. We also have a very obliging farm manager who lets us use his yard to pick up
Also we wanted plain dark brown and were surprised to see white spots on it where the buttons would usually go. but we use a cover so were ok but again to be prepared if this as not what you were expecting

They were very quick, the product was a good price and it feels and looks very sturdy and more substantial than the ikea version at the same price

Very pleased with speed of delivery. Slight worry when cardboard packaging arrived slightly damaged but, fortunately, contents were undamaged.

Ordered a futon from them.
Went for lightly thicker matress.
Really pleased with it. Comfortable and does the job nicely.
The first one was delivered covered in some coloured paint dust (I think there had been a spillage in the Courier's van). Comfy Living were excellent at responding – arranged a Courier to come next day, collect the soiled one and deliver new one.
Polite and courteous to deal with.
No problems at all.

The bed and mattress came in less than 24hours. A bit of a hassle to put together – all those slats!- but a very good products and nice looking. The mattress was very good value and is really comfortable. Very pleased with our purchases.

I ordered two single futons recently whch were delivered within the expected timescales and the delivery man kindly brought them upstairs for me willingly. Not only were the futons easy to assemble they are of very high quality and I would definitely buy from Comfy Living again and recommend the company to my firends. 10 out of 10 for service and value.
