I have just received my new sofa from furniture imports/bespoke beds I was worried after I ordered and I saw quite a lot of bad reviews. I ordered the 6ft by 9ft corner sofa from the Buckingham french velvet range in colour Monaco steel. I asked for my sofa to be custom made with no diamontes and no buttons i did not want my sofa like the one on their website .. I just wanted the sofa plain. The man who I placed my order with told me this wasn鈥檛 a problem which was good. The sofa is lovely and just how I wanted it, the only thing I would say is it is quite stiff at the moment but that is the case with a lot of new sofas at first. I couldn鈥檛 find a sofa I liked in the shops as many had studs etc or feet that couldn鈥檛 be changed, I liked that this company can make the sofas bespoke and there is many colours and fabrics to chose from. I haven鈥檛 given 5 stars as I feel The customer service could be a bit better.. I was told my sofa would take 4-5 weeks but was delivered in 3 weeks and I was given 5 days notice , this was good however I had to arrange for my old sofa to be removed very quickly as I wasn鈥檛 expecting the new one so soon, when I said I didn鈥檛 know if I could take it so soon the man on the phone said if I didn鈥檛 it would take 3 more months. They won鈥檛 remove any packaging or put the sofa together for you, when I have had items like beds and sofas delivered before they usually do this. The sofa comes very tightly packaged in wrapping and cardboard so you can鈥檛 really check it over before the delivery men leave. Also when I bought my sofa on the phone the sales man (Adam) described me as 鈥榓 vulnerable woman鈥?to his manager when I said I wanted to pay on credit card, I was very confused by this comment And found it quite unprofessional. I wasn鈥檛 sure which colour I wanted and did change my mind a few times on the call , it was clear the sales man was becoming frustrated as he kept sighing and told me a few times don鈥檛 change your mind again. All in all the sofa is lovely and I am very happy with it but I do think this company needs to work on their customer service particularly Adam who took my order.

My review is such a shame, as I was hoping to leave 5*! Don't trust fb reviews, they delete any bad ones (including mine).
I ordered my bed for delivery on monday the 1st June. I never recieved a delivery slot and was told on the 31st May it would be the 3rd June. I explained no, I needed it for Monday and Wednesday was too late so to cancel the other if they couldn't do Monday. They gave me a slot for Tuesday. I agreed as the bed seemed lovely, a good price and I had heard from someone they were a good company.
THE BED SIDE WAS BROKEN WHEN IT ARRIVED. I made frequent ignored calls and messages to them. One time they text straight back after my call to say 'sorry can't talk' a COMPANY CANNOT TALK. I threatened trading standards and eventually got a call back and another delivery slot for Tuesday 9th June. A week after my original delivery date.
THIS SIDE CAME BROKEN TOO!!!
Since then calls ignored, messages ignored, promises to get in touch havent been fulfilled.

The beds are lovely dont get me wrong, and had they sorted my faults promptly and with decency my review would have been very different. The service is shambles. When you order from this company you are risking losing +拢300 on a broken bed that they will not fix. Don't do it.

Ordered a new king size bed and mattress from this company. Spoke to joseph who was very helpful and reassured to to get my order out within few days as i was just in time in placing the order. My bed arrived on the day it was promised. Musab and yusuf delivered the bed but only to the geound floor of my block, as they were not willing to take it upto my flat on the 4th floor and after further communication with joseph the guys did help out and went the extra mile. The bed is beautiful, the right colour, very solid with a gas lift storage and a very luxury mattress. Very pleased with the bed and the service they provided couldve been stuck if musab and yusuf had not went the extra mile. So thank you very much.

We bought a bed from Bespokezz Beds who advertise on Facebook and online they also trade under Furniture Imports LTD. We bought the beds with drawers underneath for storage and whilst they accepted a small 拢50 deposit by card online asked to be paid in cash on delivery (big mistake). The quality of the drawers are awful, they do not fit on the frame correctly, they do not work on the runners and they are very very poor quality. When the manager 'Adam Smith' called me back after 10 days of messaging from me, he asked for evidence that he then disputed was in the wrong format, and accused me of buying from them in the first place because they were cheap and I wanted a bargain! They have not responded to any form of communication since the first phone call despite emailing and messaging via facebook. Do yourself a favour before you buy from them, use a credit card to pay for the whole purchase then you can at least get your money back if the products are as poorer quality as mine was.

Beware of this company they are a scam , they trade under different names bespoke furnishing is one of them , we ordered a big order of chairs turned up unwrapped , wrong size very poor quality and not fit for purpose . Returned within 7 days and they will not refund money saying they can't pay , they also deal with third party to make this furniture and blamed them for not giving is our money back , they are ignoring emails and calls , I will publically stop these scum people

I am currently looking into taking legal action against this company.

They've sold me a faulty bed and refuse to acknowledge the situation. They have no customer service. They get you off the phone, refuse to speak to you, refuse to answer emails.

I'm furious I've been conned out of 拢330. The worst company I've ever come across. It's disgusting. I also will try and look in to reporting them to trading standards as what they're doing is ILLEGAL!!!

Please don't fall for this site like I did. Please please never order from this company!!!

UPDATE:
After a couple of months of emails/phone calls back and forth the director finally accepted the bed return and gave me a full refund. It took up a lot of our time but I'm glad we pursued it as all came right in the end but it was hard work! I'm just glad the company accepted they were in the wrong and rectified the situation eventually. I hope all the other people who posted similar reviews to mine on here had some sort of success too in the end!!

Do not order from this company they are a joke they fob you off and do not want to here your complaint. I ordered a settee and it broke after 8 weeks when phoning them at first they were not interested at all. So a couple of emails mails to Amazon and this joke of a company still no joy. I phoned pretending to want to buy a settee to check warranty and was told structural damage was covered with is the problem I have so I turned my story around and asked why nothing has been done and was hung up on. Facebook messages were deleted and I was blocked from there page I was promised 4 times that settee would be collected and repaired it never was so I'm left with part of settee that can't be used they also change there names when calling. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!

I ordered most of my furniture from this company was a very quick delivery, great price range and fantastic quality of furniture 🙂 was so pleased with the service given the managers were lovely made sure I was happy with my delivery excellent service would definitely recommend to anyone 🙂 will be ordering again from this company great service was very pleased

Ordered a bed from this company as a friend had ordered and had no trouble. They originally told me delivery would be 2-3 weeks however, after 3 weeks had gone by I still had not heard from them. I tried to call them 3 times and after finally getting through someone told me that my delivery would be delivered the following Tuesday or Wednesday. I took work off for the bed to be delivered and when Tuesday and Wednesday had gone by I was furious as yet again still no one had called me regarding my delivery. They then told me my delivery would be delivered the following Friday, Friday came and the delivery men turnt up in an old battered van and looked very unprofessional in dirty clothes. After waiting 5 weeks for a bed they had only delivered the wrong bed. I spoke to the manager and they said they would arrange delivery for the following week so then that week came and they delivered my 4ft bed but gave me 4ft 6 wooden slats! They delivered the correct wooden slats 2 days later but when I assembled the bed I noticed that the buttons on the footboard were missing and there was q screw hole above the Actual screw! There was glue on the bed also! It's been 10 weeks now and they are only just telling me that they will replace the footboard. So disappointing and would not bother using this company again!!

Con artists – beware!

I have never come across another company who are as rude and sexist as these! They all hide behind fake names and claim they are the biggest company in Essex however they are nothing but complete con artists who feed you with a load of rubbish then take your money without delivering your goods!

I don't know if the good reviews are all the company's employees friends / family or whatever but I can assure u they aren't legit! This company is awful! The customer service is disgraceful they will not deliever upstairs and fail to mention that before taking payment. I've tried to contact them many times with regards to my sofa cushions not actually fitting the sofa but got no where! Stay well clear they are a jokers. Couldn't run a tap let alone a buinesness

I ordered a chocolate truffle crushed velvet double bed… Delivery was approx 3 weeks later. The delivery men brought in a cream looking bed clearly with mink written across the plastic, they tried to tell me brown & cream is the same thing… Then when he asks me to sign for it, I realised there was no slats to the bed… I told them there and then to take the bed back.. Which they did. It's been 5 days no refund, no email, no reply… Amazon said they'll refund me! Avoid this company.

I have had my money taken for the order of a bed. Then received an order confirmation through email. Since then I have had no correspondence and no reply to my many emails sent. Have called both the landline and mobile numbers given by the company and no answer or response.

I ordered a new head board and got an order confirmation via e-mail. I've since e mailed this company 3 times, called their office number which goes to voicemail and doesn't allow you to leave a message. I've since contacted them on Facebook asking when I can expect my head board as I've tried to contact them several times and they have blocked me and my comment from Facebook! Looks like I've been had over! I will now be onto trading standards and my credit card company to get onto this so called company

Firstly can assure you this is not a fake review my name is Antonia I'm from Merseyside and received my order today (before due date may I add) by two lovely gentlemen who couldn't have been more polite or helpful.
Myself and my husband have had the same bed for years ,with the kids there's no expense spared Laura Ashley day beds for my daughter and a lovely sleigh for my son from so-to-bed so I know a good quality bed when I see one, we are not however as frivolous with our own that's why when I came across comfort directions I was made up that such luxury in vogue beds were cheaper than anywhere else!!
The kigsize bed we ordered in crushed velvet with matching ottoman (5ft wide) came to 拢580 (you can't even get a decent bed for this price elsewhere!
I emailed the company in December about sizes and fabric and within 5mins They replied to say they could meet any of my specifications and were totally upfront about the fact that I could order now but they were not back in the office until 6th Jan to process and that from then the order could take a few weeks until delivery , I received an email straight away confirming the order, another on the 4th of Jan confirming my specs and another on the 6th confirming they had processed my order
in my opinion the guys over at comforts could not have been more helpful and accommodating involving me in all aspects of my order the bed arrived this morning it took my husband half an hr on his own to put the bed up and it's lovely really looks the part no one would tell we haven't paid the 拢1,200- 拢1,600 pounds these beds go for elsewhere! Would highly recommend to anyone and already eyeing up the lovely crushed velvet Chesterfields on the website

I read a lot of bad reviews and felt as i shouldnt buy a bed from this company. I rang the company up and the assistants were really friendly and helped me find the bed i was looking for. Better than any other online furniture business! I highly reccomend the furniture. Good quality and all my husband loved the new bed too.

We ordered a crushed velvet divan ottoman bed on 9th of December And payed in full by PayPal, we were given a date of 20th of December for delivery but unfortunately we'd booked a family day out to see Santa at Warwick castle with our children so we rang the mobile number on the website and was assured that we would be last drop at 4pm . We enjoyed our day and left at 2.30pm to make sure we got home in time only to find that they had attempted delivery at 12. We rang the mobile number again but when he answered the phone he denied he was the salesman we had been dealing with,then said we shouldn't be calling him as he'd broken up from work for xmas before putting the phone down. I wrote a bad review on here. Within a couple of hours of posting it they called and asked us to remove the bad review, so we did thinking we might now get our bed. When we first ordered he said the 20th was the last delivery date because the offices were closed on the 18th and he was away on holiday in Portugal from that date. On the salesmans Facebook it said he went away on Christmas Day. We rang on the 5th January and he said he'd just got off the plane from holiday but on his Facebook he said that he got back on the 1st January. Why say that. He said the earliest delivery would be 6th January but then said they'd only gone back to work on that date even though on the Facebook pages they were posting items and replying to people before then. Eventually a date was given for re delivery for the 14th January for around 12 midday. It hadn't arrived by 1.30 so my girlfriend rang the salesman no answer so she rang the office, no answer, so she text him no answer. It got nearer the time for my daughter being picked up from school so we arranged for someone else to pick her up. We text him again explaining the situation, no answer. Eventually we opened a claim with PayPal and got a refund. We're so glad we paid by PayPal because when we ordered they said they don't do PayPal but we insisted and they said they would because someone in there office had PayPal. Turned out the person with PayPal was the director of the company. They try to stay away from PayPal, I'm guessing because of charges and because the buyer has rights. We never got an explanation why they did what they did or a sorry. They don't answer they're phones, office or mobiles. When they do they're rude unles it's in they're interest to keep you sweet in which case they will fob you off. Do not order a thing from these guys they are so unprofessional and are full of false promises. You have been warned! For those that pay by cash if you made the deposit payment by credit card remember your covered by section 75 of the consumer credit act for the full amount if you have problems. Even if you paid a deposit by credit card and the rest by cash on delivery you can make a claim with your credit card company for the full amount. I really hope no one else falls victim to this company. This company do not like bad reviews after this review was posted the salesman called and gave a bizarre rant to my girlfriend and was quite abusive. They don't deal with complaints they ignore you and delete any negative feedback on they're Facebook very quickly. Cheap isn't always cheap when you take into account the time spent chasing them up and calling a company that does not answer calls or messages. You have been warned.

Terrible. To put it bluntly! I had a crown sleigh bed delivered (4 hours late), the two guys that delivered it rushed in and rushed out again without getting me to sign anything, took the cash and bolted out the front door. I went upstairs to make the bed up only to find that there were 2 missing pieces- the side panels! So the bed could not be put together, after I phoned the people that dropped it off 20 TIMES, they finally answered and said 'oops, must have been left in the warehouse'. I called the company office the next day and was ignored, messaged them on Facebook and was ignored. Then when they finally sent out the missing pieces, they sent it to my billing address instead of the shipping address, I then had to hire a van and get the pieces moved to where they should have been delivered to in the first place. Once I had all the bits(or so I thought) I went to put the bed together when surprise surprise, the pieces didn't fit together! I had to shave down some of the wood myself and add extra panels as there were very few. By the end of it all, I wonder to myself 'why is my bed at an angle' only to discover that there are ONLY TWO LEGS ON THE BED! Absolutely shocking the way I have been treated by the company, no offer of any money back after this all, and have been ignored time after time! ABSOLUTLEY furious with the company and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! Also find it hilarious that people are posting great reviews saying 'this isn't a fake review' Hahaha clearly people from the company that are posting them pretending to be customers- desperate and laughable.

Ordered table and chairs on 21st may. Was told there would be 4 week delay which I accepted. Rang after 6 weeks and was told still delayed. Rang again 2 weeks ago was told would be delayed until September. Asked for refund which I was told would be in account in few days. Never got a refund. Rang company and was told they would contact their 'accounts department' now they won't answer my calls despite me warning them that I was going to take this further. Had to contact barclaycard fraud department today so it's now with them.
