Comfort Inn & Suites Quail Springs

We stayed here for a week while I was having some work done on my house. Sooo let's start with the positives… The hotel is very clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was nice. Now the negative… first off, this hotel has some of the busiest decor I've ever seen. The busy flooring combined with the even busier wallpaper, the noisy ice machine, and the extremely bright fluorescent bulbs humming constantly gave me an uncomfortable institution vibe. Speaking about uncomfortable, let's discuss the mattress. I am a stomach sleeper and I could constantly feel the springs in the mattress popping under my rib cage. The mattresses desperately need to be replaced. I kept having trouble with my key card. One night I got locked out of my room. I went to the front desk and there was nobody there, but I could hear someone snoring from the back room. They say they have a heated pool, but it was broken the whole time. I do realize I could've went to a different hotel at any given time, but my room was prepaid and I didn't see any point since this was temporary. I was very happy when my stay was over.

I have stayed at this Comfort Suites for many yrs and was happy with it..the last 5 times I stayed here I was very disappointed ..the rooms needed much renovation.. the furniture was old and torn, the room had a bad smell, it needed painting and the list goes on. I talked to the new owners over a yr ago and they said they were going to totally upgrade everything and so far, that has NOT happened. Stay somewhere else..

Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast. If you are wanting a place to workout, probably not the hotel for you. All the fitness center consisted of is a treadmill, elliptical and free weights. The pool is nice but small. Overall a nice place to stay I would stay again if in the area.

Love this place, close to the hospitals, restaurants and shopping. Always clean, the beds are very comfortable. The staff is great! Thank you Jennifer for all your help!

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

Check in is at 3 but they had a room avaliable early and were able to check us in at noon.

Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the price. They were a bit pricy for a Tuesday night and not during peak season. The "discounts" they offer are like $2 or $3 difference.

Pleased with our stay. Convenient location off the freeway, rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly…especially Barrett at the front desk. Breakfast buffet had a good selection, a great value with four of us when you figure what it would cost to go across the parking lot to eat out. I liked how they served their eggs scrambled AND hard fried…it's the little things.
They did not disappoint.

My company put me up in a room here for two weeks. At first I was hesitant because I don't usually stay at 'quality' hotels, but I was pleasantly surprised. The maids cleaned up nicely, didn't move any of my stuff but did their job. The front desk staff is amazingly nice and let our company use their meeting room for studying. Overall, an awesome experience.

I'm gunna assume the heater smelled like I had set the room on fire because no ones ever used it?
My feet froze the whole time. I wore 2 socks. I tried to turn the air off, but it wouldn't turn off. I was on the 4th floor, if I remember correctly, and there were no bars on the windows. So I could literally open the window all the way, and stick my arm out. It's cool and all, I mean, I love that personally, but if you have a toddler, keep an eye out.
The fitness room had a grand total of 3 machines, and I think one was out of order and the other wasn't working properly.
There was a pool, but I didn't care for it.
Guy at the front desk was pretty cool.
The location is nice too. You're right by an ihop and a couple other food places, in case you need a late-night eat.

Clean, friendly staff, and quiet rooms.
Our room came with a king size bed, a mini fridge and a microwave.
Electric outlets in the night stands are convenient for today's charging needs.
The LG flat screen tv is on the small side. There is a pool and exercise room. Both are on the smaller side.
I found out on the last day that the hotel entitles you to entry into a real gym.

Overall recommended.

Good location. Besides the bed and bathroom everything else was unpleasant. The service was abrupt and borderline rude. The breakfast was horrible even by cheap hotel standards. The elevators and some hallways were not very clean.

This place is clean, has a friendly staff & is super quiet. The air conditioning was awesome given the straight humidity in OKC. The continental breakfast had a lot to choose from & was full when I got there right before it was closing. The entrance to the parking lot was a little funky, but wasn't a big deal. The bathroom was very spacious! We had such a great experience & the price was reasonable enough that we are trying to stay at Comfort Inns/Suites while we are on a 7 day road trip.

Top notch, not your average Comfort Inn. Location has 20+ dining options within 1/2 mile.

Great location (for north OKC). I have stayed at Comfort Inn in other cities before, but this one was very nice and clean. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bed had four half-size pillows (versus two full-size pillows). I thought that would be the only thing I wouldn't like. But they were great…I really liked them!

The complimentary breakfast bar was clean and full with whatever you needed, and had two employees making sure everything stayed clean and food items replenished.

Excellent experience.

The hotel was great, overall. The staff was really friendly and helpful, the bed was comfy, the room was big and clean and everything worked. The complimentary breakfast bar in the morning was delicious, with bacon, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and some less fancy things, too

The only down sides I noticed were 1) really disappointing water pressure in the shower and 2) there was no food vending machine that I could find. The Applebee's across the parking lot will deliver food to the front desk until 9 p.m., which is great, but after that, it's hard to get a snack without just driving somewhere..

First of all this hotel is 100% smoke free which means no stinky rooms. Next I paid 80 per night w AAA discount for a king suite. The room is immaculate and they have free breakfast besides. And warm cookies at check in. And friendly staff – really really friendly staff. And comfy beds. A winner.
