Since CoinTree has add Instant PAY ID function – depositing funds couldn't be easier. Funds transferred show immediately. Great service!

I'm never going to use this exchange again. If I could give 0 stars I would. I wish I could get a refund, but that is unlikely considering their refund policy:

Here are the reasons for my 1 star review:
– They don't have PayID/Osko. The only instantaneous transactions they offer is POLi Payments which is insecure as it exposes account information.
– The $10 bonus that they provided cannot be used as you cannot withdraw or trade with less than $20 ($20 is the minimum you can trade/withdraw). The only way you can spend the $10 is if you deposit another $10.
– They falsely advertise their buy price when you see the buy rates for a particular cryptocurrency. It turns out that these advertised buy rates actually reflect the sell price (i.e. the highest buy limit order). The problem with this is that when you buy a cryptocurrency you actually fill out a person's lowest sell limit order (which is much higher than the price of the buy order), not the buy limit order.

– Their spreads are too wide. You'll get poor rates to buy and sell a cryptocurrency.
– All members can only deposit and withdrawal popular coins such as BTC, BCH and ETH. In order to withdraw other coins such BSV, you need to become a Gold tier member. By default you are a Bronze tier member. In order to become a Gold tier member you need to have a trade volume of $50,000!!!

After purchasing BSV, and not being able to withdraw it, I had to sell it again; then purchase either BTC, BCH or ETH. From a deposit of $1,800 I ended up with $1,705.63 (a loss of $94.37) and with their poor exchange rates, even less. So I overall I lost approximately $110 from them. That's after the $10 bonus was applied.

They manipulate your ability to buy and sell bitcoin. If the price is going up, they won't let you buy.. " sorry due to high demandyou can only buy 0.5 btc" if the price is going down.."Sorry due to high demand you can only sell 0.1 btc" in this way they use your money to buy and sell btc and make a lot of money whilst you lose the opportunity to make money.

have been working with them for some time now.
it took a bit of adjusting but to be honest the service is great and they treat you very well.
had some 'issues' that are more like misunderstandings from my side but the assistance provided was on top level.

Trustworthy. Nice , clean interface which鈥檚 easy to navigate.
Been with COINTREE for 5 years now , & never had any issues.
They offer a diverse range of payment options, from B-pay, to Blueshift cash pay , Bank transfer.
They have a very long list of Crypto鈥檚. Probably hundreds of different coins on offer to BUY/ SWAP / TRADE or SELL.

Why has Cointree suspended the transfer of Alt coins to cold wallets?
Support team tells me, management has ordered the suspension of Alt coin transfers.
Alarm bells are ringing than they say my funds are safe. Now we all know that exchange's are open to hacker's
So this tells me Cointree will guarantee my funds should this happen?

I think cointree are great apart from my payment saying processing for the last 18 hours bit weird i can send coins on other platforms at the moment but not cointree which sucks because id much rather use cointree also im scared that the site has like somewhat shutdown as im getting no replys on my support tickets

Its reliable, but SLOW AF. Your transactions will take DAYS and by the time you get them, your currency may have gone up 60% and you will lose all that profit 🙁 That's a huge negative, because a lot of crypto buyers respond to news and current events very quickly – with a 2 – 3 day delay, well its pretty sad. I've lost lots because of this. I am looking for another wallet 🙁 If the other wallets are the same in this way, I'll stick with this one, because crypto currencies ARE going to go through the roof.

New Platform Does Not work any of the Basics.
I too am extremely disappointed with the transition to the new website. Previous website was good and easy but the new website just does not do the basics. You can Buy but you cannot send coins anywhere it just does not work. If you sell, you pay fees and the money does not go into your account. The whole platform has left a bad taste in my mouth and all their fees out of pocket. What a scam and ridiculous situation to develop from what was once a reputable company. Steer clear of the new Cointree, it will just take your money.

If you had asked me for a star rating on Cointree before the new platform, I would have given them 4.5 stars. The launch and transition to the new platform has, in my opinion, been poorly executed. I do understand the pressure of providing a superior platform as quickly as possible, but not at the cost of customer satisfaction and cause of deep frustration.

When the new platform has settled and all features are available, it will probably be a very good platform. And I do agree with others that the user experience is good. But get the basics right, like logging in, and test on popular browsers.

I look forward to when it is finished, but I'm not sure my frustration will allow me to wait.

Clearer way to see your fees would be nice.
Also some extra ways to pay instantly like cash deposit into account.

Very easy process for someone not experienced in this type of transaction

These are honest bunch of guys I am happy to trade crypto with. I have just switched over from BTC markets to these guys due to BTC markets blocked all deposits and withdrawals last week for almost 7 days without giving real reasons, that cost me a lot of money unable to purchase more coins in the bear market.

It's great and fast to use and the layout/ gui is simple that even most beginners can/will understand.

Given it has a demo on what to expect, this in of itself was the deciding factor for me to join CoinTree.

I would like to see the cash payment option back, however this is a minor request.

Great service, easy to use interface and I trust the security and safety using it.

Cointree makes navigating the complexity of bitcoin easy. Their staff are knowledgeable and helpful.
I'd recommend them for sure.

I've since been disappointed with Cointree and the delay in moving bitcoin. They restrict movement of bitcoin when using Poli till the funds have been received (1-2 days which I was aware of and didn't have an issue) But once you get a notification that the funds have arrived they fail to release the bitcoin if you then undertake a new Poli load. Neither transactions are liked and have different transaction id, however, cointree place a hold on the movement till funds clear on the second payment. So bitcoin isn't released, but charge a fast track rate. It's now 3 days and funds are still not released.

Consistently poor customer service. Consistent delays. Very expensive.

Simple, safe, fast and cheap. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Thank you cointree, I've been with you since the beginning.

Good service but high rates to buy into alt coins and high BTC transfer fees.
